Description

本发明涉及一个含信号的电信息的连接装置,由电导体构成,并且提供制造这种装置的方法。
这种连接装置已用于各种技术领域。一个已知的应用是在音频设备中作连接线路,如Cd唱机的连接线路,扬声器线路以及音频设备的内部信号线路。尽管就信噪比、失真等诸如此类的音频设备的技术性能而言,有了进一步改善,但一旦引入cd唱机中,许多用户仍发现声音的丢失或衰减还有增加,这是由于已知设备中所使用的连接装置引起的。已知的连接装置由金属导体构成,含电信号的信息在其中可能衰减,这一信息特别与音像中的不同声音源的位置有关,用户可以借此把音像中的声音源精确定位。
本发明的目的是为了提供上述种类的连接装置,它可排除已知连接装置的上述缺陷。
为此目的,本发明提供的连接装置的特征在于:所述的电导体在其全部连接长度上至少由部分排列的碳棒构成。
按这种方法制造的连接装置,可以没有任何信息丢失地传输完整的信号。应该注意到在本说明中,“排列”一词是指消除碳棒中无序现象。
本发明的连接装置可以用于各种不同领域,例如在音频和(或)视频设备中作连接线路。特别在声音再现方面,由于存在原始音像中的全部信息的获得,声音被保留下来,从而使及其真实的再现成为可能。
本发明的连接装置的另一应用是作为测量和控制设备中的连接线路,从而在这个领域中信号也可以无任何信息损失地被测量和传输。
作为一例,本发明的连接装置也可用于音频设备中所有内部信号的连接。
当然,按照本发明,连接装置中的电导体全部由排列的碳棒制成也是可行的。
按照本发明,连接装置的电导体在其整个连接长度上全部或部分地由碳棒制成,碳棒借助直流磁场排列。为此目的,连接装置要被引入一个用直流供电的环形线圈中。磁场强度H至少是4000A/m,最好大于6000A/m。
这样,一个连接装置就制成了,其中的电导体至少部分地由排列的碳棒构成以保证原始电信号中的全部信息的传输。用本发明的连接装置部分装备起来的音频系统确实显露出可以获得一个完全准确的声音再现,并且录音现场的原始立体效果也得以保留。
要注意连接装置一词也包括导电组元,如碳棒电阻器。按照惯例,由金属制造的金属连接导线可以全部或部分地由碳棒替代。
本发明不局限于上述实例,在本发明的范围中,还可以进行各种各样的变换。

Claims (6)

1、用于含有信号的电信息的连接装置,由一个电导体构成,其特征在于:所说的电导体在其整个连接长度上至少部分地由排列的碳棒构成。
2、按照权利要求1的连接装置,可作为音频和(或)视频装置中的连接线路。
3、按照权利要求1的连接装置,可作为测量和控制设备中的连接线路。
4、用于含信号的电信息的连接装置,由电导体构成,其制造方法的特征在于:所述的电导体在整个连接长度上至少部分地由碳棒制成,并且所说的碳棒借助直流磁场排列。
5、按照权利要求4的方法,连接装置要被导入一个用来排列碳棒的环形线圈中。
6、按照权利要求4或5的方法,其特征是磁场强度至少是4000A/m。
