Abstract

增韧耐热ABS组合物及其制备方法,增韧耐热ABS组合物包括如下质量份数的原料:ABS树脂65-78份、烯丙基苯酚或双烯丙基双酚A改性双马来酰亚胺树脂5-6份、环氧树脂5-10份、抗氧剂0.5-0.8份、碳纤维10-12份。本发明将所述各组分复配,在各组分共同作用下,具有良好的耐热性,热变形温度可达120℃,韧性良好,成品的冲击强度可达35kJ/m2,拉伸强度较高可达65MPa。本发明制备方法简单易行,操作简单,可广泛推广。

增韧耐热ABS组合物及其制备方法
技术领域
本发明属于高分子材料技术领域,具体涉及一种增韧耐热ABS组合物及其制备方法。
背景技术
ABS的性能介于通用塑料与工程塑料之间,具有很好的成型性,加工出的产品表面光洁,此外,还具有较高的冲击强度和较好的化学稳定性,但其耐热性和韧性均较差。
目前国产的耐热ABS树脂的性能仍较差,还需进一步改善,因此如何提高ABS的综合性能成为该领域亟待解决的技术难题。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服现有技术的不足而提供一种增韧耐热ABS组合物及其制备方法,本发明成品具有良好的耐热性和韧性,且力学性能优异。
本发明的技术方案:
增韧耐热ABS组合物,包括如下质量份数的原料:ABS树脂65-78份、烯丙基苯酚或双烯丙基双酚A改性双马来酰亚胺树脂5-6份、环氧树脂5-10份、抗氧剂0.5-0.8份、碳纤维10-12份,其中烯丙基苯酚或双烯丙基双酚A改性双马来酰亚胺树脂由以下方法制备而得:165℃下将酚酞聚芳醚砜溶解于烯丙基苯酚或双烯丙基双酚A中,再加入双马来酰亚胺搅拌2h,降温至100℃使加入端羧基丁腈橡胶和酚酞聚芳醚酮,继续反应4h即得。
所述抗氧剂为2,4-二(正辛基硫亚甲基)-6-甲基苯酚。
本发明的制备方法:将ABS树脂、烯丙基苯酚或双烯丙基双酚A改性双马来酰亚胺树脂、环氧树脂按照所述配比加入高混机中混料均匀,于190-195℃下挤出造粒,将粒料冷却至30℃,干燥后按照配比称取粒料、抗氧剂、碳纤维于高混机中混料,经双螺杆挤出机挤出,温度210-218℃,经造粒即可得本发明成品。
有益效果:本发明将所述各组分复配,在各组分共同作用下,具有良好的耐热性,热变形温度可达120℃,韧性良好,成品的冲击强度可达35 kJ/m2,拉伸强度较高可达65MPa。本发明制备方法简单易行,操作简单,可广泛推广。
具体实施方式  
下面结合实施例对本发明作进一步的详细描述。
实施例1
增韧耐热ABS组合物,包括如下质量份数的原料:ABS树脂65份、烯丙基苯酚改性双马来酰亚胺树脂5份、环氧树脂5份、抗氧剂2,4-二(正辛基硫亚甲基)-6-甲基苯酚0.5份、碳纤维10份,其中烯丙基苯酚改性双马来酰亚胺树脂由以下方法制备而得:165℃下将酚酞聚芳醚砜溶解于烯丙基苯酚中,再加入双马来酰亚胺搅拌2h,降温至100℃使加入端羧基丁腈橡胶和酚酞聚芳醚酮,继续反应4h即得。
本发明的制备方法,将ABS树脂、烯丙基苯酚改性双马来酰亚胺树脂、环氧树脂按照所述配比加入高混机中混料均匀,于190℃下挤出造粒,将粒料冷却至30℃,干燥后按照配比称取粒料、抗氧剂、碳纤维于高混机中混料,经双螺杆挤出机挤出,温度210℃,经造粒即可得本发明成品。
实施例2
增韧耐热ABS组合物,包括如下质量份数的原料:ABS树脂78份、双烯丙基双酚A改性双马来酰亚胺树脂6份、环氧树脂10份、抗氧剂2,4-二(正辛基硫亚甲基)-6-甲基苯酚0.8份、碳纤维12份,其中双烯丙基双酚A改性双马来酰亚胺树脂由以下方法制备而得:165℃下将酚酞聚芳醚砜溶解于双烯丙基双酚A中,再加入双马来酰亚胺搅拌2h,降温至100℃使加入端羧基丁腈橡胶和酚酞聚芳醚酮,继续反应4h即得。
本发明的制备方法,将ABS树脂、双烯丙基双酚A改性双马来酰亚胺树脂、环氧树脂按照所述配比加入高混机中混料均匀,于195℃下挤出造粒,将粒料冷却至30℃,干燥后按照配比称取粒料、抗氧剂、碳纤维于高混机中混料,经双螺杆挤出机挤出,温度218℃,经造粒即可得本发明成品。
实施例3
增韧耐热ABS组合物,包括如下质量份数的原料:ABS树脂70份、双烯丙基双酚A改性双马来酰亚胺树脂5.5份、环氧树脂8份、抗氧剂2,4-二(正辛基硫亚甲基)-6-甲基苯酚0.6份、碳纤维11份,其中双烯丙基双酚A改性双马来酰亚胺树脂的制备方法同实施例2。
本实施例制备方法同实施例2。
将实施例1-3所得材料按照国际标准注塑成型为测试样条,进行性能测试,测试结果见下表1。

由上表可见本发明成品具有良好的耐热性,热变形温度可达120℃,具有优异的冲击强度、拉伸强度和弯曲强度,说明产品韧性较好。

Claims (3)

1.增韧耐热ABS组合物,其特征在于,包括如下质量份数的原料:ABS树脂65-78份、烯丙基苯酚或双烯丙基双酚A改性双马来酰亚胺树脂5-6份、环氧树脂5-10份、抗氧剂0.5-0.8份、碳纤维10-12份,其中烯丙基苯酚或双烯丙基双酚A改性双马来酰亚胺树脂由以下方法制备而得:165℃下将酚酞聚芳醚砜溶解于烯丙基苯酚或双烯丙基双酚A中,再加入双马来酰亚胺搅拌2h,降温至100℃使加入端羧基丁腈橡胶和酚酞聚芳醚酮,继续反应4h即得。
2.根据权利要求1所述的增韧耐热ABS组合物,其特征在于,所述抗氧剂为2,4-二(正辛基硫亚甲基)-6-甲基苯酚。
3.如权利要求1所述的增韧耐热ABS组合物的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:将ABS树脂、烯丙基苯酚或双烯丙基双酚A改性双马来酰亚胺树脂、环氧树脂按照所述配比加入高混机中混料均匀,于190-195℃下挤出造粒,将粒料冷却至30℃,干燥后按照配比称取粒料、抗氧剂、碳纤维于高混机中混料,经双螺杆挤出机挤出,温度210-218℃,经造粒即可得本发明成品。
