本项发明旨在把竹木醋液开发成有杀虫剂一样功效的室内使用,也可以像DEET一样在室外使用面宽广的具有显著效果的防蚊产品。本发明的有益效果在于:1)竹木醋液原液具有强烈的烟熏味,对人畜健康有一定的危害以及味道令人讨厌,因此,选取精制竹木醋液可以去除有害物质以及烟熏味;2)精制竹木醋液具有一定的驱蚊和预防蚊子叮咬的效果,但是,由于人们对驱蚊产品效果要求比较高(相比农业杀虫剂和驱虫剂),这个矛盾难于使其产业化进入市场,精油也同样,只有把精制竹木醋液与精油采用纳米技术复配起来,就可以增加其效果;3)虽然竹木醋液与精油复配可以大大增强效果,但是与人们的要求还具有一定的差距(许多用户使用产品后,即使被蚊子叮咬1次,就认为产品没有效果,而1只蚊子每个夜晚对人叮咬攻击理论次数为14次,房间有7个蚊子,药品防效达到98%也会被叮咬2次),效果达到98.0%也难于使消费者满意,因此,在如何把效果提高到99.5%以上,将成为产品是否能使消费者满意的界限;4)本发明也象传统蚊香一样,加入少量的聚酯类杀虫剂(相当于传统蚊香使用量的10-40%),不仅大大降低了毒性,提高了产品对人畜的安全性,而且,预防蚊子叮咬的效果在竹木醋液和精油的增效下,均达到99.0%以上;5)本发明在制造方法上,也具有一定的创新性,主要表现在竹木醋液不仅是增效剂,而且赋予溶剂作用,整个生产方法没有使用传统的乙醇、丙酮等溶剂,并通过二次乳化的方法,使产品能形成纳米级均匀稳定的液体,提高了产品的效果和质量稳定性。This invention aims to develop bamboo wood vinegar into indoor use with the same efficacy as insecticide, and also can be used outdoors as a wide range of anti-mosquito products with significant effects like DEET.
