技术领域
本发明涉及用于在火灾的情况下从封闭的环境排出烟气和热量的设备。
更具体来说,本发明的主题是一种排出装置,该排出装置可以应用在房屋的通常竖直壁的开口处并且包括支承遮板的支撑框架,遮板绕设置在其底侧上的铰链的轴线摆动并且可以在其中开口以流体密封的方式被阻塞的通常关闭位置与打开位置之间移动,打开位置使得能够通过所述开口排出烟气和热量。与摆动的遮板操作地相关联的是用于将其阻挡在关闭的位置的可释放装置和用于控制在释放阻挡装置之后将其移位到打开位置的致动器装置。
背景技术
在上面指出的类型的已知烟气和热量排出装置(其示例在US-4068417中披露)中,为了管理遮板的开口的移位,通常提供电机驱动的致动器,例如,电操作的致动器或者液压操作的致动器,除了就它们经受损坏或故障的风险来说的可靠性问题之外,其必然伴有总尺寸和成本的问题。此外,这类致动器的存在可能限制烟气和热量通过开口的通道的截面。
发明内容
本发明的目标在于克服上述缺点,并且提供在描述开始时定义的类型的烟气和热量排出装置,该排出装置将防止在其用于打开的移位中使用电机驱动的致动器,同时确保通过开口的通道的最大截面。
根据本发明,以上目标由于以下事实而实现:用于管理遮板从关闭位置到打开位置的移位的上述致动器装置包括至少一个联动装置,该联动装置将遮板与支撑框架横向互连并且包括第一臂,在关闭位置第一臂倾斜地延伸,其中顶端经由经受弹簧的向下推力作用的滑动件铰接到遮板,并且底端经由可以延长到对应于遮板的打开位置的状态的第二臂铰接到支撑框架,其中该第二臂在第一臂的延长部分上对齐。
优选地,第二臂由一对杆形成,这对杆在遮板处于关闭位置中时平行于遮板折叠并且可以在打开过程中展开。
有利地,上述滑动件能够沿遮板的横向引导装置滑动,在横向引导装置的底部区域中设置有用于在遮板打开结束时抑制滑动件行进的弹簧。

具体实施方式
最初参照图1至3,根据本发明的烟气和热量排出装置基本上包括支承框架1和摆动式遮板2,遮板可以相对于框架1在图1和2所示的关闭位置与图3所示的打开位置之间移位。
框架1可以应用在通常竖直壁的开口处,通常将其设置成相对于竖直在例如与遮板2的打开方向相对的方向上的10°的区域中稍微倾斜。
遮板2在其底侧3处通过一个或多个铰链4铰接到框架1,并且在图1和2所示的关闭位置中,其以流体密封的方式阻塞开口。在图3所示的其完全打开的位置中,遮板2从关闭位置开始绕铰链4的轴线向下旋转例如约60°角,从而使得烟气和热量能够朝向房屋的外侧并且向上流出。
沿遮板2的相对侧面提供向外突出的两个外罩5,并且由连接在一起的一系列部件形成的对应的横向扇形机构容纳在每个外罩内,这些部件中的第一个固定到框架1并且最后一个铰接到外罩5。在遮板2的关闭位置,扇形机构6的部件横靠彼此聚集在一起,而在遮板2的打开位置,它们以图3中所示的方式展开。以此方式,在使用中,在遮板2的打开位置中,烟气和热空气的流动被引导在遮板2与两个扇形结构6的之间。
为了在打开位置中阻挡遮板2,可以提供设计成在框架1的顶侧承受其顶侧并且可以远程受控以使得遮板2能够摆动到打开位置的任何常规设备。阻挡设备可以例如由可以在一定距离上操作的机电类型的锁扣7构成。
为了管理遮板2从关闭位置到打开位置的移位,在释放阻挡设备7之后,本发明以一种独特的方式设想整个机械系统,因此其不需要电或液压致动器。此系统在图4至10中参照其从遮板2的关闭位置(图4)开始直到其完成打开(图10)的操作的各个相继步骤进行例示。此机械系统对于排出装置的至少一侧并且优选地对于两侧来说包括被整体由8指出的联动装置,该联动装置包括第一铰接臂9,在图2和4所示的遮板2的关闭位置,第一铰接臂倾斜地延伸,其中顶端10在11处铰接到滑动件12并且底端13在14处铰接到第二臂15。滑动件12能够在沿外罩5的前部形成的引导装置16内滑动,并且螺旋形的推力弹簧17抵抗所述滑动件12,在遮板2的关闭状态中,推力弹簧被压缩并且倾向于向下推动滑动件12。
第二螺旋形的压缩弹簧18容纳在引导装置16的底部中,如下文中将看出的,该弹簧在滑动件12的行进结束时向下抑制滑动件12的功能。
第二臂15可以延长,并且更具体来说,在所示示例的情况下,由一对杆19、20构成,在遮板2的关闭状态中,这对杆是平行于框架1横靠彼此折叠,处于第二臂15的最小长度的状态,并且在打开遮板2的过程中,可以被展开直到它们达到第二臂15的最大长度为止。杆19在一侧在14处铰接到第一臂9,并且在相对侧在21处铰接到第二杆20,第二杆接着在23处铰接到框架1。
现在将参照图4至9中所表示的各个相继步骤来描述根据本发明的烟气和热量排出装置的打开,其中为了简化说明而省略了扇形结构6。
如已经阐明,在图4所表示的遮板2的关闭状态下,在弹簧17的推力作用下,滑动件12被设置在引导装置16的顶部区域中,并且第二臂15的两个杆19、20横靠彼此折叠抵靠在支撑框架1上。
当发出用于释放阻挡设备7的命令时,遮板2的顶侧与框架1脱离,并且这释放推力弹簧17的作用,这开始向下按压滑动件12,并且因此向下按压第一臂8的顶端10。在这个初始步骤中,第一臂8因此类似于支柱起作用,通过第二臂15抵抗框架1,从而引起遮板2从初始位置(如所述向后倾斜约10°)进入基本上竖直位置并且超过竖直位置(图5)的初始角度位移。
遮板2的向前和向下旋转随后通过重力继续,而同时第二臂15的逐渐展开首先由于杆19和20的向上旋转(图5)并且随后由于在遮板2的向下进一步摆动过程中由第一臂9的拖拉使得杆19相对于杆20的分开(图6、7和8)而发生。
当第一臂15的杆19和20将它们自己设置在第一臂9的延长部分上相互对齐的状态中时(图9),遮板2的向下进一步摆动使得滑动件12朝向引导装置16的底部区域的最终平移,直到滑动件以图10中所示的方式压靠在阻尼弹簧18上为止。这在完全打开的状态下产生遮板2的阻尼停止,其中对于约60°的总角范围(从如所述向后倾斜约10°的关闭位置开始),其相对于竖直形成例如约50°的角。
如在火灾情况下的紧急情况所要求的,以极快的方式获得了从阻挡设备7的释放运动开始打开遮板2的整个循环,而对于其随后返回到关闭位置,可以在本领域技术人员达到的范围内设想手动或机械类型的方案。
当然,构造和实施例的细节可以相对于本文描述和示例的内容进行广泛改变,而不会由此脱离本发明的范围。
因此,例如,联动装置8的第二臂15的延长的模式可以设想其相互可伸缩的滑动或者使用一个杆的销可以在另一个杆的纵向狭缝内滑动,而不是展开两个铰接的杆19、20。

Claims (5)

1.一种能应用在封闭环境的通常竖直壁的开口处的烟气和热量排出装置,包括:支承遮板(2)的支撑框架(1),所述遮板绕设置在其底侧的铰链(4)的轴线摆动并且能在其中所述开口被阻塞的通常关闭位置与打开位置之间移动以使得烟气和热量能够通过所述开口排出;用于将所述遮板(2)可释放地阻挡在所述关闭位置的装置(7);以及用于在释放所述阻挡装置(7)之后管理所述遮板(2)从所述关闭位置移位到所述打开位置的致动器装置(8,12,17),所述排出装置的特征在于所述致动器装置包括将所述遮板(2)与所述支撑框架(1)横向互连并且包括第一臂(9)的至少一个联动装置(8),在所述关闭位置所述第一臂倾斜地延伸,其中顶端(10)经由经受弹簧(17)的向下推力作用的滑动件(12)铰接到所述遮板(2),并且底端(13)经由能延长到对应于所述遮板(2)的所述打开位置的状态的第二臂(15)铰接到所述支撑框架(1),其中所述第二臂(15)在所述第一臂(9)的延长部分上对齐。
