技术领域
本发明涉及一种用于制造工作防护服的织物。
背景技术
目前的工作防护服必须满足特殊防护要求,例如焊接的防护,这种防护要求还要与对租借的洗涤物在耐洗性和耐用性方面提出的要求相结合。
在DE2720633AL中发明了一种阻燃纱线,这种纱线包括无机线或丝的芯部,所述芯部被包含或带有阻燃混合物的有机纺织纤维所包裹。类似的纱线在发明DE2011309A中也被提到。
发明内容
本发明的任务在于创造一种用于制造工作防护服的织物,所述织物是以一种改进的形式来结合上述要求。
该任务可以通过权利要求1所述的织物来解决。
因此,本发明的织物包括线丝,所述线丝包括至少一个第一股,所述第一股包括由防缩水的高强度的合成纤维构成的芯部和由含纤维质的天然纤维构成的外罩。如下面更详细的说明,优选地所述线丝包括第二股,以制造出带有特别有利特性的混合线。然而原则上可以理解为,线丝包括这样的第二股,该第二股实施成与前面提到的第一股相一致。可设想这种结构特别是采用最外部是合成的细纤维丝。
这种结构里,合成纤维的含量可保持成较低,优选地低于20%,对天然纤维的附加阻燃性的配备赋予了织物防止火花、金属碎片和流出液态金属飞溅物的必要阻燃性。以细丝为芯部的化学纤维或合成纤维总体上稳定织物以防洗涤的磨损,并且同时提高了机械稳定性和耐久性。因此,本发明的织物以结合的方式方法和改进的范围满足了上面提到的要求。需要补充的是,这种织物总体上优选后配备的阻燃性。
在接下来的权利要求中描述优选的改型。
目前优选地,在所述织物的情况下对于经纱和纬纱采用相同的线丝。这样在简化了生产的同时还确保了均质的结构。然而同样可以想到,沿一个方向的线丝、特别是当该线丝由带有前面提到的结构的第二股构成时与完全由天然纤维构成的、沿另一方向的线丝结合。
正如前面提到的,目前优选地第二股由有纤维质的天然纤维,例如棉花构成,如前所述,该纤维在处理织物的情况下配备成为持久阻燃性的。
进一步地,对于第一和/或第二股的细度Nm优选在40/1和60/1之间。这种细度用于产生有利的单位面积重量,并且用于产生平滑的表面,这种表面对于火花和热金属颗粒的耐受性是有好处的。因此,线丝细度Nm的优选范围在40/2到60/2之间。
目前,对于如上所述的第一股优选的是,合成纤维的质量比重约为25%,天然纤维的质量比重约为75%。特别是,当这种结构与由100%的天然纤维构成的第二股相结合时,质量分配为:约1/8的合成纤维和7/8的天然纤维。对于这种结构,特别有利地结合满足了所述要求、特别是在机械强度足够的情况下有良好的阻燃性。
目前,对于所述织物的编织法优选采用2/2或3/1的斜纹编织法、棉缎编织法或其他无毛刺编织法。通过这样可以提供一个带有已述优点的平整表面。
关于单位面积重量,优选是最小单位面积重量为350g/m2,优选为不超过400g/m2,以确保对火花和金属颗粒的耐抗性,并且同时保持由于轻而适宜的手感。
目前合成纤维优选采用聚酯。
前面提到的含有纤维质的天然纤维可指棉花、黄麻、红麻、波罗麻、亚麻、苎麻、大麻、竹子或可特别配备成持久阻燃性的各种其它合适的天然纤维。
带有由合成纤维构成的芯部的线丝的股也可以被称作带有由合成纤维细丝构成的“芯”的包芯纱。
需要补充的是,本发明不仅可采用不配有阻燃性的合成纤维,而且也可采用配有阻燃性的合成纤维,或者固有阻燃性的合成纤维。
Claims (9)
1.一种用于制造工作防护服的织物,所述织物包括线丝,所述线丝包括至少一个第一股,所述第一股包括芯部和外罩,所述芯部由防缩水的高强度的合成纤维构成,所述外罩由配有阻燃性的纤维质的天然纤维构成。
2.如权利要求1所述的织物,其特征在于,所述织物的经纱和纬纱具有相同的线丝。
3.如权利要求1或2所述的织物,其特征在于,所述线丝包括由含纤维质的天然纤维构成的第二股。
4.如前面任一权利要求所述的织物,其特征在于,所述第一和/或第二股的细度Nm在40/1到60/1之间。
5.如前面任一权利要求所述的织物,其特征在于,在所述第一股中,合成纤维的质量比重约为25%,天然纤维的质量比重约为75%。
6.如前面任一权利要求所述的织物,其特征在于,所述织物的编织方法包括2/3或3/1的斜纹编织法、棉缎编织法或其它无毛刺的编织方法。
7.如前面任一权利要求所述的织物,其特征在于,所述织物的单位面积重量最小为350g/m2,并且优选地最高为400g/m2。
8.如前面任一权利要求所述的织物,其特征在于,所述合成纤维由聚酯制成。
9.如前面任一权利要求所述的织物,其特征在于,所述天然纤维由棉花、黄麻、红麻、波罗麻、亚麻、苎麻、大麻或竹子组成。
