技术领域
本发明涉及一种带有壳体的滚柱推杆,在其驱动侧的端面处应用了两个在直径上对置的以及由壳体的外壳面接入的展平部,这两个展平部各带有一个类似U型地朝向驱动侧端面方向敞开的容纳部,在容纳部中支承有销柱,在该销柱上通过支承机构分布有用于起动周期性行程发生器的滚柱,其中,在该壳体的从动侧的端面处具有用于推杆随动件的支承面,并且其中,对于该销柱设置了沿该销柱的轴向方向以及轴向地由壳体伸出的夹持机构。
背景技术
在DE 10 2010 022 318 A1中描述了这类滚柱推杆,例如用于经品质或量控制的内燃机的燃料高压泵。用于销柱的、由壳体出来的夹持机构关于壳体的在展平部的容纳部中的围住部大于180°地示出。同时,该销柱利用其端面在作为夹持机构的壳体的上部带状部的内侧上起动(见图4)。
前述设计方案的缺陷在于,在该销柱卡入到其容纳部中的情况下能够出现无论如何仅仅薄壁的板材材料的塑性变形和表面损伤。可能的情况下,该保险装置在销柱的不足地构造的围住部的情况下也可能松动。此外确定的是,销柱在端面侧仅利用两个棱边区域在壳体的带状部的内侧上起动,并且在此情况下同样出现了磨损。同时,在该设计方案中仅困难地可以调节销柱的轴向游隙。此外,用于销柱的支承机构在相对小的直径上运行,从而使得支承装置在某些情况下较早达到其负载极限。
发明内容
因此本发明的目的在于,提供在推杆中用于滚柱销柱的简单构建的夹持机构。
根据本发明,该目的通过如下方式来解决,即,该销柱是分阶的,并且承载滚柱的中心部段具有较大直径以及两端的环形凸缘具有较小直径,其中,一方面,指形件从壳体的框住各自的展平部的窗的上部横向面伸入至紧邻在相应的环形凸缘之前,用以形成销柱的由壳体轴向伸出的夹持机构,另一方面,销柱通过在其中心部段与各环形凸缘之间形成的环状阶紧邻在各展平部的内侧面之前起动,用以形成销柱在其轴向方向上的夹持机构。
因此,推杆材料在容纳部中的开头所提到的磨损以及变形风险最小化或者说排除。基于其在展平部的内侧面上在轴向方向上的起动在此情况下还增大了可能的接触面积。同时使得销柱的分阶成为可能,通过该分阶使得销柱的承载滚柱的中心部段的扩大的伴随于此的可能性、支承装置的承载能力的提高成为可能。
在该壳体中的容纳部,其侧壁应该是光滑壁的,从而使得销柱能简单地“松动地”放入。
通过在本发明其他的改进方案中列出的滚柱的支承机构的端面侧面与销柱的环状阶的平齐的联接示出了支承机构同样情况下在展平部的内侧面上的简单的侧面的起动。滚动支承装置(如滚针支承装置)或滑动支承装置或者二者的结合方式被考虑作为支承机构。
优选单件式地从窗凸出的、待简单安置的指形件被无切屑地切开并且略微地朝推杆内部的方向弯曲。该指形件由此替代了销柱在容纳部区域中的在现有技术中设置的围住部。
显而易见地,夹持机构能够这样地设计,从而使得给销柱在其轴向方向上以及在壳体长度方向上保留少许的可运动性。
在本发明的具体实施例中,壳体的外壳面在具有指形件的两个窗的上部横向面和驱动侧的端面之间表示为光滑壁的闭合的环绕圈。此外给出了用于伸到销柱上的指形件的优化连接,该指形件能够备选地也由各自的窗的侧面伸入和/或作为独立的构件存在。
带有容纳部的压入的展平部优选单件式地与壳体连接,并且例如通过壳体的壳面区域的凸缘式的转接(Durchstellen)而径向地向内地产生。
在燃料高压泵、内燃机的直接或间接气门传动装置中或者在轴向或径向活塞式马达或这样的泵中,滚柱推杆优选用作凸轮随动件或偏心随动件。

具体实施方式
图1公开了带有由薄壁钢板制成的壳体2的滚柱推杆1,在此处用于燃料高压泵。在该滚柱推杆1的驱动侧的端面3处,两个由壳体2的外壳面4一体式接入的、带有各一个类似U型地在朝向驱动侧端面3的方向上敞开的容纳部6的展平部5彼此对置。在容纳部6中支承有销柱7。在该销柱7上通过支承机构9分布有用于起动凸轮或偏心件的滚柱8,支承机构为滚针支承装置或滑动支承装置或它们的结合。
在滚柱推杆1的从动侧的端面10处,在滚柱8的轴向下方分布有用于泵活塞的支承面25。该支承面处在贯穿壳体2的独立的桥接件22的下侧面23上。
针对上述销柱7,在该销柱的轴向方向上并且由壳体2轴向伸出到该销柱的容纳部6中地应用了简单构建的夹持机构11。
为此,销柱7设有较大直径的承载滚柱8的中心部段13,并且设有相对较小直径的两端的在容纳部6中坐落的环形凸缘14。因此,在中心部段13与环形凸缘14之间形成了各一个环状阶15。同时可以看出,容纳部6的侧壁16是光滑壁和直的并且因此最大以180°围住销柱7。该销柱7最终“松动地”处在容纳部6中。
两幅附图示出,指形件19由壳体2的窗18的上部横向面17在相应的展平部5附近一体式地凸出到推杆内部20中。该横向面17属于壳体2的光滑壁的、闭合的环绕圈21,该环绕圈具有与壳体2相同的外直径并且同样是单件式的组成部件。
上述的指形件19冲制且弯入。它紧邻在销柱7的环形凸缘14的外壳面之前延伸。由此,该销柱以由壳体2轴向伸出的方式得到保持,也就是说朝向壳体2的驱动侧的端面3的方向。
此外可以看出,销柱7通过在其中心部段13与各环形凸缘14之间的环状阶15紧邻在各展平部5的内侧面24之前起动,从而使得该销柱在其轴向方向上得到具有少许游隙的夹持。

Claims (8)

1.带有壳体(2)的滚柱推杆(1),在所述壳体的驱动侧的端面(3)处应用了两个在直径上对置的以及由所述壳体(2)的外壳面(4)接入的展平部(5),所述展平部各具有一个类似U型地朝向所述驱动侧的端面(3)敞开的容纳部(6),在所述容纳部(6)中支承有销柱(7),在所述销柱上通过支承机构(9)分布有用于起动周期性行程发生器的滚柱(8),其中,在所述壳体(2)的从动侧的端面(10)处具有用于推杆随动件的支承面(25),并且其中,对于所述销柱(7)设置有沿所述销柱的轴向方向并且由所述壳体(2)轴向伸出的夹持机构(11),其特征在于,所述销柱(7)是分阶的,承载所述滚柱(8)的中心部段(13)具有较大直径并且两端的环形凸缘(14)具有较小直径,其中,一方面,指形件(19)从所述壳体(2)的框住相应展平部的窗(18)的上部横向面(17),伸入至紧邻在相应的环形凸缘(14)之前,用以形成所述销柱(7)的由所述壳体(2)轴向伸出的夹持机构(11),另一方面,所述销柱(7)通过在其中心部段(13)与各环形凸缘(14)之间形成的环状阶(15)紧邻在各展平部(5)的内侧面之前起动,用以形成所述销柱(7)的沿其轴向方向的夹持机构(11)。

3.根据权利要求1所述的滚柱推杆,其特征在于,所述滚柱(8)的支承机构(9)在端面侧与所述销柱(7)的所述环状阶(15)平齐地联接。
4.根据权利要求1或3所述的滚柱推杆,其特征在于,至少一个滚针支承装置或滑动支承装置或它们的结合应用为支承机构(9)。
5.根据权利要求1所述的滚柱推杆,其特征在于,所述壳体(2) 的所述外壳面(4)在具有所述指形件(19)的两个所述窗(18)的上部横向面(17)和所述驱动侧的端面(3)之间为光滑壁的闭合的环绕圈(21)。
6.根据权利要求1所述的滚柱推杆,其特征在于,带有单件式联接的展平部(5)和指形件(19)的所述壳体(2)由薄壁钢板制成。
7.根据权利要求1或6所述的滚柱推杆,其特征在于,所述指形件(19)作为材料部段单件式地从其横向面(17)凸出,并且弯入推杆内部(20)中。
8.根据权利要求1或2所述的滚柱推杆,其特征在于,所述滚柱推杆(1):a)用于燃料高压泵;b)用于内燃机的气门传动装置;c)用于马达;或d)用于按照轴向活塞结构类型或径向活塞结构类型的泵/压缩机。
