我国大多数饲养场用牛奶饲喂犊牛,每头犊牛从出生到断奶约消耗牛奶350~450kg,且断奶日龄长。随着对犊牛消化生理特点研究的不断加深,犊牛的饲养方式也发生了根本性的变化。在肉牛业及奶业发达的美国,代乳粉因其经济、安全及方便性,已被大多数饲养场广泛使用。在国内,代乳粉的研究仍处于起步阶段,存在诸如代乳粉的价格较高、种类较少等问题,因此,研发新的代乳粉,在不降低犊牛生长性能的情况下,达到降低饲养成本的要求,已成为当前反刍动物营养学家的研究重点。
近几年随着对动物营养学的深入研究,人们在犊牛代乳粉方面进行了大量研究。如公开号为CN102640794A的中国发明专利,公开了一种犊牛早期专用代乳粉,按照重量百分比算(%):熟化玉米粉23.50、膨化米粉22.00、46%的膨化大豆18.00、发酵豆粕14.00、乳清粉10.00、微生态制剂2.00、葡萄糖3.00、大豆油2.50、磷酸氢钙1.40、石粉1.20、食盐0.33、98.5%赖氨酸0.30、99%蛋氨酸0.18、犊牛专用复合维生素0.05、犊牛专用复合微量元素1.5。采用本品解决了犊牛出生七天(三天初乳四天常乳)后缺奶,犊牛养殖发病率高,犊牛猝死率在冬春季死亡率高,缺镁性痉挛,生长周期长的难题。
公开号为CN1494832A的中国发明专利,提供一种犊牛羔羊用代乳粉,该产品除了添加犊牛、羔羊所需的蛋白质、脂肪、乳糖、维生素、矿物质,其最重要的特点在于,添加了提高幼畜免疫能力、改善幼畜消化系统功能、促进消化液分泌、维持肠道平衡的免疫因子、微生物制剂、胃蛋白酶激活剂等。使用本品可以使羔羊、犊牛早期断奶,提高增重,降低幼畜的饲养成本,减少疾病的发生。
公开号为CN101496542A的中国发明专利,公开了一种大豆蛋白代乳粉的配方及生产工艺,主要由WDFpro950、乳清粉(低pr)、脂肪、氨基酸、矿物质等组成,先将水溶液原料溶于70~75℃热水中,混匀、脂肪、乳化剂预先融化溶解均匀,加热至65℃、均匀、搅拌,均质、喷雾干燥,得为乳黄色粉末状物质,有奶粉香味,具有生产性能优良,有较好的适口性,使犊牛的腹泻率明显减少,成本低,有较好的经济效益等优点。
上述代乳粉的缺点是其主要针对于奶牛母犊牛或者肉牛养殖中生产普通牛肉,并不适用于小牛肉生产。
公开号为CN1493204A的中国发明专利,公开了多肽犊牛代乳粉的制造方法,它涉及一种供犊牛食用的代乳粉的制作方法。主要是代乳粉制作工艺的改善。其缺点是制备成本高。

实验如下:
在河北省某奶牛场选择荷斯坦奶公犊40头,要求出生日期、体重、胎次相近或者相同,遗传组成基本相似,健康状况良好。试验组每天供给本发明的生产小牛肉的奶公犊代乳粉750g,分3次饲喂,稀释比例为1750ml水+250g代乳粉,45日龄时,犊牛的日增重为600g左右,犊牛的发病率和腹泻率明显减少,犊牛均在45日龄左右断奶。
饲喂犊牛代乳粉的犊牛,7~30日龄的日增重达到300g以上,30~45日龄的犊牛的日增重达到600g以上。
代乳粉的饲喂效果明显,价格合理,可以帮助犊牛降低犊牛的饲养成本,取得可观的经济效益(见表)。一个千头规模的牛场以年饲养300头犊牛计,到46日龄断奶时可节省饲养成本7.56万(鲜奶成本按3.0元/kg计)。

所述30日龄前代乳粉包括按质量百分比计:乳清粉27.44%,脱脂奶粉17.03%,全脂奶粉8.09%,大豆浓缩蛋白2.04%,膨化大豆粉26.66%,棕榈油9.90%,赖氨酸0.36%,蛋氨酸0.27%,苏氨酸0.19%,卵磷脂0.48%,乳糖4.56%,石粉0.89%,氯化胆碱0.14%和磷酸氢钙0.99%;
所述30日龄后代乳粉,包括按质量百分比计:乳清粉14.33%,脱脂奶粉14.04%,全脂奶粉4.98%,大豆浓缩蛋白3.32%,膨化大豆粉33.47%,棕榈油8.84%,赖氨酸0.31%,蛋氨酸0.23%,苏氨酸0.19%,卵磷脂0.48%,葡萄糖11.26%,淀粉5.52%,石粉0.95%,氯化胆碱0.14%和磷酸氢钙0.99%。
