Abstract
本发明涉及一种完全层压的柔性通风管道,其用于通风系统以将经调节的空气输送到待进行空气调节的空间中,其中,所述通风管道是自绝热的并且具有柔性结构。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种完全层压的柔性通风管道,该柔性通风管道用于通风系统,以将经调节的空气输送到待进行空气调节的空间中,其中,所述通风管道是自绝热的并且具有柔性结构。
背景技术
目前,在我国和国外,柔性通风管道由例如铝、聚酯、opp(定向聚丙烯)、pvc(聚氯乙烯)的材料制成。所述柔性管道利用玻璃绒和/或其他材料隔离以提供隔音和/或隔热。在该隔离处理之后,在管道上装上护套。
到目前为止,一直需要多个隔离步骤以及使用中间产品来制造隔绝的柔性管。由于使用了这些中间产品,因此增大了成品柔性管道的制造成本。另外,由于所述隔离步骤发生在长的时间段内,因此还导致人工成本增加至产品上。
为了消除现有缺点,通过执行对通风管道的改进而获得根据本发明的产品。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种具有自绝热特征的改进的柔性通风管道。为了提供绝热,在根据本发明的通风管道的内覆层与外覆层之间使用了隔绝层。所述隔绝层优选地由聚乙烯泡沫制成,但除这种材料之外,还可以使用例如橡胶、玻璃纤维、玻璃绒的任何隔绝材料作为隔绝层。
由于根据本发明的通风管道,隔绝层的层压借助于热和/或粘合化学物质直接提供,而无需利用单独的隔离步骤。以此方式,使得能够在材料和人工两方面都降低产品成本。
根据本发明的通风管道已经使得可以在材料和人工两方面都降低产品成本。另外,由于所述管道占用较小的体积,因此其变得更易操作并且作为使用的范围而占用较少的空间。

具体实施方式
本发明涉及一种完全层压的柔性通风管道,该柔性通风管道用于通风系统,以将经调节的空气输送到待进行空气调节的空间中,其中,所述通风管道是自绝热的并且具有柔性结构。
根据本发明的通风管道包括钢丝(1)、隔绝层(2)、内覆层(3)以及外覆层(4)。
所述通风管道的外表面覆盖有外覆层(4)。作为外覆层(4),可以使用诸如铝箔、聚乙烯薄膜、聚酯薄膜、opp薄膜、pvc薄膜之类的材料。所述通风管道的内表面覆盖有内覆层(3)。作为内覆层(3),可以使用诸如铝箔、聚乙烯薄膜、聚酯薄膜、opp薄膜、pvc薄膜之类的材料。隔绝层(2)存在于内覆层(3)与外覆层(4)之间的部分中。作为隔绝层(2),可以使用聚乙烯泡沫,或替代性地使用诸如橡胶、玻璃纤维、玻璃绒之类的不同的隔绝材料。隔绝层(2)可以可选地制造成一层和/或多于一层,使得其将包括空气层。由于形成的所述隔绝层(2),通风管道的绝热能力甚至可以增强到更大的程度。此外,螺旋形钢丝(1)以一定间隔存在于内覆层(3)与外覆层(4)之间的部分中。所述钢丝(1)给通风管道提供形状以及柔性特征。
所述通风管道的隔绝层(2)可以在不使用隔离步骤的情况下,借助于热和/或粘合化学物质而被直接层压在内覆层(3)与外覆层(4)之间。以此方式,使得能够在材料和人工两方面降低产品成本。
另外,根据本发明提出了一种用于形成通风管道的方法,所述方法的特征在于,提供至少一个内覆层(3)和至少一个外覆层(4),在不使用隔离步骤的情况下借助于热和/或粘合化学物质将至少一个隔绝层(2)直接粘结在内覆层(3)与外覆层(4)之间,将钢丝(1)以一定间隔布置在内覆层(3)与外覆层(4)之间的部分中,以给通风管道提供形状和柔性。
Claims (5)
1.一种完全层压的柔性通风管道,所述柔性通风管道用于通风系统以将经调节的空气输送到待进行空气调节的空间中,其中,所述通风管道具有柔性结构,其特征在于,所述通风管道包括至少一个内覆层(3)和至少一个外覆层(4),在所述内覆层(3)与所述外覆层(4)之间存在至少一个隔绝层(2),并且在所述内覆层(3)与所述外覆层(4)之间的部分中还具有以一定间隔存在的钢丝(1)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的通风管道,其特征在于,所述钢丝(1)为螺旋形形状的。
3.根据权利要求1所述的通风管道,其特征在于,使用铝箔、聚乙烯薄膜、聚酯薄膜、opp薄膜、pvc薄膜作为所述内覆层(3)和所述外覆层(4)。
4.根据权利要求1所述的通风管道,其特征在于,优选地使用聚乙烯泡沫作为所述隔绝层(2),并且替代性地,能够使用例如橡胶、玻璃纤维、玻璃绒的不同的隔绝材料作为所述隔绝层(2)。
5.一种用于形成完全层压的柔性通风管道的方法,所述柔性通风管道用于通风系统以将经调节的空气输送到待进行空气调节的空间中,其中,所述通风管道具有柔性结构,所述方法的特征在于,
-提供至少一个内覆层(3)和至少一个外覆层(4),
-在不使用隔离步骤的情况下借助于热和/或粘合化学物质将至少一个隔绝层(2)直接施加在所述内覆层(3)与所述外覆层(4)之间,
-将钢丝(1)以一定间隔布置在所述内覆层(3)与所述外覆层(4)之间的部分中。
