背景技术  市场上零食有多种,尚未见到有白萝卜糖条 
发明内容  本发明的目的是提供一种白萝卜糖条。 
方案是:白萝卜50-55kg、白砂糖40-45kg、20%石灰水适量。 
制备方法: 
1.切条:将白萝卜切成手指粗的条。 
2.定型:白萝卜放在20%石灰水里约浸10分钟,制好的萝卜保持原有状态,肉不会软烂,吃起来发脆且防腐杀菌。 
3.冲洗:白萝卜在石灰水里捞起后,放在自来水龙头下冲漂一夜。 
4.预煮:白萝卜在锅里煮沸即可,以便驱除石灰气味,和糖煮时易于吸收糖分。 
5.冷水洗:放入清水缸里,稍为浸洗一下。 
6.糖煮:白萝卜投入清水锅内,水没过萝卜条,加入白砂糖煮沸熬到一个半小时后,白萝卜便呈半透明体。 
7.成品:煮后捞起沥干糖汁,干燥即可。
