本发明涉及一种设备,主要用来将各种胶带条或管形带条装到运动着的带状物或正被传输的工件上,并且主要是装到袋子上仍未封口的底部。它由以下几部分组成:用以输送由某种材料制成的带状物的几对进料辊,将带条从带状物上分离下来的机构以及继续把扯下来的带条向前输送的输送折迭夹持辊。
如果是将带条装到到位的袋子上开着口的底部,这些带条就形成封闭带条或加固条。在德国专利1179089C中介绍了这类设备,它同时把纸制带状物和人造树脂带状物从两个进料辊上拉下来并加以重叠,这种双层带状物被打孔机沿横向打一排孔,两排孔之间的距离就是带条的长度。然后一种带状物经过一个较高的导轮后再与另一种带状物相叠,从而形成一定的偏置。相互偏置的双层带被输送折迭夹持辊上的折迭夹子扯下来,双层带条的前端被紧紧地夹持着,然后涂胶机构上的涂胶辊将一层胶涂在了正由输送辊输送的带条上,然后输送折迭夹持辊将胶带条呈相切位置粘到未封口的两个底部。在压合底部时,在每个底部装入一管形进料阀带条,双层带状物中人造树脂层在袋内的长度比纸层在袋内的长度要长,这样袋内的人造树脂短管在有充填压力时能变扁,起到密封的作用。
在一些应用中,除了要安装从带状物上扯下来的带条或从双层带状物上扯下来的双层带条外,还必须安装附加的带条,以满足产品的要求。
例如有一实例,需要在安装在袋底部的带条上再加一条比底带条短的管形进料阀带条,当底部压合好后,该带条伸出袋外,这样将袋子灌满后,能够熔接或捆扎伸在外面的短管,完成密封。
在另一些应用中,需要在进料阀带条上加一排气机构,使袋内的空气能够排出,这就需要把能够透气的无纺材料制成的带条蒙在气门上或至少蒙在其局部上。
为了再安上一个附加带条,或者为排气用一块无纺材料绕在进料阀带条上,若采用已有的设备,就必须再增加一个设备(见图,沿着袋子底部运动的方向安装),用以把管形带状物逐条扯下来,装在已装在未封口的底部上的带条上,或者在设备的上游安装无纺材料制成的带条,以排出空气,这样,为了按上述方式改造已有的设备,就必须增加新设备,导致了整个设备的长度增加,并且价格也提高了。此外,若要改造此设备的投资适当,则安装附加带条或无纺物条的设备就必须放在已有设备的上游或下游。
本发明的一个目的就是给出上面提到的这种设备,用以将附加的带条或多层无纺材料装到工件上去,更确切地说,是装到袋子的底部,且经济性好。为此,此设备的长度不能增加,而且改造现有设备和厂房的花费必须适中、合理。
针对前面已提到的设备,通过以下方法即可达到改造的目的,即设置一个折迭夹持辊,用以安装带条或/和短管,设置一个具有中间辊的传输折迭辊,它与折迭夹持辊一起形成一对夹料辊,带条和短管通过夹料辊后被扯下来,或在另一方式下,仅是第二种带状物沿着已打的孔线被扯下来,夹料辊把扯下来的带条或短管,或在另一方式下从第一种和第二种带状物上扯下的带条或短管;以至少部分重叠的形式装到工件上或正在通过设备的袋子底部上。本发明的设备用以安装附加的带条、短管或其它的袋子里的附件,但摒弃了各种安装设备,因为附加的带条、短管或其它的袋子里的附件在半到底部或工件上之前就已经制成一体了,然后只用一道工序就可正确地安装好此部件。这样本发明的设备长度不仅减少了,而且工作辊的数目也减少了,因为同一折迭夹持辊由两条带状物公用。
在本发明设备的进一步发展形式中,中间辊上有一排针或类似物,以接收输送辊输送来的带条。
中间辊可以与涂胶系统中的涂胶辊相啮合,该涂胶辊属于一涂胶系统,用于以给带条涂上一层与规格相配的胶。

由纸和人造树脂形成的两层带状物1从进料辊(图中未表示)出来后进入进料辊对2,进料辊对2的后面是另一对进料辊3,在两对进料辊2、3之间有一个沿横向打孔的打孔机4和导轮5,通过导轮5后,人造树脂带状物与纸制带状物在纵向形成一定的偏置,在进料辊3和折迭夹持辊6之间的双层带状物被扯了下来,折迭夹持辊上的一个辊子还装有折迭夹,用以继续输送双层带。到此为止,此装置与德国专利1,179,087中所述的设备相同。

之后采用众所周知的方法将袋子折迭好,使双层带条形成一个双层的进料阀带条,并且将从管形带状物10上扯下来的另一段管形带条插入该进料阀带条中。
管形带状物10从进料辊上出来时还是平的带状物14(图中未表示)。之后通过辊子15、16和17以及造管设备18后,平的带状物相叠后制成了管形带状物10。用这种方式制成的管子10的宽度可以与底部的宽度相同,也可以大大地小于底部宽度。
另外管形带状物10的宽度有可能大于制成的底部在平的状态下的宽度,这样在压合底部时,两边的管形带状物也被折迭起来形成加固部分。
管形带状物10的进料机构是两对进料辊19和20,在进料辊19和20之间有一打孔机21,用以给输送过来的带状物沿横向打孔。
采用上述设备时,织物1 4可以是单层的,也可以是双层的。如果取掉制管机构18,那么就是将一附加的带条加在了由中间辊7输送的带条或双层带条上。织物1还可以是无纺材料制成的,这样做好袋底后,上面有一个由无纺材料包着的进料气门。
如果需要,还可以取掉偏置双层带状物或织物的导轮5。

1.一种设备,用来将各种带条,主要是将涂有胶的带条或管形带条装到运动着的带状物或正被传输的工件上,主要是装到袋子上被拉起并仍未封口的底部,包括:输送由某种材料制成的第一带状物的几对进料辊,将带条从第一带状物上分离下来的机构以及把带条继续向前输送的输送折迭夹持辊,其特征在于,设置了一个折迭夹持辊(9),用以安装各种带条;一个带有中间辊(7)的传输折迭辊(6),折迭夹持辊(9)与中间辊(7)一起形成了一对夹料辊,带条通过夹料辊后被从一条附加的第二带状物(10)上扯下来,从第一、二种带状物上被扯下来的带条以至少部分重叠的形式传输到工件上或正在通过设备的袋子底部(12)上。
2.如权利要求1所述的设备,其特征在于,中间辊(7)上有一排针状物,以接收输送辊送来的带条等。
3.如权利要求1所述的设备,其特征在于,涂胶系统中的涂胶辊(8)与中间辊(7)相啮合,将胶涂在了带条或类似物体上。
4.如权利要求1所述的设备,其特征在于,中间辊上有一折迭杆或类似的物体,在顺着旋转的方向看,它位于针状物的前面,将扯下来的带条或类似物体的前端插入折迭夹持辊(9)上的折迭夹中。
5.如权利要求1所述的设备,其特征在于,涂胶系统中的涂胶辊(11)与折迭夹持辊(9)相啮合,涂胶辊(11)将胶液在了已扯下来的带条或类似物体上。
