本发明涉及一种水箱拉丝机上使用的机构，尤其是一种水箱拉丝机的收线部件顶尖机构。
背景技术
    水箱拉丝机主要用于拉制各类精密、微径高碳钢丝。翻转式水箱主要用来生产钢帘线、胎圈钢丝和胶管钢丝，目前在子午轮胎应用较广。钢丝拉拔成型后卷绕在收线机的工字轮上，顶尖机构通过气缸收缩顶紧工字轮，防止运转时工字轮飞出，钢丝满盘后气缸伸长顶尖脱离工字轮，工字轮可以很方便的卸下来，本发明结构简单、紧凑、合理，拆装方便。 
发明内容
本发明的目的是克服现有技术中存在的不足，提供一种结构简单、使用可靠、制造方便与维修成本低廉的水箱拉丝机的收线部件顶尖机构。
按照本发明提供的技术方案，所述水箱拉丝机的收线部件顶尖机构，它包括安装轴、滑套、固定板、尾座板、外套管、浮动接头、顶尖与转套，在固定板上固定有外套管，在外套管内设有密封圈，在密封圈滑动连接有滑套，在滑套内固定有安装轴，在安装轴上通过轴承转动安装有转套，在转套的前端部固定有顶尖，顶尖与安装轴呈同轴设置，在滑套的后端部固定有尾座板，在固定板上安装有气缸，在气缸的活塞杆端部固定有浮动接头，浮动接头与所述尾座板相连。
在转套的后端部固定有端盖。
所述浮动接头上沿着其周向设有安装槽，安装槽的宽度大于尾座板的厚度，尾座板嵌在安装槽内。
本发明具有结构简单、紧凑、制造成本低廉、便于维修和保养、使用方便可靠与不易发生故障等优点。

该水箱拉丝机的收线部件顶尖机构，它包括安装轴1、滑套2、固定板3、尾座板4、外套管5、浮动接头6、顶尖7与转套8，在固定板3上固定有外套管5，在外套管5内设有密封圈，在密封圈内滑动连接有滑套2，在滑套2内固定有安装轴1，在安装轴1上通过轴承转动安装有转套8，在转套8的前端部固定有顶尖7，顶尖7与安装轴1呈同轴设置，在滑套2的后端部固定有尾座板4，在固定板3上安装有气缸9，在气缸9的活塞杆端部固定有浮动接头10，浮动接头10与所述尾座板4相连。
在转套8的后端部固定有端盖11。
所述浮动接头10上沿着其周向设有安装槽12，安装槽12的宽度大于尾座板4的厚度，尾座板4嵌在安装槽12内。
需要使用顶尖7时，气缸9的活塞杆缩回，顶尖7使用结束后，气缸9的活塞杆伸出。

1.一种水箱拉丝机的收线部件顶尖机构，其特征是：它包括安装轴（1）、滑套（2）、固定板（3）、尾座板（4）、外套管（5）、浮动接头（6）、顶尖（7）与转套（8），在固定板（3）上固定有外套管（5），在外套管（5）内设有密封圈，在密封圈滑动连接有滑套（2），在滑套（2）内固定有安装轴（1），在安装轴（1）上通过轴承转动安装有转套（8），在转套（8）的前端部固定有顶尖（7），顶尖（7）与安装轴（1）呈同轴设置，在滑套（2）的后端部固定有尾座板（4），在固定板（3）上安装有气缸（9），在气缸（9）的活塞杆端部固定有浮动接头（6），浮动接头（6）与所述尾座板（4）相连。
2.如权利要求1所述的水箱拉丝机的收线部件顶尖机构，其特征是：在转套（8）的后端部固定有端盖（11）。
3.如权利要求1所述的水箱拉丝机的收线部件顶尖机构，其特征是：所述浮动接头（6）上沿着其周向设有安装槽（12），安装槽（12）的宽度大于尾座板（4）的厚度，尾座板（4）嵌在安装槽（12）内。
