技术领域
本发明涉及一种耐热膜,特别是涉及一种含有石墨烯的耐热膜。
背景技术
在通信及电子行业,电子产品及网络产品在制作过程中,会使用到一些膜材料,同时对这些膜材料有较高的要求,如具有较好的耐热性,这样可以避免温度过高对设备或产品产生不良的影响。石墨烯具有非常多的优点,石墨烯应用到耐热膜当中的研究目前非常少,但是非常具有前景,因此开发一种含有石墨烯的耐热膜有良好的应用前景。
发明内容
要解决的技术问题:常规耐热膜耐热温度较低的问题。
技术方案:一种含有石墨烯的耐热膜,由以下成分按照重量比组成:石墨烯1~3份,氧化镁10~20份,PET改性酚醛树脂10~20份,甲基硅树脂10~15份,氧化铝5~10份。
制备方法:通过旋转涂敷法来制备耐热膜,具体过程如下:首先称取石墨烯1~3kg,氧化镁10~20kg,PET改性酚醛树脂10~20kg,甲基硅树脂10~15kg,氧化铝5~10kg。将上述成分调配均匀后,在旋转的基板表面涂覆上述调配好的铸膜液,涂覆后膜的厚度为1um以下。50℃下放置20h,晾干后即可得到含有石墨烯的耐热膜。
有益效果:含有石墨烯的膜具有良好的耐热性。
具体实施方式
实施例1
首先称取石墨烯1kg,氧化镁10kg,PET改性酚醛树脂20kg,甲基硅树脂10kg,氧化铝5kg。将上述成分调配均匀后,在旋转的铜板表面涂覆上述调配好的铸膜液,涂覆后膜的厚度为0.3um。
实施例2
制备方法同实施例1,具体成分含量如下:首先称取石墨烯3kg,氧化镁20kg,PET改性酚醛树脂10kg,甲基硅树脂15kg,氧化铝10kg,涂覆后膜的厚度为1um。
实施例3
制备方法同实施例1,具体成分含量如下:首先称取石墨烯2kg,氧化镁15kg,PET改性酚醛树脂15kg,甲基硅树脂12kg,氧化铝8kg,涂覆后膜的厚度为0.7um。
耐热性测试
将上述实施例1、实施例2、实施例3获得的膜进行耐热性测试,放入温度为800℃烘箱中,烘烤时间为20h,20h后实施例1、实施例2、实施例3的产品均未有起泡或裂开现象,具备了良好的耐热性。

1.一种含有石墨烯的耐热膜,其特征在于由以下成分按照重量比组成:石墨烯1~3份,氧化镁10~20份,PET改性酚醛树脂10~20份,甲基硅树脂10~15份,氧化铝5~10份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种含有石墨烯的耐热膜,其特征在于石墨烯为3份。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种含有石墨烯的耐热膜,其特征在于氧化镁为10份。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种含有石墨烯的耐热膜,其特征在于PET改性酚醛树脂为10份。
