Abstract

Description
本发明涉及一种储存芳香物质的容器,该容器可以用一种由数个薄层构成的复合薄膜不透香味地封住,其中在容器上面的复合薄膜是由一个不透香味的至少包括两个薄层的外侧薄膜和一个可让香味透过的内侧薄膜构成,内侧薄膜用一种粘接剂与外侧薄膜可分离地连接在一起。
由DE 314908 C2可知,采用两个在边缘处上下连接的并包封住一种香料的不透香味的薄膜面来封住一个香料袋,其中在袋侧面上的薄膜面是由一个双层薄膜组成的,该双层薄膜包括一个能透过香味的内层和不透香味的外层。边缘可以封上或焊住(熔接)。
此外由DE 3490002 T1还可知一种储存香料的容器,该容器有一个其壁由聚合材料构成的室,当撕掉一层覆盖薄膜后,活性物质的挥发气体就可以透过该壁扩散到环境中去。位于下面的由聚合物组成的可让挥发气体透过的壁表面覆盖一层纸,其厚度为20μ-100μ,密度为20-100g/m2。在这层纸上粘附了第二个与铝相粘合的由聚合物构成的壁。为了释放出香料,使用者可以撕开由铝和聚合材料构成的保护层,而中间的纸被分开。设置在两个聚合层之间的纸层的本质缺陷在于,当储存时间较长时,在撕开上层覆盖薄膜之前纸层就已经被香料浸透了,从而香料通过纸层在两个由聚合材料构成的薄层之间的接缝处向外部扩散,因此在使用之前就已经失去了很大一部分香料。其结果是封闭的香料袋的储存稳定性极低。
因此本发明的目的是提供一种储存芳香物质的容器,它采用了一种复合薄膜,该复合薄膜适合于所装的物质并保证所装物质具有高的储存稳定性。
按照本发明,上述目的是这样解决的,即外侧薄膜可以叠置在由至少两个紧密相连的薄层构成的内侧薄膜上面,内侧薄层的一个粘在容器上的薄层由聚乙烯材料构成,而它的第三层即上层的薄层由一种聚合材料构成。由此以很简单的方式制成一种不透香味的复合薄膜并且即使储存时间较长也能防止香料从阻挡层与容器之间的层向外部扩散。为此有利的是,就整个复合薄膜而言,位于第三层的且属于内侧薄膜的那个薄层用一种泡沫聚丙烯材料制成,该第三薄层或称上层薄层的单位密度(Kg/cm2)是这样选取的,使得在撕下外侧薄膜时,由两个薄层构成的内侧薄膜应保持粘附在容器上。
根据本发明的复合薄膜的另一种可能的结构方案是第三层薄层即泡沫聚丙烯层至少在边缘部分与位于下面的聚乙烯层紧密相连,泡沫聚丙烯层和/或位于下面的薄层至少在紧密连接的边缘部分中是密封起来的,通过这种由四层薄层,或者还将粘接剂层也计算在内时则是由七层薄层构成的复合薄膜,人们获得了一种不透香味的具有最佳密封特性的复合薄层,由此相对于已知的复合薄层而言储存稳定性可以得到大大改善。只要不撕下外侧薄膜,一个或数个薄层的密封的边缘部分便阻止了香料通过阻挡层下面的可透过香味的薄层向外放散。
在本发明的另一种方案中,泡沫聚丙烯层在紧密相连的部分是通过热处理进行密封的,这是十分有利的。
根据本发明的技术方案的一个优选实施例还规定,泡沫聚丙烯层通过一种粘接剂以整个平面与位于下面的聚乙烯紧密相连,而只在边缘部分和/或尤其在粘合处或封口处进行密封。
对于本发明具有特殊意义的是外侧薄膜由两个相互紧密相连的薄层构成,其中一个薄层构成不透香味的阻挡层,另一个薄层由一种可以弯曲的或弹性材料,尤其是一种聚酰胺材料构成。当由两个薄层构成的外侧薄膜与可让香味透过的内侧薄膜相连并置于容器上后,通过采用泡沫聚丙烯材料,人们可以额外地获得一种最佳的容器密封效果,因为这种材料,尤其在边缘部分中,不会吸入芳香物质,特别是在边缘部分被密封后更是不会吸入芳香物质。由此进一步改善了香料的密封性,保证芳香物质不会通过阻挡层下面的各薄层扩散掉。最上面的由一种可弯曲的或弹性材料构成的薄层保证在撕开时不会损坏该阻挡层。
就本发明的结构和布置而言,阻挡层用一种金属材料,尤其是铝材制成是有其优点的。
此外,不透香味的阻挡层最好以整个表面与相邻的薄层紧密相连。
再者,有利的是储存芳香物质的容器由两个整个表面相互连接的薄层构成,其中,一个薄层由聚乙烯材料制成,另一个位于外侧的薄层由一种聚合材料,最好是聚酯或者聚丙烯构成,各单独的薄层各由一种层压胶合粘接剂在整个表面上相互紧密相连。由此在各个薄层之间实现了一种完美的承载能力很高的连接。
另外,外侧薄膜与内侧薄膜在边缘部分焊接或用层压胶合粘接剂来连接是有利的。这样阻挡层在胶粘部分可以从下面的与容器相连的薄层上撕开,由此香料可以通过未密封的部分向外扩散。
根据本发明的复合薄膜的另一种可能的结构方案中,外侧薄膜与内侧薄膜在整个表面上熔接或用层压胶合粘接剂连接,其中在边缘部分设置了一个用于开启耳柄的分离处(或分离部位),其结构是这样的,即利用该耳柄可以将外侧薄膜从内侧薄膜上撕开,且内侧薄膜和外侧薄膜之间在层压胶合粘接剂部分的连接可以在整个表面上从聚丙烯层撕下。利用开启耳柄的这种有利的布置,可以将作为支撑薄膜的第一薄层与阻挡层一起撕下,同时不损坏该阻挡层。由于阻挡层具有比聚丙烯材料高得多的密度,因此该聚丙烯层完全保持粘附在下面的构成内侧薄膜的薄层上。
在本发明的另一种结构方案中,有利的是在外侧薄膜或第二薄层的下侧的边缘部分中设置一个保护层,尤其是漆条带,以防止第二薄层下侧与第三薄层上侧相连。外侧薄膜的第二薄层由一种不含金属的材料,尤其是水解醋酸乙烯脂和/或乙烯和/或异分子共聚物材料(EVOH和EVA)制成,并与第一薄层相连。第一薄层由一种可弯曲的材料,尤其是聚酰胺或聚丙烯材料制成。由此人们获得一种可回收循环处理的材料。
如前所述,有利的是各个单独的薄层各由一种PU基的二组分粘接剂,一种丙烯酸粘接剂或者一种共挤压工艺在整个表面上相互连接。
根据本发明的容器的另一种可能的结构是通过对聚丙烯材料或者内侧薄膜或者聚乙烯薄膜进行热处理而使两个薄膜变成透明的,从而在撕下外层薄膜后,可以通过两个薄层看见装在容器中的物质。还可以通过放入容器中的物质,例如与薄层相接触时,达到透视目的。
此外还具有优点的是,至少构成容器的上薄层是有与构成内侧薄膜的、封盖容器的并且可透过香味的那个薄层大约相同的特性和密度(Kg/cm3),并且两个薄层相互焊接(熔接)起来。
由一个很有利的实施形式可以实现:阻挡层或外侧薄膜与聚丙烯层之间的粘接剂对于聚丙烯层的粘性要小于聚丙烯层和聚乙烯层之间的粘接剂的粘性。
此外,有利的是阻挡层的材料密度大于上层薄层即聚丙烯层的材料密度,容器的上层薄层即聚丙烯层的材料密度小于下层薄层即聚乙烯层的材料密度,其中内侧薄膜的下薄层的密度与粘附在容器上的上薄层的密度是一样的。
另外,有利的是复合薄膜或容器的第一薄层的厚度为12μ-80μ,第二薄层的厚度为9μ-50μ,第三薄层的厚度为33μ-60μ,第四薄层的厚度为50μ-150μ,第五薄层的厚度为50μ-100μ,第六薄层的厚度为250μ-500μ。
此外,更加有利的是复合薄膜或容器的第一薄层的厚度为20μ-30μ,第二薄层的厚度为12μ-18μ,第三薄层的厚度为28μ-38μ,第四薄层的厚度为70μ-80μ,第五薄层的厚度为70μ-80μ,第六薄层的厚度为320μ-380μ。
采取以下的厚度尺寸范围,取得了很好的结果,即复合薄膜或容器的第一薄层的厚度为24μ-26μ,第二薄层的厚度为14μ-16μ,第三薄层的厚度为32μ-34μ,第四薄层的厚度为74μ-76μ,第五薄层的厚度为74-76μμ,第六薄层的厚度为345μ-355μ。
本发明的其它优点和细节在以后的说明书中都做了描述并且在附图中示出,应该注意到,所有单独的特征和单独特征的所有组合都是本发明的实质所在。附图中,

图1中示出了一个芳香物质14的储存容器13,该容器可以用一个由数层薄层构成的复合薄膜15香味密闭地封盖起来。按照图1所示的实施例,复合薄膜15连同容器13一起共由六个薄层1,3,6,8,9,11组成。如果也算薄层之间的粘接剂2,5,7,10,则包括容器13在内的复合薄膜15是由十个薄层组成的。
外侧薄膜16由相互紧贴在一起的两个薄层1,3构成,其中下面的薄层3可以构成用于密闭香味的阻挡层,上层的薄层1可以由一种弹性的或可弯曲的材料构成,尤其是聚酰胺材料或者例如也可以是聚丙烯材料。
第一层1能保证在撕开过程中不会撕坏构成复合薄膜的阻挡层,以便能简便地去掉该阻挡层,从而可以打开作为内侧薄膜的薄膜17,使储存在容器13中的芳香物质14扩散出来。
整个复合薄膜15中,第二层3是由不透香味的材料构成的。
从上向下数的第三层6可以用一种较软的聚合材料,最好是一种泡沫聚丙烯材料制成。第三层6在进行特殊加工并包入整个复合薄膜15中时具有极好的密封性能(这在下面还要说明),并且在两个薄层3和8之间形成有利的连接。
第三层即泡沫聚丙烯层6和位于其下的粘在一起的薄层8构成内侧薄膜即薄膜17。薄层8可以由聚乙烯构成。
阻挡层中的下薄层3的材料密度大于第三薄层即聚丙烯6的材料密度。这样做十分有利,能够简单地分离开阻挡层和薄膜17,同时也保证在分离过程中由聚丙烯构成的、位于阻挡层和薄膜17之间的第三薄层6不会裂开,而是沿着粘接剂5分离开。
下薄层3即阻挡层由金属材料尤其是铝材构成。但是出于环境保护的原因,阻挡层最好用非金属材料构成。因此可以用一种水解的醋酸乙烯脂和/或乙烯和/或异分子共聚物材料(EVOH和EVA)制作阻挡层,它与可以由聚酰胺或聚丙烯制成的第一薄层1相连,由此象已说过的那样,阻挡层的抗断强度得到大大改善。EVOH材料所具有的聚乙烯醇含量使其具有很好的阻挡性能,又由于它具有乙烯含量,使其具有很好的抗热防水性。
用于密封香味的阻挡层与相邻接的薄层1在整个表面上都是紧贴在一起的。各薄层1,3,和6,8,和9,11都可以各由一种层压胶合粘接剂,例如一种PU基的二种组份的粘接剂,一种丙烯酸粘接剂,或者用一种挤压工艺在整个表面上相互紧密连接起来。
容器13在装上芳香物质14后用外侧薄膜即阻挡层和一个由两个薄层6,8构成的薄层17不透香味地密封起来。
就整个复合薄膜15而言位于第三层的、属于薄膜17的薄层6是用一种泡沫聚丙烯材料制成的,它通过层压胶合粘接剂7与一个由聚乙烯材料构成的第四薄层8紧紧相连。构成薄膜17的两个薄层6,8当外侧薄膜16被去掉后仍封闭住容器。
位于下面的、属于薄膜17的薄层8是与粘在容器13上面的第五薄层9焊接(熔接)连接,因此不能分离开。
储存芳香物质14的容器13由两个在整个表面上相互连接的两个薄层9和11构成,其中容器13的第五薄层9由聚乙烯构成,第六薄层即外侧薄层11由一个聚合材料,最好是聚酯或聚丙烯构成。构成容器13的两个薄层9,11通过一种层压胶合粘接剂10在整个表面上相互连接。
构成容器13的上薄层9的特性及密度(Kg/cm3)与构成内侧薄膜的第四薄层8相同,第四薄层8封住容器13并且能让香料透过。因此两个薄层8,9可以直接熔接起来,由此紧紧连在一起。
此外,阻挡层即外侧薄膜16和聚丙烯层6之间的粘接剂5的粘性比聚丙烯6和聚乙烯8之间的粘接剂7的粘性要小,这是非常有利的。
第二薄层3的单位密度(或单位面上的重量)(Kg/cm2)是这样选择的,即在撕下外侧薄膜16时,整体薄膜17应保持粘在容器13上,亦即,第二薄层3的单位密度(Kg/cm2)大于第三薄层6的密度(Kg/cm2)。
不透香味的阻挡层与相邻的薄层1在整个表面上紧密相连。下面还要详细说明各个薄层1,3和6,8以及9,11都分别通过一个粘接剂2,5,7,10在整个表面上相互紧密连接。
各薄层1,3和6,8以及9,11可以通过一种双组分粘接剂,一种丙烯(酸酯)粘接剂或者一种共同挤压工艺在整个表面上相互紧密连接。
为了保证封在容器13中的芳香物质14具有高的储存稳定性,阻挡层与薄膜17的连接中,至少第三薄层即聚丙烯6的边缘部分和下面的薄层8,9的边缘部分是密封的,并用层压胶合粘接剂紧紧连接起来。薄层6的密封部分20在图1中用梯段表示。它阻止装在容器13中的物质经薄层3和8之间由聚丙烯6构成的中间腔而向外扩散。
此外还可以封闭薄层6,8,9的端缘,或者设置一个阻挡层,从而容器在封闭状态下不会有香料经薄层6,8,9的端面向外渗透。此外还有这样的可能性,即上面的阻挡层盖住位于下面的薄层6,8,9的端缘。但通常密封住薄层6的边缘部分后就已经达到足够的密封性,因此只要薄层3不从薄层6上撕下,香料就不能经薄层6,8,9向外扩散,这尤其是因为这些薄层在被封闭的状态下自身不会完全被香料浸透。
设置在聚丙烯6两侧的粘接剂5,7可以具有额外阻止香味向外扩散的作用。
由图1可见,在第三薄层6的边缘部分有一个楔形缝或分离处18,从而两个薄层1,3的位于边缘部分中的那一部分构成一个耳柄19,由此可以撕下阻挡层。在缝18中,薄层3的下侧可以设置一个保护层4,尤其是一种苯胺印刷物料,一种由硅酮或红色硅漆构成的条带,这样薄层3的这一部分就不与位于下面的薄层6的这一部分相连接,尤其是在撕开过程时,可以将上面的两个薄层1,3以及层压胶合粘接剂5从第三薄层6即泡沫聚丙烯的上表面撕开,同时又不使该薄层6受到损坏。层压胶合粘接剂5只在边缘部分仍粘在聚丙烯薄层6的表面上。
如果要活化香料,则只须借助于耳柄19撕下外侧薄膜16,撕开时是按照粘接剂5平面上的分离线或沿着粘接剂5下侧进行的。现在香料可以穿过薄层8和6。由于薄层6的一个位于中间并且在容器13中的凹坑上方的部分22没有被密封,因此香料可以以不变的扩散速度穿过两个薄层6,8而出去。
图2中是数个容器13在生产过程中用一个薄膜(例如下面的薄膜即薄膜11)相互连在一起,以便能进行复式包装。可以将这些容器13冲切出来,或者借助于一个图中未示出的冲裁机将其从薄膜11中取出。
此外,两个下面的薄层9,11可以在容器的侧面进行延伸,使得伸出的部分构成耳柄19,利用该耳柄19可以把容器13固定在例如一个挂钩上。
另外,有利的是复合薄膜或容器的第一薄层的厚度为12μ-80μ,第二薄层的厚度为9μ-50μ,第三薄层的厚度为33μ-60μ,第四薄层的厚度为50μ-150μ,第五薄层的厚度为50μ-100μ,第六薄层的厚度为250μ-500μ。
此外,更加有利的是复合薄膜或容器的第一薄层的厚度为20μ-30μ,第二薄层的厚度为12μ-18μ,第三薄层的厚度为28μ-38μ,第四薄层的厚度为70μ-80μ,第五薄层的厚度为70μ-80μ,第六薄层的厚度为320μ-380μ。
采取以下的厚度尺寸范围,取得了很好的结果,即复合薄膜或容器的第一薄层的厚度为24μ-26μ,第二薄层的厚度为14μ-16μ,第三薄层的厚度为32μ-34μ,第四薄层的厚度为74μ-76μ,第五薄层的厚度为74-76μμ,第六薄层的厚度为345μ-355μ。
Claims (21)
1.一种储存芳香物质(14)的容器(13),它可以用一种由数层构成的复合薄膜(15)不透香味地封闭起来,其中,复合薄层(15)由位于容器上侧的一个至少包括两个不透香味的薄层(1,3) 的外侧薄膜(16)和一个位于下面可让香味透过的并由二薄层(6,8)组成之内侧薄膜(17)构成,其特征在于,该不透香味的外侧薄膜(16)即阻挡层经粘接剂(5)与位于其下面并由一聚合物构成的可渗透的中间薄层(6)相连,该粘接剂对所述中间薄层(6)的粘性比位于中间薄层(6)与接着的第四薄层(8)之间的第二粘接剂(7)的粘性要小,薄层(8)接附在容器(13)上,由聚乙烯组成。
2.按权利要求1的容器,其特征是,相对于整个复合薄膜(15)而言位于第三层且属于薄膜(17)的薄层(6)是由一种泡沫聚丙烯材料制成的,该第三层即上层薄层(6)的单位密度(Kg/cm2)是这样选择的,使得在撕下外侧薄膜(16)时,由两个薄层(6,8)构成的薄膜(17)仍粘附在容器(13)上。
3.按权利要求1或2的容器,其特征是,第三薄层即泡沫聚丙烯薄层(6)至少在边缘部分与位于下面的聚乙烯薄层(8)紧紧相连,泡沫聚丙烯薄层(6)和/或位于下面的薄层(8,9)至少在紧密相连的边缘部分是密封住的。
4.按权利要求3的容器,其特征是,泡沫聚丙烯薄层(6)在紧密相连的部分中是通过热处理密封的。
5.按权利要求1的容器,其特征是,泡沫聚丙烯薄层(6)经粘接剂(7)在整个表面上与位于下面的聚乙烯薄层(8)紧密相连,并只在边缘部分和/或尤其是在粘合或封口处密封起来。
6.按权利要求1的容器,其特征是,外侧薄膜(1)由两个相互紧密相连的薄层(1,3)构成,其中的一层(3)构成不透香味的阻挡层,另一层(1)由一种可弯曲的或弹性材料,尤其是聚酰胺材料制成。
7.按权利要求1的容器,其特征是,阻挡层(3)由一种金属材料如铝材料制成。
8.按权利要求1的容器,其特征是,不透香味的阻挡层(3)与相邻的由聚酰胺构成的薄层(1)在整个表面上紧密相连。
9.按权利要求1的容器,其特征是,储存芳香物质(14)的容器(13)由两个在整个表面上相连的薄层(9,11)构成,其中容器(13)的薄层(9)由聚乙烯制成,外侧的薄层(11)由聚酯或者聚丙烯制成。
10.按权利要求1的容器,其特征是,每个薄层(1,3和6,8和9,11)各经过一种层压胶合粘接剂(2,5,7,10)在整个表面上相互紧密相连。
11.按权利要求1的容器,其特征是,外侧薄膜(16)与内侧薄膜(17)在边缘部分熔接在一起或者经层压胶合粘接剂(5)相连。
12.按权利要求1的容器,其特征是,外侧薄膜(16)与内侧薄膜(17)在整个表面上熔接或者是经层压胶合粘接剂(5)连接,其中在边缘部分设有一个用于开启耳柄(19)的分离处(18),开启耳柄具有这样的结构,即用它可以将外侧薄膜(16)从内侧薄膜(17)上撕下,并且在层压胶合粘接剂(5)区域的内侧薄膜(17)和外侧薄膜(16)之间的连接可以整个平面地从聚丙烯薄层(6)上脱开。
13.按照权利要求1的容器,其特征是,外侧薄膜(16)或者第二薄层(3)的下侧的边缘部设有一个保护层(4),尤其是一漆条带,用于防止第二薄层(3)的下侧与第三薄层(6)的上侧相连。
14.按照权利要求1的容器,其特征是,外侧薄膜(16)的第二薄层(3)由一种不含金属的材料制成,尤其是由水解醋酸乙烯酯和/或乙烯和/或异分子共聚物材料(EVOH和EVA)制成并且与第一薄层(1)相连,第一薄层(1)由一种可弯曲的材料,尤其是聚酰胺或聚丙烯材料制成。
15.按照权利要求1的容器,其特征是,各薄层(1,3和6,8和9,11)分别通过一种PU基的二组分粘接剂,一种丙烯酸粘接剂或者一种共挤压工艺而在整个表面上相互连接起来。
16.按照权利要求1所述的容器,其特征是,热处理后的聚丙烯材料或薄膜(17)或聚乙烯薄膜(8),成为透明可见,从而在撕下外层薄膜后,可以透过两个薄层(6,8)看见装在容器中的物料。
17.按照权利要求1的容器,其特征是,至少构成容器的上薄层(9)具有与封闭容器(13)的可让香料透过的薄层(8)相同的特性及密度(Kg/cm3),并且两个薄层(8,9)相互熔接在一起。
18.按照权利要求1的容器,其特征是,阻挡层(3)的材料密度大于上层薄层或聚丙烯层(6)的材料密度,上层薄层或聚丙烯层(6)的材料密度小于下层薄层或聚乙烯层(8)的材料密度,其中内侧薄膜的下层薄层(8)的密度和粘附在容器(13)上的上层薄层(9)的密度是相同的。
19.按照权利要求1的容器,其特征是,复合薄膜或容器(13)的第一薄层(1)的厚度为12μ-80μ,第二薄层(3)的厚度为9μ-50μ,第三薄层(6)的厚度为33μ-60μ,第四薄层(8)的厚度为50μ-150μ,第五薄层(9)的厚度为50μ-100μ,第六薄层(11)的厚度为250μ-500μ。
20.按照权利要求1的容器,其特征是,复合薄膜或容器(13)的第一薄层(1)的厚度为20μ-30μ,第二薄层(3)的厚度为12μ-18μ,第三薄层(6)的厚度为28μ-38μ,第四薄层(8)的厚度为70μ-80μ,第五薄层(9)的厚度为70μ-80μ,第六薄层(11)的厚度为320μ-380μ。
21.按照权利要求1的容器,其特征是,复合薄膜或容器(13)的第一薄层(1)的厚度为24μ-26μ,第二薄层(3)的厚度为14μ-16μ,第三薄层(6)的厚度为32μ-34μ,第四薄层(8)的厚度为74μ-76μ,第五薄层(9)的厚度为74μ-76μ,第六薄层(11)的厚度为345μ-355μ。
