本实用新型涉及一种钢管挤压用的玻璃垫。
背景技术
目前的钢管挤压技术有长足的发展,主要依赖于玻璃润滑剂的发明与应用,既起到了润滑作用,同时也具有隔热作用保护了工模具,提高了钢管制品的表面质量。坯料前端部润滑,多采用玻璃垫,而目前的玻璃垫多为平垫,对于薄壁钢管的表面质量控制不佳。
发明内容
为了克服现有技术的缺点,本实用新型提供一种挤压钢管用玻璃垫,它大大提高了薄壁钢管的表面质量。
本实用新型解决其技术问题所采取的技术方案是:它为垫片形,有前端面、后端面和内孔,内孔由前锥孔、圆柱孔和后锥孔组成,端面与前锥孔的前孔壁的夹角a为25-28°,后端面与后锥孔的后孔壁的夹角b为25-28°,后端面有外圆柱倒角面,以便与挤压机模座配合。
本实用新型采用蝶型设计,减薄了玻璃垫片内侧厚度,利于坯料前端部金属的流动,对于薄壁钢管的成型及外表面质量有良好的作用,同时也降低了挤压力,减小了闷车的概率。

具体实施方式
如图1所示,本实用新型为垫片形,有前端面5、后端面2和内孔,内孔由前锥孔7、圆柱孔6和后锥孔4组成,端面5与前锥孔7的前孔壁8的夹角a为25-28°,后端面2与后锥孔4的后孔壁3的夹角b为25-28°,后端面2有外圆柱倒角面1,以便与挤压机模座配合。
所述圆柱孔6的长度为5mm。
本实用新型的材料为玻璃。把玻璃粉、水玻璃和水按一定比例混合后放入成型模具压制,烘干,得到该成型玻璃垫。
