一种风扇固定装置,用于固定一风扇,该风扇包括一侧板,该侧板的上部设有两固定孔,该风扇固定装置包括一风扇架,该风扇架包括设有一通风口的一固定壁,该固定壁于该通风口的两侧的上部分别设有一第一通孔,该风扇固定装置还包括两固定件及一挡风片,两螺丝依次穿过该两固定件及该两第一通孔后锁入该风扇的两固定孔,该挡风片的顶部的两端分别枢转地连接于该两固定件,该挡风片受重力作用保持竖直遮盖于该通风口背向风扇的一侧,该挡风片在受到风扇的风力作用时能够背向风扇转动至最大90度,不影响风扇的出风,而当风扇不转动时,该通风口前侧的挡风片保持竖直,可阻挡住回流的风流。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种风扇固定装置。
背景技术
在电子产品内,通常会装设有若干风扇,以给电子产品内的电子元件进行散热。然而,当有的风扇因故障而停止转动时,该故障风扇处会产生风流回流,从而引起风流紊乱,影响系统散热。
发明内容
鉴于以上,有必要提供一种能防止风流回流的风扇固定装置。
一种风扇固定装置,用于固定一风扇,该风扇包括一侧板,该侧板的上部设有两固定孔,该风扇固定装置包括一风扇架,该风扇架包括设有一通风口的一固定壁,该固定壁于该通风口的两侧的上部分别设有一第一通孔,该风扇固定装置还包括两固定件及一挡风片,两螺丝依次穿过该两固定件及该两第一通孔后锁入该风扇的两固定孔,该挡风片的顶部的两端分别枢转地连接于该两固定件,该挡风片受重力作用保持竖直遮盖于该通风口背向风扇的一侧,该挡风片在受到风扇的风力作用时能够背向风扇转动至最大90度。
相较现有技术,该风扇固定装置在通风口前枢转地装设有一挡风片,该挡风片能够受风扇的风力作用转动至最大90度,不影响风扇的出风,而当风扇不转动时,该通风口前侧的挡风片保持竖直,可阻挡住回流的风流。

如下具体实施方式将结合上述附图进一步说明本发明。
具体实施方式
请参照图1与图2,本发明风扇固定装置的较佳实施方式,可固定若干风扇20。该风扇固定装置包括一风扇架10、四对固定件30、八对螺丝40及四挡风片50。
每一风扇20包括两相对的侧板21。每一侧板21的四角处分别设有一固定孔213。
该风扇架10包括一长形的底座12及由该底座12的后侧缘垂直向上延伸形成的一长形的固定壁14。该固定壁14沿水平方向间隔地设有四通风口141。该固定壁14于每一通风口141的两侧的上部分别设有一第一通孔143,并于每一通风口141的两侧的下部分别设有一第二通孔145。该固定壁14于每一第一通孔143的顶部与底部分别设有一竖直延伸的贯穿至该第一通孔143的穿槽147。
每一固定件30包括一竖直的板体31及分别由该板体31的两相对侧向前垂直延伸出的两侧臂33。该板体31的中部设有一穿孔312。该板体31于该穿孔312的上部与下部分别向后凸设一竖直延伸的凸块314。每一侧臂33的中部设有一枢转孔331。
每一挡风片50大致呈方形,并于四角处分别形成一缺口51。每一挡风片50的顶部向其两端的两对应缺口51分别延伸出一枢转轴53。
组装一风扇20时,将该风扇20置于该固定壁14的后方,使该风扇20的一侧板21贴靠于该固定壁14的后侧,并使该侧板21的四固定孔213分别正对该固定壁14的其中一通风口141周围的两第一通孔143与两第二通孔145。将一对螺丝40分别穿过该两第二通孔145并锁固于该侧板21下部的两固定孔213。然后再将一对螺丝40依次穿过一对固定件30的穿孔312及该两第一通孔143,再锁入该侧板21上部的两固定孔213。从而,该风扇20正对该通风口141固定于该固定壁14。此时,该两固定件30的凸块314分别卡入该两第一通孔143周围的对应穿槽147,使该两固定件30定位于竖直的位置而不会转动,以确保该两固定件30的上枢转孔331均位于同一水平线上。
用上述相同的方法,使用者可在该固定壁14的后侧正对每一通风口141安装一风扇20。
最后,在每一通风口141的前侧安装一挡风片50,使每一挡风片50的两枢转轴53分别枢转地卡入对应的通风口141两侧的固定件30的枢转孔331内。此时,这些挡风片50受重力作用保持竖直,使该固定壁14的每一通风口141的前侧被一挡风片50完全覆盖。每一挡风片50四角处的缺口51使挡风片50在竖直状态及向前转动时不会与通风口141周围的螺丝40及固定件30发生干涉。
风扇20运转时,风扇20吹出的风流穿过该固定壁14的对应通风口141后向前吹动位于风扇20正前方的挡风片50,使风扇20正前方的挡风片50绕着对应的枢转轴53向前并向上转动至最大90度,不影响风扇20的出风。
若有风扇20因故障而停止转动时,该故障风扇20前侧的挡风片50受重力作用保持竖直,可阻挡住回流的风流。
在其它实施方式中,该风扇架10较短,可只设有一通风口141,只用于安装一风扇20与一挡风片50。

Claims (6)

1.一种风扇固定装置,用于固定一风扇,该风扇包括一侧板,该侧板的上部设有两固定孔,该风扇固定装置包括一风扇架,该风扇架包括设有一通风口的一固定壁,该固定壁于该通风口的两侧的上部分别设有一第一通孔,其特征在于:该风扇固定装置还包括两固定件及一挡风片,两螺丝依次穿过该两固定件及该两第一通孔后锁入该风扇的两固定孔,该挡风片的顶部的两端分别枢转地连接于该两固定件,该挡风片受重力作用保持竖直遮盖于该通风口背向风扇的一侧,该挡风片在受到风扇的风力作用时能够背向风扇转动至最大90度。
2.如权利要求1所述的风扇固定装置,其特征在于:该风扇的侧板的下部也设有两固定孔,该固定壁于该通风口的两侧的下部分别设有一第二通孔,两螺丝分别穿过该两第二通孔而锁入该风扇的侧板的下部的两固定孔。
3.如权利要求2所述的风扇固定装置,其特征在于:该挡风片呈方形,并于四角处分别形成一缺口。
4.如权利要求1所述的风扇固定装置,其特征在于:每一固定件包括一竖直的板体及由该板体的一侧背向固定壁垂直延伸出的一侧臂,每一板体设有一供螺丝穿过的穿孔,该挡风片的顶部的两端分别枢转地连接于该两侧臂。
5.如权利要求4所述的风扇固定装置,其特征在于:每一侧臂设有一枢转孔,该挡风片的顶部的两端分别向外延伸出一枢转轴,该两枢转轴分别枢转地卡入该两枢转孔。
6.如权利要求4所述的风扇固定装置,其特征在于:该固定壁于每一第一通孔的顶部与底部分别设有一竖直延伸的穿槽,每一固定件的板体朝向固定壁的一侧于穿孔的上部与下部分别凸设一竖直延伸的卡入对应穿槽的凸块。
