Abstract

Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种根据权利要求1的前序部分的电联接装置,其用于将电导体联接在插接装置或者其他电组件上。
背景技术
将电导体联接到插头或者电组件上(尤其是联接到电组件的壳体上)的电联接装置相对于其简单操纵性和可靠的接触有很高的要求。此外关于所联接的电导体的牵引负荷能力以及尤其在工业应用环境下保护电接触被灰尘和湿气所影响有非常高的要求。
发明内容
本发明任务在于创造一种上述类型的联接装置,其具有紧凑构造的且可特别简单地操纵的弹簧接头。
该任务通过权利要求1的主题来解决。
根据本发明地设置的操作机构使压簧能够可靠地抵靠到电导体上,从而使电导体接触电接触部件。因而可以非常简单地实现电导体的联接,因而可以特别简单地操纵所述电联接装置。
本发明有利的设计方案参引从属权利要求。

具体实施方式
图1至图4示出用于联接导体3的被剥皮端部2的电联接装置1。
为了将联接装置1联接在插接装置或其他电组件上,联接装置1具有电接触部件。电接触部件构造成接触销4,其中,接触销4在此设置为插头接触部件,从而电组件的、与该插头接触部件配套的套筒接触部件(未示出)可以联接在该电接触部件上。替选的是,电接触部件优选构造成套筒接触部件,电组件的与该套筒接触部件配套的插头接触部件可以联接在该套筒接触部件上(在此未示出)。
接触销4在此由板材生产成冲压-弯曲件,其弯曲成周边非封闭的管状区段。
接触销4与弹簧接头5导电连接,弹簧接头5具有接头保持架6、压簧7和操作元件8。
接头保持架6垂直于导体插入方向X(参见图4a)在横截面中具有U形形状,该U形形状具有底壁9和两个垂直于底壁9的壁10、11,壁10、11彼此间隔地平行而立。
在这些壁之间的空间12中,被剥皮导体端部3能沿导体插入方向X引入接头保持架6中。
压簧7用于使导体端部3接触地压靠底壁9(或者布置在底壁9上的单独导电轨)。压簧7具有V形形状,该V形形状具有附着壁20和通过弯曲部21与附着壁20连接的压壁22。
压簧7的附着壁20固定在操作元件8上。操作元件8垂直于导体插入方向X在横截面中同样具有U形形状,该U形形状具有底壁13和两个垂直于底壁13的侧壁14、15。在此,附着壁20例如通过钉住、焊接或铆接固定在两个侧壁14、15之间的底壁13的内侧上。压壁22弯回到操作元件8的两个侧壁14、15之间的中间空间中。
操作元件8如此设计尺寸,即,使得其可以垂直于导体插入方向X沿+/-Y方向在接头保持架6中移动,其中,这两个在横截面中呈U形的机构“操作元件8和接头保持架6”彼此相对翻转180°。这样,压壁22的自由端部可以连同操作元件8一起或者说在操作元件8上朝向接头保持架6底壁的方向移动。
在操作元件移动的情况下,操作元件8的两个侧壁4、15优选在内部贴靠接头保持架6的纵向壁10、11,从而这两个侧壁14、15优选在纵向壁10、11上滑动。
操作元件8的导引在此以特别简单的方式通过在操作元件8和接头保持架6上配套的、彼此嵌接的导引件16、17实现。
在此,这些导引件(结构简单且紧凑)相应通过一个或者多个,在此相应通过两个,分别垂直于操作元件8侧壁13、14向外弯曲的接片16a、16b实现,它们嵌接到接头保持架6的、垂直于导体插入方向X延伸的裂缝17a、b中。
可以补充的是,在此在裂缝17a、17b之间,要么在接头保持架的一侧上要么在两侧上可以构造有在接头保持架6的一个或多个纵向壁13、14中的窗口18,并且在操作元件的一个或者两个侧壁14、15上可以构造有由侧壁材料向外弯曲的接片19。弹簧接片19如此设计尺寸,即,使得在向下按压操作元件8时,弹簧接片19首先被压向内,从而弹簧接片19首先在内部在配套的纵向壁13、14上滑动,直至弹簧接片19弹性地嵌接到所配属的窗口18中并且将操作元件8锁定在那里,从而操作元件8不可以从接头保持架6松开。这样以简单方式在接触导体2的位置中设置用于将操作元件8锁定在接头保持架6上的锁定机制。
为了操作,在操作元件8敞开情况下(图1)首先沿方向X插入导体(图2),之后向下按压操作元件8,从而弹簧壁使导体端部压靠接头保持架6或者联接在接头保持架中的导电轨,从而导体被接触(图3)。压簧垂直于并且优选沿径向相对于导体方向或者说导体插入方向X的移动运动的特别的优点在于以如此方式实现压簧7在接头壳体6上的特别可靠的导引。
还要说明的是,在此,接触销4和接头保持架6或者说接头壳体6单件式地由金属板材制成冲压件/弯曲件并且优选通过接片23相互导电连接。该设计方案是廉价的。替选的是,也可以想到销由固体材料来生产并且/或将接触销4和接头保持架6作为单独部件生产,并且它们例如通过导电轨件组合在一起(在此未示出)。
还要说明的是,如下也可以想到,压簧7和操作元件8不是多件式地,而是单件式地构造,其方法是,操作元件的底壁沿X方向延长并且弯回到U形内部空间中(在此同样未示出)。

Claims (10)
1.一种电联接装置(1),其设置为用于将电导体(2)联接到插接装置或者其他电组件上,其中,所述联接装置(1)具有用于将所述电导体(2)与所述电组件连接的电接触部件,且具有用于将所述电导体(2)固定在所述电接触部件(1)上的压簧(7),其中,设置有操作装置,利用所述操作装置,所述压簧(1)能够抵靠到所述电导体(4)上,其特征在于接头壳体(6),所述操作装置(8)以能移动的方式在所述接头壳体上导引。
2.根据权利要求1所述的电联接装置(10),其特征在于,所述操作装置(8)以能垂直于导体延伸部移动的方式导引。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的电联接装置(10),其特征在于,所述接头壳体(6)垂直于导体插入方向X在横截面中具有U形形状,该U形形状具有底壁(9)和两个与之垂直的壁(10、11),它们彼此间隔地平行而立。
4.根据前述权利要求之一所述的电联接装置(10),其特征在于,所述压簧(7)具有V形形状,所述V形形状具有附着壁(20)和通过弯曲部(21)与所述附着壁连接的压壁(22),且所述附着壁(20)将所述压簧(7)固定在所述操作元件(8)上或者与其构成一体。
5.根据前述权利要求之一所述的电联接装置(10),其特征在于,所述操作元件(8)垂直于导体插入方向X在横截面中具有U形形状,该U形形状具有底壁(13)和两个与之垂直的侧壁(14、15),且所述压壁(22)弯回到所述操作元件(8)的两个侧壁(14、15)之间的中间空间中。
6.根据前述权利要求之一所述的电联接装置(10),其特征在于,所述操作元件(8)能够垂直于导体插入方向X沿Y方向在所述接头保持架(6)中移动,其中,这两个在横截面中呈U形的机构:操作元件(8)和接头保持架(6)彼此相对翻转180°,从而所述压壁(22)的自由端部能够连同所述操作元件(8)一起或者说在所述操作元件(8)上朝向所述接头保持架(6)的底壁的方向移动。
7.根据前述权利要求之一所述的电联接装置(10),其特征在于,所述操作元件(8)的两个侧壁(14、15)在内部贴靠所述接头保持架(6)的纵向壁(10、11)。
8.根据前述权利要求之一所述的电联接装置(10),其特征在于,配套的、彼此嵌接的导引件(16a、b;17a、b)构造在所述操作元件(8)和所述接头保持架(6)上。
9.根据前述权利要求之一所述的电联接装置(10),其特征在于,所述导引件相应通过一个或者多个,优选相应通过两个,分别垂直于所述操作元件(8)的侧壁(13、14)向外弯曲的接片(16a、16b)实现,它们嵌接到所述接头保持架(6)的、垂直于导体插入方向(X)延伸的裂缝(17a、b)中。
10.根据前述权利要求之一所述的电联接装置(10),其特征在于,在接触所述导体(2)的位置中设置用于将所述操作元件(8)锁定在所述接头保持架(6)上的锁定机制。
