 本实用新型涉及一种皮带轮,尤其涉及一种由轮圈和轴承座组成的管制平皮带轮。
背景技术
目前,市场上公开了这样一种汽车平皮带轮,其结构特点是:由轮圈和轴承座组成,轴承座设置在轮圈的轴向中心位置上,由于该平皮带轮由无缝钢管经挤压加工而成,没有在轴承座位置设置轴承挡圈,从而导致在装配时,轴承无法准确定位,影响安装效率,同时还因轴承安装不准确,影响轴承的使用寿命。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种既耗材少,安装效率高,又能提高轴承的使用寿命的管制平皮带轮。
为达到上述目的,本实用新型一种管制平皮带轮,由轮圈和轴承座组成,轴承座设置在轮圈的轴向中心位置上,轴承座设置在轮圈的内孔表面上,在轮圈的两端面设置有能防止皮带脱落的护圈,将轮圈与护圈设置成轴向截面呈U状,在所述轴承座一端设置有通过挤压而成且能将轴承定位的挡圈,在所述轴承座另一端的轮圈内孔表面上设置有方便轴承进出的空腔。
所述挡圈外端面通过轴向截面呈S状的连接面与护圈外端面连接。
所述空腔直径大于轴承座的直径。
采用这种结构后,由于在所述轴承座一端设置有通过挤压而成且能将轴承定位的挡圈,在所述轴承座另一端的轮圈内孔表面上设置有方便轴承进出的空腔。因此,一方面节约了材料,另一方面确保了轴承安装精度,提高了安装效率高和轴承的使用寿命。

具体实施方式  附图1所示本实用新型一种管制平皮带轮,由轮圈1和轴承座6组成,轴承座6设置在轮圈1的轴向中心位置上,轴承座4设置在轮圈1的内孔表面上,在轮圈1的两端面设置有能防止皮带脱落的护圈4,将轮圈1与护圈4设置成轴向截面呈U状,在所述轴承座6一端设置有通过挤压而成且能将轴承定位的挡圈2,在所述轴承座6另一端的轮圈1内孔表面上设置有方便轴承进出的空腔5;所述挡圈2外端面通过轴向截面呈S状的连接面3与护圈4外端面连接;所述空腔5直径大于轴承座6的直径。

1.一种管制平皮带轮,由轮圈和轴承座组成,轴承座设置在轮圈的轴向中心位置上,轴承座设置在轮圈的内孔表面上,在轮圈的两端面设置有能防止皮带脱落的护圈,将轮圈与护圈设置成轴向截面呈U状,其特征在于:在所述轴承座(6)一端设置有通过挤压而成且能将轴承定位的挡圈(2),在所述轴承座(6)另一端的轮圈(1)内孔表面上设置有方便轴承进出的空腔(5)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种管制平皮带轮,其特征在于:所述挡圈(2)外端面通过轴向截面呈S状的连接面(3)与护圈(4)外端面连接。
