技术领域:本发明涉及锅领域,也涉及太阳热能领域,特别涉及太阳能灶使用的热交换锅。太阳能热交换饭锅,是由灶炉,饭锅,蒸盘,锅盖组成。是在灶炉的底部加工成螺旋通道成为加热盘,使螺旋通道有一条进口与一条出口,螺旋通道能通过传热介质,可以把饭锅放入灶炉内,热交换饭锅可以用于做饭。热交换饭锅的螺旋通道连接到太阳能灶工作系统中。能于采光机构连接,组成采光直接加热食物工作系统回路,采光机构把采集的阳光热能利用传热介质把热能输送到太阳能热交换饭锅,可以直接加热食物。太阳能热交换饭锅能与太阳能灶的热交换器连接,组成利用储存备用的热能加热食物工作系统回路,使储存备用的热能加热食物。

技术领域:本发明涉及锅领域,也涉及太阳热能领域,特别涉及太阳能灶使用的热交换锅。
背景技术:目前使用的锅是采用外加热,加热食物,但“太阳能有储热装置的室内灶”使用的锅是利用传热介质在工作系统回路中输送到热交换锅,利用热交换锅与食物交换热量,外加热的锅是无法使用的,因为外加热锅无法通过传热介质。
发明内容:能使锅与太阳能工作系统回路连接,使传热介质能从锅的底部通过,经过锅底把热能传导于锅内,传热介质再反回工作系统回路循环。
解决技术方案:太阳能热交换饭锅,是由灶炉,饭锅,蒸盘,锅盖组成(图1)。是在灶炉的底部加工成螺旋通道成为加热盘,使螺旋通道有一条进口与一条出口,螺旋通道能通过传热介质,可以把饭锅放入灶炉内,太阳能热交换饭锅可以用于做饭。热交换饭锅的螺旋通道连接到太阳能有装置的室内灶工作系统中。能于采光机构连接,组成采光直接加热食物工作系统回路(图2),采光机构把采集的阳光热能利用传热介质把热能输送到太阳能热交换饭锅,可以直接加热食物。太阳能热交换饭锅能与太阳能有储热装置的室内灶的热交换器连接,组成利用储存备用的热能加热食物工作系统回路(图3),使储存备用的热能用于加热食物。

1.太阳能热交换饭锅:包括饭锅,蒸盘,锅盖,其特征在于:太阳能热交换饭锅,是由灶炉,饭锅,蒸盘,锅盖组成,是在灶炉的底部加工成螺旋通道成为加热盘,使螺旋通道有一条进口与一条出口,螺旋通道通过传热介质,可以把饭锅放入灶炉内,太阳能热交换饭锅可以用于做饭,太阳能热交换饭锅的螺旋通道连接到太阳能有储热装置的室内灶工作系统中,能与采光机构连接,组成采光直接加热食物工作系统回路,采光机构把采集的阳光热能输送到三通阀,经三通阀分配,传热介质经温度调节开关,到达太阳能热交换饭锅底部中间的进口,经太阳能热交换饭锅底部的螺旋通道,把热量传入锅内,传热介质从螺旋通道的出口,经螺旋工作泵的推动,传热介质返回采光机构采集阳光热能,组成采光直接加热食物的工作回路,储存备用的热能被传热介质吸收,传热介质经螺旋工作泵的推动,经三通阀分配到温度调节开关,经温度调节开关,进入太阳能热交换饭锅的螺旋通道,把热量传入锅内,传热介质到达螺旋工作泵,组成储存备用的热能加热食物的工作回路。
