一种柔软的聚氯乙烯电线电缆料,属于高分子复合材料技术领域。其是由以下重量份数的原料组成:聚氯乙烯树脂60~66份;增塑剂15~24份;氯乙烯弹性料6~10份;醋酸乙烯共聚物5~9份;碳酸钙10~15份;钙锌稳定剂1.2~1.8份;硬脂酸0.2~0.4份。提供的柔软的聚氯乙烯电线电缆料,具有增塑剂含量少,电线电缆制品柔软,70℃热水中浸泡增塑剂不析出的特点。

柔软的聚氯乙烯电线电缆料
技术领域
本发明属于高分子复合材料技术领域,具体涉及一种柔软的聚氯乙烯电线电缆料。
背景技术
聚氯乙烯是一种通用塑料,具有成本低、加工方便、力学性能优异、耐腐蚀和绝缘性优良等长处,广泛用于建筑,轻工,化工,电器,电线电缆等领域。聚氯乙烯可通过调节增塑剂的含量生产偏硬的聚氯乙烯电线电缆,也能生产偏软的聚氯乙烯电线电缆,但是增大塑剂含量增加会增加增塑剂析出的风险,为了降低这种潜在风险,必须控制增塑剂的用量。
目前的状况是:如果减少增塑剂的添加量,那么材料的柔软性难以体现,而如果大量添加增塑剂,那么如前述会增大增塑剂析出的风险,因此如何在增塑剂的添加量与材料的硬度之间寻找合理的平衡点的问题长期以来困扰于业界,并且在迄今为止公开的专利和非专利文献中均未见诸有得以解决该技术问题的有益启示。为此本申请人作了大量的实验,终于找到了解决问题的办法,并且形成了下面将要介绍的技术方案。
发明内容
本发明的任务在于提供一种柔软的聚氯乙烯电线电缆料,具有手感柔软、增塑剂含量低并且在70℃热水中浸泡,增塑剂不析出的特点。
本发明的任务是这样来完成的,一种柔软的聚氯乙烯电线电缆料,其是由以下重量份数的原料组成:

在本发明的一个实施例中,所述的聚氯乙烯树脂为聚合度为800的聚氯乙烯树脂。
在本发明的另一个实施例中,所述的增塑剂为邻苯二甲酸二辛酯。
在本发明的又一个实施例中,所述的聚氯乙烯弹性料为动态硫化的氯化聚乙烯。
在本发明的再一个实施例中,所述的醋酸乙烯共聚物为醋酸乙烯含量为28%的乙烯与醋酸的共聚物。
在本发明的还有一个实施例中,所述的碳酸钙为重质碳酸钙。
在本发明的更而一个实施例中,所述的钙锌稳定剂为含钙与含锌的复配混合物,其中硬脂酸钙含量与硬脂酸锌的重量比为7:3。
在本发明的进而一个实施例中,所述的硬脂酸为熔点为60℃的悬浮法生产的硬脂酸。
本发明提供的柔软的聚氯乙烯电线电缆料,具有增塑剂含量少,电线电缆制品柔软,70℃热水中浸泡增塑剂不析出的特点。

Claims (8)

1.一种柔软的聚氯乙烯电线电缆料,其特征在于其是由以下重量份数的原料组成:
   聚氯乙烯树脂      60~66份;  
   增塑剂            15~24份;
   氯乙烯弹性料      6~ 10份;
   醋酸乙烯共聚物    5~9份;
   碳酸钙            10~15份;
   钙锌稳定剂        1.2~1.8份;
   硬脂酸            0.2 ~0.4份。
2.一种柔软的聚氯乙烯电线电缆料,其特征在于所述的聚氯乙烯树脂为聚合度为800的聚氯乙烯树脂。
3.一种柔软的聚氯乙烯电线电缆料,其特征在于所述的增塑剂为邻苯二甲酸二辛酯。
4.一种柔软的聚氯乙烯电线电缆料,其特征在于所述的聚氯乙烯弹性料为动态硫化的氯化聚乙烯。 
5.一种柔软的聚氯乙烯电线电缆料,其特征在于所述的醋酸乙烯共聚物为醋酸乙烯含量为28%的乙烯与醋酸的共聚物。
6.一种柔软的聚氯乙烯电线电缆料,其特征在于所述的碳酸钙为重质碳酸钙。
7.一种柔软的聚氯乙烯电线电缆料,其特征在于所述的钙锌稳定剂为含钙与含锌的复配混合物,其中硬脂酸钙含量与硬脂酸锌的重量比为7:3。
8.一种柔软的聚氯乙烯电线电缆料,其特征在于所述的硬脂酸为熔点为60℃的悬浮法生产的硬脂酸。
