Abstract

热交换锅属于太阳能灶热交换件领域。太阳能灶与食物交换热量,是通过传热介质把热能输送到锅,锅能通过传热介质才能与食物交换热量。为解决传热介质能通过锅与食物交换热量。开拓了热交换锅。采取的技术方案是:在锅的锅底部增加夹层,把夹层加工成螺旋通道。能使锅的锅底中间进入传热介质,传热介质从螺旋通道经过,与食物交换热量后,从锅底的螺旋通道另一出口进入系统再循环。热交换锅设计了热交换炒锅,与热交换饭锅。使锅底部的螺旋通道与太阳能灶系统连接在一起就可加热食物。

热交换锅
本发明属于太阳能灶热交换件领域。 
背景技术:炒锅,电饭锅。发明思想:太阳能灶的热能是采用传热介质的循环,使热能循环到热交换锅与食物交换热量。如果锅不能通过传热介质,就无法与食物交换热量。太阳能灶就矢去了灶的意义。为使锅能通过传热介质,与食物交换热量而开拓热交换锅与食物交换热量。 
技术方案: 
1热交换炒锅:采用的技术方案是在炒锅的锅底部增加夹层,把夹层加工成螺旋通道(图1,图2)。能使炒锅的锅底中间进入传热介质,传热介质从螺旋通道经过,与食物交换热量后,从锅底的螺旋通道另一出口进入系统再循环。(图10) 
2热交换饭锅:热交换饭锅(图3)有灶炉(图5,图6),饭锅(图4),蒸盘(图8,图9),锅盖(图7)等组成。灶炉底部设计了夹层螺旋通道,可以通过传热介质,螺旋通道出进口与系统连接,可以与系统循环。输送来的传热介质与食物交换热量后反回系统(图11)。中;螺旋通道以构成加热盘,相当于电饭锅的加热盘。灶炉相当于电饭锅的外盒。把饭锅放入灶炉内低部与螺旋通道加热盘接逐,使热量传导于饭锅内,加热食物,在饭锅内放入蒸盘,可以蒸制各种食物。 
应用举例:①把热交换炒锅与采光机构组成循环回路,传热介质经过热交换炒锅的螺旋通道对食物加热(图10)。②把热交换饭锅与热交换器组成循环回路。传热介质经过热交换饭锅的螺旋通道热能传导于饭锅内对食物加热。(图11)

Claims (2)

1.热交换锅,是太阳能灶的热交换件,在锅的底部增加夹层,把夹层加工成螺旋通道。太阳能灶的传热介质输送到热交换锅的夹层,可以与食物交换热量。可以把各种形式的锅增加螺旋通道。如热交换炒锅(图1,图2)热交换饭锅(图3)等等。其特征在于,太阳能灶利用传热介质把热能输送到热交换锅。从螺旋通道中间的进孔,进入,经螺旋通道旋转的流动与食物交换热量后从另一出口反回太阳能灶系统再循环,使食物被加热。(图10,图11)
2.如权利要求1所述的产品,其特征在于,可以把各种形式的锅加工成夹层螺旋通道,成为热交换锅。安装在太阳能灶与食物交换热量。
