背景技术
现有技术已知的主缸具有主活塞和副活塞,通常由铝制成,它们沿着通常由机加工的铝制成的制动主缸的主体中的轴向孔串联安装。在FR2827244或US4831916A1中描述了这种主缸。使用推杆来致动主活塞的运动。主活塞的角色是对主压力室进行加压,副活塞的角色是对副压力室进行加压。主弹簧和副弹簧将沿与该运动相反的方向推活塞,从而确保压力增加。

包模使得在嵌入物和主活塞的主体之间产生密封件。所述冲压金属片材嵌入物的特定形状和硬度被用于容纳推杆并抵抗推杆的变形。
具有金属嵌入物的活塞的塑料主体增加了主活塞的机械抵抗力,并且使得塑料材料的厚度能够降低,使得主活塞更紧凑。
另一个有利特性在于,通过注入模制容易地制造主活塞的主体,这允许制造复杂的形状,诸如凹槽、肋、非圆柱形的孔。

Claims (8)
