Abstract

本发明涉及太阳能领域,特别涉及太阳能的采光。加长真空保温集光管是利用心管与玻璃真空管相套。利用挡环扣住玻璃真空管,利用螺母固定挡环,在两管之间的空间开口处采用有机硅树脂粘合剂密封,抽真空后注入氩气。但这里氩气的作用不但有保温性能,而重要的是保护玻璃真空管内层玻璃。集光管的出进管口,与太阳能储热库的热交换器连接成工作系统回路,直接把采集的热能利用传热介质输送到储热库内储存备用。加长真空保温集光管与聚光器配合使用,集光管能成为聚光器的焦点,聚光器以集光管为轴心,聚光器能跟着太阳旋转,经聚光器的旋转抛物面的反射聚光,成一条线的反射在集光管上,集光管会很快升温到300度以上百度。

本申请是“太阳能储热库”申请中的分案的申请,原申请号是2011101244461,原申请日是2011.05.08,原发明创造名称是“太阳能储热库”。
技术领域:本发明涉及太阳能领域,特别涉及太阳能的采光。
背景技术:目前太阳能使用真空管采光,是直接采用阳光热能,为热水器提共热能,只能采集300度以下的温度。“太阳能储热库”需要采集太阳热能在300度以上的高温热能,储存在太阳能储热库内备用,需要采集的是高温热能。
发明内容:加长真空集光管与聚光器配合使用,能采集300度以上的高温热能,能于工作系统回路直接连接,与工作系统回路直接进行循环,利用传热介质把热能输送到太阳能储热库储存备用。
解决技术方案:加长真空保温集光管(图1)是利用心管2(图2)与玻璃真空管3(图3)相套。利用挡环4(图4)扣住玻璃真空管,利用螺母5(图5)固定挡环,在两管之间的空间开口处采用有机硅树脂粘合剂密封1,抽真空后注入氩气。但这里氩气的作用不但有保温性能,而重要的是保护玻璃真空管内层玻璃,不会被集光心管的反辐射,而使内层玻璃升温过高被破坏的作用。集光管的出进管口,与太阳能储热库的热交换器连接成工作系统回路(图6),直接把采集的热能利用传热介质输送到储热库内储存备用。(图7)加长真空保温集光管与聚光器配合使用,集光管能成为聚光器的焦点,聚光器以集光管为轴心,聚光器能跟着太阳旋转,经聚光器的旋转抛物面的反射聚光,成一条线的反射在集光管上,集光管会很快升温到几百度。

1.加长真空保温集光管:包括心管,玻璃真空管,其特征在于:加长真空保温集光管是利用心管(2)与玻璃真空管(3)相套,利用挡环(4)扣住玻璃真空管,利用螺母(5)固定挡环,在两管之间的空间开口处采用有机硅树脂粘合剂密封(1),抽真空后注入氩气,但这里氩气的作用不但有保温性能,而重要的是保护玻璃真空管内层玻璃,不会被集光心管的反辐射,而使内层玻璃升温过高被破坏的作用,集光管的出进管口,与太阳能储热库的热交换器连接成工作系统回路,直接把采集的热能利用传热介质输送到储热库内储存备用,加长真空保温集光管与聚光器配合使用,集光管能成为聚光器的焦点,聚光器以集光管为轴心,聚光器能跟着太阳旋转,经聚光器的抛物面的反射聚光,成一条线的反射在集光管上,集光管会很快升温到几百度。
