技术领域
本文所公开的主题事物涉及同心电机发电和驱动系统。
背景技术
在许多车辆中,特别是在混合动力车辆中,功率传输系统被用于将在发动机中生成的机械能转化为电能,该电能可以被存储或被转换回为了驱动目的所可以采用的机械能。这些功率传输系统通常包括通过可旋转地耦接至发动机的驱动轴而被驱动为旋转的发电机转子,以及将转子旋转转换成电能的发电机定子。该电能由电池存储或被传输到驱动定子,驱动定子引起驱动转子的旋转,该驱动转子转而耦接至例如车辆车轮。
通常,在传统的功率传输系统中,发电机元件和驱动元件不被安装在一起,并且实际上可以被布置在特定车辆的不同部分处。因而,需要分别以相对较重且复杂的布置在这样的车辆中安装这些功能。这导致车辆本身与其他情况相比相对较重并且不节省燃料。
发明内容
根据本发明的一个方面,提供一种同心电机发电和驱动系统设备,该设备包括:轮毂,其包括多个正对面、固定至所述多个正对面以限定第一内部空间的第一侧壁、以及固定至所述正对面之一以在第一内部空间内限定第二内部空间的第二侧壁;第一组件,其被布置在第二内部空间内,用于从输入机械能生成电流;第二组件,其被电耦接至第一组件并且被布置在第一内部空间内,用于从与第一组件生成的电流相关联的电流生成要被传输至外部机械元件的机械能;以及第一耦接器和第二耦接器,第一耦接器是被布置为将第一组件和第二组件机械地耦接使得输入机械能的至少一部分能够从第一组件传输至第二组件的离合器,以及第二耦接器是被布置为将第二组件和外部机械元件机械地耦接的离合器。

具体实施方式
参照图1至图3,提供了同心电机发电和驱动系统设备10。设备10包括轮毂(hub)11、第一组件12和第二组件13。轮毂10包括:第一正对面20和第二正对面21;第一侧壁22,该第一侧壁22在其两端固定至第一正对面20和第二正对面21以在第一正对面20和第二正对面21之间限定第一内部空间23;以及第二侧壁24。第二侧壁24被固定至第一正对面20和第二正对面21之一,以在第一内部空间23内限定第二内部空间25。因此,轮毂10可以是壳体,并且可以被刚性地固定至发动机、驱动功率生成装置或一些类似类型的装置。
第一组件12被布置在第二内部空间25内,并且被配置为从输入机械能生成电流。与此相反,电耦接至第一组件12的第二组件13被布置在大体围绕第二侧壁24的第一内部空间23内,并且被配置为从与第一组件12所生成的电流相关联的电流生成机械能。
根据实施方式,第一侧壁22和第二侧壁24各自可以基本上为圆筒状,并在一些情况下基本上彼此同心。虽然第二组件13的一些部分可以与第一组件12的对应部分轴向偏移,但是第一和第二组件12和13仍可以基本上彼此同心。例如,在第二侧壁24被固定至第一面20的情况下,第二组件13的对应于第二面21的端部从第一组件12的相应端部轴向突出。
利用上述布置,第一组件12和第二组件13各自可以包括转子-定子组件。例如,第一组件12可以包括固定连接至第二侧壁24的发电机定子30,以及被可操作地布置在由发电机定子30限定的中央区域内的外部驱动发电机转子31。发电机转子31的旋转在发电机定子30中引起电流。在设备10被安装在车辆中的情况下,设备10还可以包括驱动功率生成装置40(诸如发动机),以通过驱动功率生成装置轴41来驱动发电机转子31的旋转。根据又一实施方式,要理解,第一组件12和第二组件13各自可以包括例如转子-定子组件的各个级,并且以此方式提供另外的驱动功率和/或等效于换挡的驱动功率的步进式增加。
第二组件13可以包括固定连接至第一侧壁22的驱动定子50,以及驱动转子51。驱动转子51被可操作地布置在由驱动定子50限定的中央区域内。因此,施加至驱动定子50的电流引起驱动转子51的旋转。驱动转子51的旋转经由驱动轴61驱动外部机械元件60(诸如需要速度/转矩调制的可驱动装置),或在设备10被安装在车辆中的情况下,驱动车轮。施加至驱动定子50的电流可以是与由第一组件12所生成的电流相关联的电流。
如图3所示,设备10还包括第一逆变器70和第二逆变器71。第一逆变器70被电耦接至第一组件12,并且将由如上所述的第一组件12生成的交流电流(AC)转换成直流电流(DC)。第二逆变器71被电插入在第一逆变器70和第二组件13之间,并且将由第一逆变器70生成的直流电流转换回可以用于驱动第二组件13的操作的交流电流。根据又一实施方式,由第一逆变器70和第二逆变器71所提供的控制可以影响电流(AC或DC)的幅值和频率中的任一者或两者。
也就是说,在上面给出的示例中,当驱动功率生成装置40使驱动功率生成装置轴41旋转时,驱动功率生成装置轴41的旋转驱动发电机转子31的旋转。发电机转子31的旋转在发电机定子30中引起交流电流。利用电耦接至发电机定子30的第一逆变器70,该交流电流被转换成直流电流,而该直流电流通过第二逆变器71被转换回交流电流。利用电耦接至第二逆变器71的驱动定子50,该交流电流被施加至驱动定子50以引起驱动转子51的旋转。然后,驱动转子51的旋转的机械能经由驱动轴61被传送至机械元件60。
根据又一实施方式,参照图4,设备10还可以包括能量捕获电路80。能量捕获电路80被电插入在第一组件12和第二组件13之间,并且被配置成从在至少第一组件12中生成的电流中捕获电能。能量捕获电路80包括如上所述的第一逆变器70、如上所述的第二逆变器71以及存储装置81(诸如电池或超电容器)。存储装置81与第一逆变器70和第二逆变器71串联布置,以根据命令第一逆变器70和第二逆变器71的方向来存储从第一逆变器70或第二逆变器71的输出所得到的电能。因而,一个逆变器可以被用于将存储装置81充电,而另一逆变器被用于驱动功率,或者两个逆变器均可以被用于充电或驱动。
在正常操作期间,驱动功率从驱动功率生成装置40起,通过在第一组件12、第一逆变器70和第二逆变器71、能量捕获电路80和第二组件13流向机械元件60。然而,在驱动功率生成装置启动期间,可以根据已知方法反转第一逆变器70的极性,使得驱动功率可以从存储装置81流向驱动功率生成装置40。在此情况下,存储在存储装置81中的电力被传输到第一逆变器70,在第一逆变器70处该电力被从直流电流转换为交流电流。然后,交流电流被传输至发电机定子30以引起发电机转子31旋转。发电机转子31的旋转引起或协助驱动功率生成装置40的启动。另外,在某些驱动条件(诸如下坡行驶)期间,存储装置可以从第二组件13接收功率。在此情况下,第二逆变器71的极性可以被反转,并且机械元件61的机械能可以通过第二组件被转换成交流电流,然后通过第二逆变器71被转换成直流电流。该直流电流可以被输入到存储装置81中。
根据再一实施方式,参照图5,设备10还可以包括:如参照图4的上述能量捕获电路80使得存储装置81的充电是可能的;以及第一耦接器90。第一耦接器90将第一组件12和第二组件13机械地耦接使得输入机械能的至少一部分从第一组件12传输至第二组件13。为此,第一耦接器90可以包括分别耦接至第一组件12和第二组件13的第一离合器91。在这些另外的实施方式中,在相对高速的行进期间,经由第一离合器91从第一组件12直接向第二组件13传输驱动功率的能力提高设备10的效率。
根据再一实施方式,参照图6,该设备10还可以包括第一耦接器90的第一离合器91和第二耦接器100的第二离合器101。其中第一耦接器90将第一组件12和第二组件13机械地耦接以使得输入机械能的至少一部分能够从第一组件12传输至第二组件13,第二耦接器100将第二组件13和外部机械元件60机械地耦接以使得输入机械能的至少一部分能够从第二组件13传输至外部机械元件60。
在发电模式下,第二离合器101能够在断开状态下操作(即,第二离合器被断开以使得旋转不被传输至外部机械元件60),并且第一组件12和第二组件13中的一者或两者能够被操作为生成要被供应至存储装置81的功率或能量。也就是说,如果在操作驱动功率生成装置40的同时第一离合器91和第二离合器101均断开,那么外部机械元件60将不被驱动,并且第一组件12将生成要供应至存储装置81的功率或能量。与此相反,如果在操作驱动功率生成装置40的同时闭合第一离合器91而打开第二离合器101,那么外部机械元件60将不被驱动,并且第一组件12和第二组件13两者均将可用于生成要被供应至存储装置81的功率或能量。
在第一离合器91和第二离合器101两者均被闭合的情况下,该设备10将类似于上面参照图5所描述的进行操作。也就是说,输入机械能的至少一部分将能够从第一组件12传输至第二组件13,并且在设备10的相对高速操作期间,这可以提高设备10的效率。这样说来,第一组件12和第二组件13中的一者或两者可以被设置为可以根据电流工作条件而被选择为断开或闭合的感应电机或开关磁阻电机(switch reluctance motor)。因此,使第一离合器91和第二离合器101两者均闭合,第一组件和第二组件中的一者或两者可以针对相对高效的操作而被闭合或者针对相对高功率的操作而被断开。在示例性实施方式中,这样的高功率操作对于其中小型化发动机有效并且需要暂时高功率操作(即,上坡行驶或负载运输)的情况而言可能特别有用。
尽管仅结合有限数量的实施方式详细描述了本发明,但应当容易理解,本发明并不限于这些公开的实施方式。相反,本发明可以被修改为结合此前未被描述但与本发明的精神和范围相称的任意数目的变型、变更、替代或等效布置。另外,虽然已经描述了本发明的各种实施方式,但是应当理解,本发明的方面可以包括所描述的实施方式中的仅一些。因此,本发明不被视为受前述描述的限制,而仅由所附的权利要求书的范围限制。

Claims (18)

1.一种同心电机发电和驱动系统设备,包括:
轮毂,所述轮毂包括:多个正对面;第一侧壁,所述第一侧壁固定至所述多个正对面以限定第一内部空间;以及第二侧壁,所述第二侧壁固定至所述多个正对面之一以在所述第一内部空间内限定第二内部空间;
第一组件,所述第一组件被布置在所述第二内部空间内,用于从输入机械能生成电流;
第二组件,所述第二组件被电耦接至所述第一组件并且被布置在所述第一内部空间内,用于从与所述第一组件所生成的电流相关联的电流生成要传输至外部机械元件的机械能;以及
第一耦接器和第二耦接器,所述第一耦接器是被布置成将所述第一组件和所述第二组件机械地耦接使得所述输入机械能的至少一部分能够从所述第一组件传输至所述第二组件的离合器,并且所述第二耦接器是被布置成将所述第二组件和所述外部机械元件机械地耦接的离合器。
2.根据权利要求1所述的设备,其中,所述第一组件和所述第二组件中的至少一者或两者被设置为感应电机。
3.根据权利要求1所述的设备,其中,所述第一组件和所述第二组件中的至少一者或两者被设置为开关磁阻电机。
4.根据权利要求1所述的设备,其中,所述第一耦接器分别耦接至所述第一组件和所述第二组件。
5.根据权利要求1所述的设备,其中,所述第二耦接器分别耦接至所述第二组件和所述外部机械元件。
6.根据权利要求1所述的设备,还包括:能量捕获电路,所述能量捕获电路被电插入在所述第一组件和所述第二组件之间以从所生成的电流中捕获电能。
7.根据权利要求1所述的设备,还包括驱动功率生成装置,所述驱动功率生成装置提供作为所述输入机械能的驱动功率,
其中,所述驱动功率通过所述第一耦接器从所述第一组件传输至所述第二组件,并且通过所述第二耦接器从所述第二组件传输至所述外部机械元件。
8.一种同心电机发电和驱动系统设备,包括:
轮毂,所述轮毂包括:多个正对面;第一侧壁,所述第一侧壁固定至所述多个正对面以限定第一内部空间;以及第二侧壁,所述第二侧壁固定至所述多个正对面之一以在所述第一内部空间内限定第二内部空间;
第一组件,所述第一组件被布置在所述第二内部空间内,用于从输入机械能生成电流;
第二组件,所述第二组件被电耦接至所述第一组件并且被布置在所述第一内部空间内,用于从与所述第一组件所生成的电流相关联的电流生成要传输至外部机械元件的机械能;以及
第一耦接器和第二耦接器,所述第一耦接器被布置成将所述第一组件和所述第二组件机械地耦接,并且所述第二耦接器被布置成将所述第二组件和所述外部机械元件机械地耦接;以及
能量捕获电路,所述能量捕获电路被电插入在所述第一组件和所述第二组件之间以从所生成的电流中捕获电能,
其中,所述第一组件和所述第二组件中的至少一者或两者被配置成在所述第二耦接器被布置为断开状态的情况下向所述能量捕获电路供应能量。
9.一种同心电机发电和驱动系统设备,包括:
轮毂,所述轮毂包括:第一正对面和第二正对面;第一侧壁,所述第一侧壁在其两个正对端固定至所述第一正对面和所述第二正对面以在所述第一正对面和所述第二正对面之间限定第一内部空间;以及第二侧壁,所述第二侧壁被固定至所述第一正对面和所述第二正对面之一以在所述第一内部空间内限定第二内部空间;
第一组件,所述第一组件被布置在所述第二内部空间内,用于从输入机械能生成电流;
第二组件,所述第二组件被电耦接至所述第一组件并且被布置在所述第一内部空间内,用于从与所述第一组件所生成的电流相关联的电流生成要传输至外部机械元件的机械能;以及
第一耦接器和第二耦接器,所述第一耦接器被布置成将所述第一组件和所述第二组件机械地耦接,并且所述第二耦接器被布置成将所述第二组件和所述外部机械元件机械地耦接,使得所述输入机械能能够分别从所述第一组件传输至所述第二组件并且从所述第二组件传输至所述外部机械单元。
10.根据权利要求9所述的设备,其中,所述第一组件和所述第二组件中的至少一者或两者被设置为感应电机。
11.根据权利要求9所述的设备,其中,所述第一组件和所述第二组件中的至少一者或两者被设置为开关磁阻电机。
12.根据权利要求9所述的设备,其中,所述第一耦接器包括离合器,所述离合器分别耦接至所述第一组件和所述第二组件。
13.根据权利要求9所述的设备,其中,所述第二耦接器包括离合器,所述离合器分别耦接至所述第二组件和所述外部机械元件。
14.根据权利要求9所述的设备,还包括:能量捕获电路,所述能量捕获电路被电插入在所述第一组件和所述第二组件之间以从所生成的电流中捕获电能。
15.根据权利要求14所述的设备,其中,所述第一组件和所述第二组件中的至少一者或两者被配置成在所述第二耦接器被布置为断开状态的情况下向所述能量捕获电路供应能量。
16.根据权利要求9所述的设备,还包括驱动功率生成装置,所述驱动功率生成装置用于提供作为所述输入机械能的驱动功率,
其中,所述驱动功率通过所述第一耦接器从所述第一组件传输至所述第二组件,并且通过所述第二耦接器从所述第二组件传输至所述外部机械元件。
17.一种同心电机发电和驱动系统设备,包括:
轮毂,所述轮毂包括:多个正对面;第一侧壁,所述第一侧壁固定至所述多个正对面以限定第一内部空间;以及第二侧壁,所述第二侧壁固定至所述多个正对面之一以在所述第一内部空间内限定第二内部空间;
第一组件,所述第一组件被布置在所述第二内部空间内,用于从输入机械能生成电流;
第二组件,所述第二组件被电耦接至所述第一组件并且被布置在所述第一内部空间内,用于从与所述第一组件所生成的电流相关联的电流生成要传输至外部机械元件的机械能;以及
第一耦接器,所述第一耦接器被布置成将所述第一组件和所述第二组件机械地耦接;以及
第二耦接器,所述第二耦接器被布置成将所述第二组件和所述外部机械元件机械地耦接,在发电模式下,所述第二耦接器能够以断开状态进行操作。
18.根据权利要求17所述的设备,还包括:能量捕获电路,所述能量捕获电路被电插入在所述第一组件和所述第二组件之间以在所述发电模式下从所生成的电流中捕获电能。
