Abstract

本发明提供一种弹片,包括一第一子弹片,其包括一用于焊接到一电路基板的底部,及一连接部;及一第二子弹片,其包括一用于弹性抵触一元件的抵触部,及一连接部。其中一连接部的两侧边折叠形成滑槽,从而容纳另一连接部;连接部上形成有止动件,从而阻止子弹片相对滑动。由于将弹片分成数个子弹片,从而可根据表面组装技术(SMT)的要求确定第一子弹片的高度,使第一子弹片可使用SMT技术焊接到电路基板上。

本发明涉及一种弹片。
背景技术
在电子装置中,弹片是经常使用的元件。其一端焊接于一电路基板上,另一端弹性抵触一电子元件或金属框架,从而使得电子元件电连接于电路基板,或提供对电路基板的静电防护。
弹片的高度是由电路基板和电子元件或金属框架间的距离决定的。当弹片过高时(例如高于10mm),会产生以下问题:1.无法应用表面组装技术(surface mounted technology,SMT)将弹片组装于电路基板上,而必须通过手工方式将弹片焊接于电路基板上,从而降低了组装效率。2.弹片容易因变形、折断而失效。
发明内容
本发明提供一种弹片,其适于采用SMT技术安装到电路基板上,不受弹片本身高度的影响。
所述弹片,包括一第一子弹片,其包括一用于焊接到一电路基板的底部,及一连接部;及一第二子弹片,其包括一用于弹性抵触一元件的抵触部,及一连接部。其中一连接部的两侧边折叠形成滑槽,从而容纳另一连接部;连接部上形成有止动件,从而阻止子弹片相对滑动。
由于将弹片分成数个子弹片,从而可根据SMT的要求确定第一子弹片的高度,使第一子弹片可使用SMT技术焊接到电路基板上。
同时,分解后的每一个子弹片高度都较低,降低了因变形、折断而失效的风险。

具体实施方式
请参考图1,其揭示了本发明一优选实施方式的弹片10,该弹片10包括分别呈7型的一第一子弹片20和一第二子弹片30。第一子弹片包括一底部21和一连接部22,底部21用于焊接到一电路基板40上,连接部22从底部21的一端折向上延伸。第二子弹片30包括一抵触部31和一连接部32,抵触部31用于抵触一元件(图未示),连接部32从抵触部31的一端折向下延伸。
请同时参考图2,第一子弹片20和第二子弹片30通过连接部22、32彼此连接。其中,连接部32的两侧边折叠,从而形成一对滑槽33,用于容纳连接部22。连接部22的两侧边形成有可弹性变形的折叠片23,一止动件24在靠近底部21处突出连接部22的表面。
当安装时,将第一子弹片20焊接到电路基板40上,再将第二子弹片30插置于第一子弹片20上,使得第二子弹片30的滑槽33容纳第一子弹片20的连接部22,折叠片23弹性抵触滑槽33的壁,连接部32的底端抵靠在止动件24上,从而阻止第二子弹片30向下滑动。此时,第一子弹片20和第二子弹片30形成了一整体的弹片10。
请参考图3、图4,其揭示了本发明另一实施方式的弹片40。该弹片40包括一呈U型的第一子弹片50和一呈Z型的第二子弹片60。第一子弹片50依次包括一底部51、一第一弯折部52、和一连接部53。连接部53的两侧边形成有可弹性变形的折叠片54,上表面形成有凹陷状的止动件55。第二子弹片60依次包括一抵触部61、一第二弯折部62、和一连接部63。连接部的两侧边折叠形成一对滑槽64,下表面形成有凸起状的止动件65。
当第一子弹片50和第二子弹片60连接时,滑槽64容纳连接部53,折叠片54弹性抵触滑槽64的壁,止动件55和止动件65配合,防止第一子弹片50和第二子弹片60相对滑动。
需要说明的是,滑槽33、64可以形成于第一子弹片20、50上。折叠片54可以形成于第二子弹片30、60上,也可被去除。

Claims (7)

1.一种弹片,其特征在于,包括:
一第一子弹片,其包括一用于焊接到一电路基板的底部,及一连接部;及
一第二子弹片,其包括一用于弹性抵触一元件的抵触部,及一连接部;
其中一连接部的两侧边折叠形成滑槽,从而容纳另一连接部;
其中,连接部上形成有止动件,从而阻止子弹片相对滑动。
2.如权利要求1所述的弹片,其特征在于:该被容纳于滑槽中的连接部的两侧边形成有折叠片,其弹性抵触于滑槽的壁。
3.如权利要求1所述的弹片,其特征在于:所述第一子弹片和第二子弹片分别呈7型。
4.如权利要求1所述的弹片,其特征在于:所述第一子弹片呈U型,第二子弹片呈Z型。
5.如权利要求4所述的弹片,其特征在于:所述第一子弹片和第二子弹片还分别包括位于底部、抵触部和连接部之间的弯折部。
6.如权利要求3所述的弹片,其特征在于:所述止动件突出于第一子弹片的连接部的表面。
7.如权利要求4所述的弹片,其特征在于:所述止动件为分别形成于两连接部的、彼此配合的凹陷和凸起。
