Abstract
本发明公开一种发光装置,其包括基座、驱动器、散热件、可挠基板及光源。驱动器设于基座上。散热件设于基座上且具有一侧面围绕驱动器。可挠基板围绕散热件的侧面而设于散热件上。光源设于可挠基板上,由此达到多方向出光的效果。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种发光装置,且特别是涉及一种可侧向发光的发光装置。
背景技术
传统的发光二极管灯泡包括基座、印刷电路板及发光二极管,其中印刷电路板(Printed circuit board,PCB)平放于基座上,且发光二极管设于电路板上,使发光二极管向上发光。
然而,由于印刷电路板只能以平放方式设于基座上,故限制了发光二极管的出光方向及角度。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种发光装置,其可挠基板具备可挠性,使设于其上的光源的出光方向可弹性地设计。
为达上述目的,根据本发明的一实施例,提出一种发光装置。发光装置包括一基座、一驱动器、一散热件、一可挠基板及一光源。驱动器设于基座上。散热件设于基座上且具有一侧面围绕驱动器。可挠基板连接于该驱动器且围绕散热件的侧面而设于散热件上。光源设于可挠基板上。

具体实施方式
请同时参照图1A与图1B,分别绘示依照本发明一实施例的发光装置的分解图与组立图。发光装置100包括基座110、光源120、驱动器130、散热件140及可挠基板150。
基座110可由金属制成,以散逸光源120的热量。或者,基座110也可由陶瓷材料制成。
光源120含有多个发光单元设于可挠基板150上。光源120泛指可发出电磁辐射的有源或无源元件,如发光二极管。
驱动器130设于基座110的上表面110u上,其电连接于可挠基板150,以驱动设于可挠基板150上的光源120发光或不发光。
散热件140设于基座110上并围绕驱动器130。在一实施例中,散热件140具有一侧面140s,其具有相对的一第一端部140s1与一第二端部140s2,侧面140s围绕驱动器130并在第一端部140s1与第二端部140s2之间形成一开口140a。
在一实施例中,如图1A所示,散热件140包括导热件143及绝缘件144,其中绝缘件144包覆导热件143的内侧面,并从内侧面延伸出来外侧以包覆住导热件143的位于开口140a两侧的端部。导热件143由导热系数高的材质所制成,如铝或铜。绝缘件144的材质例如是塑胶。导热件143与绝缘件144是一体成形结构,或者,导热件143以卡合方式结合于绝缘件144。驱动器130设于基座110上(图1B),绝缘件144位于导热件143与驱动器130之间,用以电性隔离导热件143与驱动器130。
散热件140具有至少一第一卡合部141,其设于散热件140的第一端部140s1处的绝缘件144上,然而另一实施例中也可设于导热件143的外侧表面上。可挠基板150具有至少一第二卡合部151与第一卡合部141相对应,可挠基板150以第二卡合部151卡合于散热件140的第一卡合部141。散热件140的第一卡合部141可为凸块或凹部或是凸块与凹部的组合,其中凹部可为螺孔、贯孔或盲孔。可挠基板150的第二卡合部151可为凸块或凹部或是凸块与凹部的组合,其中凹部可为贯孔或为螺孔。
在一实施例中,如图1A所示,散热件140的第一卡合部141是两个凸块141a与一内螺孔141h1的组合,而可挠基板150的第二卡合部151是凹部151h11、151h12、151h13、151h21、151h22及151h23的组合,其中三个凹部151h11、151h12及151h13位于可挠基板150的一端,而另三个凹部151h21、151h22及151h23位于可挠基板150的另一端。凹部可例如是贯孔。凸块的剖面形状例如是圆形、椭圆形或多边形,其中多边形例如是三角形、矩形或六边形,而凹部的剖面形状相似于凸块的剖面形状。该些第一卡合部141及该些第二卡合部151的剖面形状可完全相同或不完全相同。此外,凸块的外径可略大于凹部的内径,可使凸块紧配于凹部中。另一实施例中,散热件140的第一卡合部141可以全是凹部,而可挠基板150的第二卡合部151可以全是凸块。另一实施例中,散热件140的第一卡合部141可以全是凸块,而可挠基板150的第二卡合部151可以全是凹部。
此外,第一卡合部141的数量及第二卡合部151的数量并不受本发明实施例所限制。
可挠基板150的一端包括两个电性端点154,此两个电性端点154连接驱动器130的正极及负极(未绘示),使可挠基板150预组立于驱动器130上。此外,可挠基板150可由有机及无机材料制成,其可以是单层或多层基板结构。
请参照图1B,其绘示图1A的发光装置的组立图。由于可挠基板150预组立于驱动器130中,使驱动器130与可挠基板150在相同的组装工序中一起设于基座110上。散热件140具有一开口140a,当驱动器130组装至散热件140所围成的空间P内后,可挠基板150可经由开口140a往外延伸,并围绕散热件140的侧面140s而设于散热件140上。如此一来,上述光源120环绕散热件140的侧面140s配置(光源120如同绕着一垂直于上表面110u的轴线配置),而可全周向地发光,且可增加发光装置100的出光角度,并符合能源之星(energy star)规范。另一实施例中,可挠基板150与驱动器130可分别组装后,可挠基板150经由开口140a连接于驱动器130的正极及负极(未绘示),然后经由开口140a往外延伸,并围绕散热件140的侧面140s而设于散热件140上。
更详细地说,当驱动器130与可挠基板150组装至基座110上后,可挠基板150可经由开口140a往外延伸,然后第二卡合部151卡合于散热件140的第一端部140s1上的第一卡合部141后(即贯孔151h11、151h13对应卡合两凸块141a,贯孔151h12对应内螺孔141h1),围绕散热件140的侧面140s,最后可挠基板150的一端回到散热件140的第一端部140s1以重叠于可挠基板150的另一端上,以使贯孔151h21、151h23卡合两凸块141a,而贯孔151h22重叠于贯孔151h12。一锁付元件(未绘示)可穿过贯孔151h22、贯孔151h12及内螺孔141h1而锁付于散热件140上。
可挠基板150包括本体152及至少一侧翼153,侧翼153连接于本体152的边缘,例如是上缘。上述光源120可配置于侧翼153上。可挠基板150的侧翼153可反折而覆盖散热件140的部分端面140e,使配置于其上的光源120可向上出光。
请参照图2,其绘示图1A的发光装置设有反射片的外观图。本实施例中,发光装置100还包括反射片160,其压合于散热件140的端面140e上,以覆盖驱动器130及散热件140,避免杂质侵害驱动器130。
反射片160具有至少一缺口160r,侧翼153反折覆盖散热件140的端面140e后,可容置于缺口160r中,设于侧翼153上的光源120因此而朝上,而可向上出光。此外,反射片160可由高反射性的金属或非金属制成。
请参照图3A,其绘示依照本发明另一实施例的发光装置的分解图。发光装置200包括基座110、光源120、驱动器130、散热件240及可挠基板250。
散热件240包括数个第一卡合部,其由数个第一子卡合部2411及数个第二子卡合部2412所组成,其中,第一子卡合部2411及第二子卡合部2412可为凸块或凹部或凸块与凹部的组合,而凹部可为螺孔、贯孔或盲孔;如图3A所示,第一子卡合部2411及第二子卡合部2412全为凸块。第一子卡合部2411及第二子卡合部2412可设于散热件240的第一端部240s1与第二端部240s2的绝缘件144上,然另一实施例中也可设于导热件143的外侧表面上。可挠基板250包括数个第二卡合部,其由数个第三子卡合部2511及数个第四子卡合部2512所组成,其中第三子卡合部2511及第四子卡合部2512分别对应第一子卡合部2411及第二子卡合部2412。第三子卡合部2511及第四子卡合部2512分别位于可挠基板250的相对二端,其中,第三子卡合部2511与第四子卡合部2512可为凸块或凹部或凸块与凹部的组合。如图3A所示,第三子卡合部2511与第四子卡合部2512全为凹部,而凹部可为贯孔以使凸块卡合于其内。
请参照图3B,其绘示图3A的发光装置的组立图。当驱动器130设于基座110上后,绝缘件144包覆导热件143的内侧面,并从内侧面延伸出来外侧以包覆住导热件143之位在开口140a两侧的端部(图3A),且可挠基板250的第三子卡合部2511于第一端部240s1上卡合第一子卡合部2411后,环绕散热件240的侧面至第二端部240s2,以使可挠基板250的第四子卡合部2512于第二端部240s2上卡合第二子卡合部2412,使可挠基板250固设于散热件240上。
请参照图4A,其绘示依照本发明另一实施例的发光装置的分解图。发光装置300包括基座110、光源120、驱动器130、散热件340及可挠基板350。
本实施例中,驱动器130与可挠基板350可分别组立。例如,可先组立驱动器130于基座110上,然后再组立可挠基板350于散热件340上。或者,也可先组立可挠基板350于散热件340上,然后再组立驱动器130于基座110上。
可挠基板350包括本体152、至少一侧翼153及连接部355,其中连接部355连接本体152的边缘与驱动器130。
连接部355的一端包括两个电性端点154,其分别连接驱动器130的正极131及负极132,其中驱动器130的正极131及负极132位于驱动器130的端面130e,使正极131及负极132外露,如此可方便连接部355连接正极131及负极132。
散热件340是一封闭环形散热件。详细而言,散热件340包括导热件343及绝缘件344,其中绝缘件344包覆导热件343的内侧面,并从内侧面延伸出一绝缘接合区344a包覆住导热件343两侧的端部,且形成封闭环形散热件。导热件343及绝缘件344的材质分别相似于上述导热件143及绝缘件144,容此不再赘述。
散热件340包括数个第一卡合部,其由数个第一子卡合部2411及数个第二子卡合部2412所组成。其中,第一子卡合部2411及第二子卡合部2412可为凸块或凹部或凸块与凹部的组合,而凹部可为螺孔或贯孔或盲孔;如图3A所示,第一子卡合部2411及第二子卡合部2412全为凸块。第一子卡合部2411及第二子卡合部2412可设于散热件340的绝缘接合区344a上,然另一实施例中也可设于导热件343的外侧表面上。第一子卡合部2411及第二子卡合部2412分别设于绝缘件344的绝缘接合区344a的相对二侧上。可挠基板350包括数个第二卡合部,其由数个第三子卡合部2511及数个第四子卡合部2512所组成并分别对应第一子卡合部2411及第二子卡合部2412,第三子卡合部2511及第四子卡合部2512分别位于可挠基板350的相对二端。其中,第三子卡合部2511与第四子卡合部2512可为凸块或凹部或凸块与凹部的组合,如图3A所示,第三子卡合部2511与第四子卡合部2512全为凹部,而凹部可为贯孔以使凸块卡合于其内。
请参照图4B,其绘示图4A的发光装置的组立图。当可挠基板350包覆散热件340的侧面140s(图4A)后,可挠基板350的第三子卡合部2511及第四子卡合部2512分别卡合于散热件240的第一子卡合部2411及第二子卡合部2412中,使可挠基板350固设于散热件240上。
另一实施例中,相似于图1A的实施方式,可挠基板350的一端也可重叠于可挠基板350的另一端,使第三子卡合部2511及第四子卡合部2512一起卡合于第一子卡合部2411。在此设计下,可省略第二子卡合部2412。
在一实施例中,部分子卡合部可采用螺孔,可选择性地以锁付方式将可挠基板350固定于散热件340上。
在一实施例中,散热件140、240、340是采用具有绝缘性的散热塑胶,例如在塑胶中填充一些金属氧化物粉末、碳、纤维或陶瓷粉末而成。在另一实施例中,散热件140、240、340可为金属材质,且同时驱动器130受一绝缘材质所包覆,例如受绝缘热缩套管包覆。
综上所述,虽然结合以上实施例揭露了本发明,然而其并非用以限定本发明。本发明所属技术领域中熟悉此技术者,在不脱离本发明的精神和范围内,可作各种的更动与润饰。因此,本发明的保护范围应以附上的权利要求所界定的为准。
Claims (15)
1.一种发光装置,包括:
基座;
驱动器,设于该基座上;
散热件,设于该基座上且具有一侧面围绕该驱动器;
可挠基板,连接于该驱动器且围绕该散热件的该侧面而设于该散热件上;以及
光源,设于该可挠基板上。
2.如权利要求1所述的发光装置,其中该散热件具有第一卡合部位于该侧面上,该可挠基板具有第二卡合部对应该第一卡合部,该第二卡合部卡合于该第一卡合部以使该可挠基板固定于该散热件侧面上。
3.如权利要求2所述的发光装置,其中该第一卡合部与该第二卡合部含凸块、凹部或其组合。
4.如权利要求3所述的发光装置,其中该凸块的剖面形状是圆形、椭圆形或多边形。
5.如权利要求1所述的发光装置,其中该散热件具有一开口,该可挠基板经由该开口连接于该驱动器。
6.如权利要求1所述的发光装置,其中该散热件是一封闭环形散热件。
7.如权利要求1所述的发光装置,其中该散热件具有第一子卡合部及第二子卡合部分别位于该侧面的第一端部与第二端部上,该可挠基板具有第三子卡合部及第四子卡合部分别对应且卡合该第一子卡合部及该第二子卡合部。
8.如权利要求7所述的发光装置,其中该可挠基板的该第三子卡合部于该第一端部上卡合该第一子卡合部后,环绕该散热件的该侧面至该第二端部,以使该可挠基板的该第四子卡合部于该第二端部上卡合该第二子卡合部。
9.如权利要求7所述的发光装置,其中该第一子卡合部、该第二子卡合部、该第三子卡合部与该第四子卡合部含凸块、凹部或其组合。
10.如权利要求1所述的发光装置,其中该散热件包括:
导热件;以及
绝缘件,包覆该导热件的内侧面。
11.如权利要求1所述的发光装置,其中该散热件的材质为散热塑胶。
12.如权利要求1所述的发光装置,其中该散热件为金属材质,且该驱动器受一绝缘材质包覆。
13.如权利要求1所述的发光装置,其中该可挠基板包括本体及至少一侧翼连接于该本体的边缘,该本体围绕该散热件的该侧面,而该侧翼覆盖该散热件的上方部分端面。
14.如权利要求13所述的发光装置,还包括另一光源位于该侧翼上。
15.如权利要求1所述的发光装置,其中该可挠基板的一端重叠于该可挠基板的另一端上。
