以特别优选的方式设置中间环,该中间环以可旋转固定的方式连接到夹持环上,且该中间环在其内表面上支撑于第二装配件构件的台肩上。通过布置于夹持环和第二装配件构件的台肩之间的中间环,可以如此的方式来补偿用于致动所必需的游隙,以至于在没有靠背补偿弹簧的情况下也不会产生破坏性的卡嗒卡嗒声的噪音。为了保持低磨损,也就是说,为了将中间环限制到较小数目的选定位置,中间环可由夹持环以可旋转地固定的方式携载支撑。
夹持环优选具有用于以可旋转地固定的方式来保持中间环的装置。这些装置可具体由夹持环上的接纳构件和中间环上的凸轮来形成,和/或通过中间环内的开口和中间环上的柱销来形成。然而,也可以使用任何其它装置来用于以可旋转地固定的方式将中间环保持在夹持环上。
为了将中间环以可旋转地固定的方式保持在夹持环上,中间环优选具有至少三个凸轮,特别优选的是正好六个凸轮,上述凸轮从大致中空的圆柱形区域在径向方向上向外延伸。当对装配件进行组装时,这些凸轮会弹性地和/或塑性地变形。夹持环优选具有至少多个凹部,其对应于凸轮的数目,凸轮由上述凹部接纳。在这种情况下,该数目可以是两倍、三倍或四倍那样多,从而中间环在夹持环内的可能取向的数目增加。
为了将中间环以可旋转地固定的方式保持在夹持环上,中间环优选具有至少三个柱销,特别优选的是正好六个柱销,所述柱销从中间环在径向方向上延伸的边缘区域在夹持环的方向上沿轴向方向延伸。夹持环具有至少相应数目的开口,在组装过程中,所述柱销位于开口内。
以特别优选的方式,第二装配件构件和中间环设有倒角,以便使其更容易地将中间环推动到第二装配件构件的台肩上。此外由此防止对中间环滑动面的损坏。
当装配件处于组装状态下时,中间环将径向预张紧力施加到第二装配件构件上,这样第二装配件构件相对于夹持环(并因此相对于第一装配件构件)而保持在居中状态下。
在正确使用的过程中,在第二装配件构件和夹持环之间设置径向间隙,在发生碰撞的情况下,会带来第二装配件构件在夹持环上的直接地额外支撑。
根据本发明的装配件可以通用的方式使用,例如以便联接车辆座椅的靠背,以便调节大腿支撑部的倾斜度,或以便以其它方式折叠和锁定车辆座椅的构件。装配件例如可以是如在DE10105282A1中所述的锁定装配件,或者例如可构造成,如在DE10120854C1中所述的齿轮装配件,其具有两个内齿齿轮和一个中央行星齿轮。

具体实施方式
在第一实施例中,锁定装配件形式的装配件1具有为大致板状的第一装配件构件11和也大致为板状的第二装配件构件12,第一装配件构件11和第二装配件构件12可绕中心轴线A相对于彼此旋转。下列的方向指示与由该中心轴线A所限定的圆柱坐标系相关。
如在DE10105282A1中所述的那样,其公开内容通过引用明确地并入本文,在第一装配件构件11上构造多个导向部段,所述多个导向部段一起来导引至少一个(在该实例中为两个)可径向移动的一个或多个齿条,所述齿条与为内齿齿轮形式的第二装配件构件12的齿环合作以便锁定装配件1。
横截面大致为L形的夹持环21在一方面具有基本中空的圆柱形区域22,该圆柱形区域22在周缘方向上延伸,所述夹持环21通过所述圆柱形区域22布置于第一装配件构件11的径向向外指向的外周面上并牢固地连接到其上。另一方面,夹持环21在其背离第一装配件构件11的端面上具有边缘23,该边缘23在第二装配件构件12的上方延伸,以便形成环形端面且将其固定在轴向方向上。在径向方向上,在第二装配件构件12和夹持环21之间设置游隙,以便允许第二装配件构件12不受阻碍地进行旋转运动。
塑料中间环31布置于在第二装配件构件12和夹持环21之间的区域内,该塑料中间环31的横截面大致为L形,且其布置于台肩12a上,其在径向上不完全位于第二装配件构件12的支承面12b上的外侧(该外侧由圆柱形支承面12b和大致在径向方向上向外延伸的端面12c形成)处,在相对于夹持环21的转置布置下,该塑料中间环31具有内侧的大致中空圆柱形区域32和邻接的向外延伸的环形边缘区域33。因此,中间环31的相对于轴向方向横向延伸的边缘区域33位于夹持环21的边缘23和第二装配件构件12之间。中间环31的中空圆柱形区域32位于夹持环21的环形边缘23的大致圆柱形内周缘面上且可旋转地位于第二装配件构件12的台肩12a的形成支承面12b的大致圆柱形外表面上,因此该区域形成包括第一装配件构件11、夹持环21、中间环31的布置和第二装配件构件12之间的支承装置,也就是说,其支撑着位于第二装配件构件12上的第一装配件构件11。从原则上讲,中间环31也可被省却(参见第二实施例),这样第一装配件构件11通过夹持环21直接支撑在第二装配件构件12上,所述夹持环21牢固地连接到第一装配件构件11。根据图5的视图,中间环31通过其朝向第二装配件构件12指向的侧面邻接台肩12a的在径向方向上延伸的那一面,但是如图8中所示那样也可以在该区域中设置间隔。在这种情况下,在图5中可以看出图5中未示出中间环31在装配件1组装过程中所发生的弹性/塑性变形,而是示出了中间环31和夹持环21在凸轮34区域内的交接。然而,图8示出了变形的中间环31。
中间环31具有至少三个凸轮34,在该实例中是具有六个凸轮34,凸轮34在径向方向上向外延伸到夹持环21中的相应深度的接纳构件24内,但是所述接纳构件构造成在周缘方向上更大(参见图7)。此外,中间环31具有多个柱销34',其从中间环31的边缘区域33在夹持环21的方向上沿轴向方向延伸,且其被接纳在相应夹持环21的开口24'内。该布置确保由夹持环21导致中间环31的可旋转地固定的携载运动。然而,可旋转地固定的携载运动也以其它合适的方式提供,具体地例如,只有凸轮34设置成与接纳构件24相结合,或只有柱销34'设置成与夹持环21的开口24'相结合。
此外,三个弹性区域35构造于中间环31上,且在径向方向上从中空圆柱形区域32向外延伸以及邻接夹持环21的内侧。从而可以补偿由于中间环31所吸收的水而导致的任何公差,例如直径公差,这样第一和第二装配件构件之间没有不受到阻碍地相对转动。凸轮34还具有阻尼作用。
中间环31构造成具有多个倒角,设置于外周缘上的第一倒角在将中间环31插入到夹持环21内的过程中起到协助作用,也就是说,第一倒角用作倾斜的导入构件。可在边缘区域33一侧处的内侧边缘处构造梯级倒角,边缘侧区域是与在该区域内的台肩12a形状相适应的空间,以及邻近内侧表面的区域用作适于装配到第二装配件构件12上的倾斜导入构件,以及防止对内表面造成损坏,在使用过程中,所述内表面可旋转地支承在第二装配件构件12的支承面12b上。
装配件1按如下组装:在第一步骤中,预先组装彼此独立的第一和第二装配件构件11和12以及附加的元件,所述附加的元件没有进行更详细地描述且其布置于第一和第二装配件构件11和12之间,以及以单独的方式将中间环31插入到夹持环21内,如在图1中右侧所示的那样。随后,将包括中间环和夹持环的子组件放置于装配件构件子组件上以及将两个子组件按压到一起。
在这种情况下,在组装之前,中间环31在凸轮34的区域内略微具有超尺寸。为了将按压到一起的步骤简化,台肩12a和中间环31的相应区域具有倒角(或圆角),如图8中可以看出的那样。这也可以相应地在图3的视图中看出,图3示出略作变型的中间环31。另一斜角或倒角设置于中间环31的外边缘上和台肩12a的相应内边缘上。
在具有弹性和/或塑性变形的组装过程中,通过被按压到一起,凸轮34的高度减小,中间环31变得适配于夹持环21的几何形状。由于凸轮34与接纳构件24相结合以及柱销34'与开口24'相结合,因此中间环31以可旋转地固定的方式定位于夹持环21内。此外,如图8中所示那样,给定的预张紧力F作用于中间环31和第二装配件构件12之间,也就是说,第二装配件构件12由径向预张紧来支撑。
根据在图10中示意性示出的第二实施例,省却中间环。在这种情况下,中间环21在其中空圆柱形区域32内牢固地连接到根据第一实施例的第一装配件构件11上。不像第一实施例,边缘23在径向方向上进一步向内移动,使得边缘23的内表面直接与第二装配件构件12的台肩12a的支承面12b抵接。此外,第二个实施例对应于第一实施例,因此不对其进行更详细地论述。
根据未在附图中示出的第二实施例的变体,夹持环21的其内支撑第二装配件构件12的端部区域设有减小摩擦的涂层。
为了增加安全性,特别是碰撞安全性,第二装配件构件12的外周缘具有如此的尺寸,以至于在负载很大的情况下,特别是在中间环31未布置于其间的情况下,外表面还可直接支撑在夹持环21上。然而,在正常操作中,在两个构件之间设置间隙,该间隙可充满润滑剂,以便提供阻尼层,并且防止在径向接触(不希望的)的情况下发出噪音。
根据本发明的装配件1可使用在适于机动车辆的车辆座椅41中,例如用于调节倾斜度,以类似桌子的方式折叠,或以其它方式联接其靠背43。通常而言,根据本发明,手动致动的手操作杆49位于传动杆上并确保其同步解锁,该传动杆与两个装配件1之间的中心轴线A对准。

Claims (14)

1.适于车辆座椅(41)的装配件(1),具有:
第一装配件构件(11);
第二装配件构件(12),其可绕中心轴线(A)相对于所述第一装配件构件(11)旋转;以及
夹持环(21),其横截面大致为L形,其中,所述夹持环(21)具有中空的圆柱形区域(22)和边缘(23),所述夹持环(21)通过该中空的圆柱形区域(22)而位于所述第一装配件构件(11)的径向向外指向的外周缘面上且牢固地连接到所述第一装配件构件(11),以及在其背离第一装配件构件(11)的端面处,所述边缘(23)在径向方向向内移动且在所述第二装配件构件(12)的上方接合,以便形成环形端面且相对于所述第一装配件构件(11)将其可旋转地固定到所述第二装配件构件(12)上;
其特征在于:
在所述第二装配件构件(12)上构造台肩(12a),所述台肩(12a)相对于最大外径向内偏移,且所述台肩(12a)具有端面(12c)和圆柱形支承面(12b),所述端面(12c)在径向方向上向外延伸,并且所述支承面(12b)具有的直径小于所述第二装配件构件(12)的最大外径,以及所述圆柱形支承面(12b)直接地或间接地支撑夹持环(21)的边缘(23),
在正确使用所述装配件(1)的过程中,在所述第二装配件构件(12)的外周缘和夹持环(21)之间设置一间隙,以及
在其内装配有所述装配件的车辆发生碰撞时,所述第二装配件构件(12)额外直接支撑在夹持环(21)上是可能的。
2.根据权利要求1所述的装配件,其特征在于,设置中间环(31),所述中间环(31)布置于所述夹持环(21)和所述第二装配件构件(12)之间,其中,所述中间环(31)布置于所述夹持环(21)的边缘(23)和所述第二装配件构件(12)的台肩(12a)之间。
3.根据权利要求2所述的装配件,其特征在于,所述中间环(31)具有中空的圆柱形区域(32)和边缘区域(33),其中,所述第一装配件构件(11)被在所述中间环(31)的中空圆柱形区域(32)上支撑在中空圆柱形区域(32)的内表面上。
4.根据权利要求3所述的装配件,其特征在于,至少一个弹性区域(35)构造于所述中间环(31)上,所述弹性区域(35)在径向方向上从中空的圆柱形区域(32)向外延伸出来且邻接夹持环(21)的内侧。
5.根据权利要求4所述的装配件,其特征在于,正好三个弹性区域(35)构造于中间环(31)上。
6.根据权利要求2至5中任一项所述的装配件,其特征在于,所述夹持环(21)具有用于以可旋转地固定的方式来固定所述中间环(31)的装置。
7.根据权利要求6所述的装配件,其特征在于,所述中间环(31)具有凸轮(34)和/或柱销(34'),所述凸轮(34)和/或柱销(34')与夹持环(21)的相应凹部(24)或开口(24')配合。
8.根据权利要求2至5中任一项所述的装配件,其特征在于,所述第二装配件构件(12)和中间环(31)设有倒角,以便更容易地将中间环(31)推动到第二装配件构件(12)的台肩(12a)上。
9.根据权利要求2至5中任一项所述的装配件,其特征在于,所述中间环(31)将径向预张紧力(F)施加到所述第二装配件构件(12)上。
10.根据权利要求1所述的装配件,其特征在于,其特征在于,所述边缘(23)的内表面与第二装配件构件(12)的台肩(12a)的支承面(12b)直接抵接。
11.根据权利要求10所述的装配件,其特征在于,所述夹持环(21)的其内支撑所述第二装配件构件(12)的端部区域设有减小摩擦的涂层。
12.根据权利要求1至5、10和11中任一项所述的装配件,其特征在于,所述装配件是机动车车辆座椅的装配件。
13.根据权利要求1至5、10和11中任一项所述的装配件,其特征在于,所述间隙内容纳润滑剂。
14.一种具有靠背(43)的车辆座椅(41),其特征在于,通过根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的装配件(1)来联接所述靠背(43)。
