本发明涉及一种推杆,特别是用于泵或压缩机,该推杆具有类似于管的壳体,该壳体在第一环形端缘的区域中在壳体的内侧面之内容纳有用于运作周期性冲程生成器的滚轮,该滚轮具有一件式或多件式地从其端侧伸出的轴端,经由轴端使滚轮处于壳体的容纳部中,其中,壳体轴向上在滚轮的下方由桥接件横穿,桥接件的面向壳体的第二环形端缘的下侧至少间接地用作推杆随动件的贴靠部。
背景技术
这样的推杆由DE 10 2010 022 318 A1得到。它在定性控制或定量控制的内燃机的高负载的燃料喷射泵中应用。
随着例如通过转数提升和喷射压力提升造成的对推杆的承载能力要求的增加,需要推杆具有更坚固的设计方案,然而推杆却受到结构空间方面的限制。因而意识到,安装一种具有受限制的负载能力的相对小的滚轮。在增大滚轮半径的情况下,简单地说,该滚轮利用其两个环形棱边在壳体的内侧面上运作。在提高了推杆的半径用以安置增大了的滚轮的情况下,必须强制性地增大其在泵侧的引导部,这就导致了要很大程度地改变已完成的泵设计。
发明内容
本发明的任务在于,提供一种推杆,其在紧凑的尺寸的情况下能更大程度地承受负载。
根据本发明,该任务通过如下方式得以解决,即,壳体的内侧面从它的第一环形端缘起朝着第二环形端缘的方向且至少在它的包围滚轮的外侧面的相应的圆周区段中具有在略低于滚轮一半高度处结束的、兜状的材料收缩部,滚轮利用其环形棱边伸到该材料收缩部中或者该材料收缩部处。
由此,存在有能承受更高负载的推杆,该推杆如之前所描述的那样紧凑地构建,并且它的重量由于现在经增大了的滚轮仅最大地相对于之前公知的推杆略有提高。因而达到了无需提高壳体直径的目的,或者无需显著地削弱壳体的壁,以针对凸轮运作或偏心轮运作改善了的承载量来应用更大的且因此更能承受负载的滚轮。
相对于开头所引用的现有技术,在上部的区段中现在存在有壳体的内侧面的收缩区域,其相对于之前公知的设计而言是领先的。
滚轮优选尽可能地沉入地安置在壳体的上边缘之内,这在紧凑构造的方面是有利的。必要时,滚轮也可以容纳在从第一环形端缘向上突出的凸起部上。钻孔或类似U形的、向上敞开的兜能够被考虑作为容纳部。
尽管通常可以想到并且设置,仅在圆周区域中去除内衬(Hemd)的内侧面的材料,该圆周区域对应置于滚轮的外侧面,从而所余留的内侧面区段最终平滑壁式地与下部的内侧面区段连成一体。然而在制造技术上适宜的是,材料去除部为环绕的环,从而壳体能够被简单地深冲或冲挤。作为最后提到的措施的替选方案,也能够考虑使用切削工艺或者MIM制造。
通过所提出的作为环绕的环的材料收缩部,壳体在内侧面上仅分为两级,并且因此具有简单的造型。根据该提议,壳体的外侧面尽可能是平滑壁式且无级的,从而用于该壳体的良好的引导长度在其容纳情况下得出。必要时,多于两级的内侧面也是可以考虑的。
根据本发明的另一扩展方案,轴端(其承载壳体中的滚轮)要么一件式要么多件式地与滚轮连接。在多件式的、优选的解决方案中,轴端因此是销柱的组成部分,滚轮例如经由滚针支承件在该销柱上以能转动的方式运转。在多件式的变型方案中,轴端因此相对于其壳体侧的容纳部旋转,在容纳部中,必要时可以置入滚针支承件。
根据提议的推杆应当在定性控制或者定量控制的内燃机的燃料喷射泵中使用或者针对于该燃料喷射泵而使用。同样地,可以考虑在内燃机的气门传动装置中使用,或者在轴向或径向活塞压缩机或者各自的泵中使用。

优选地,所述壳体的内侧面仅是两级的,所述内侧面由在所述第一环形端缘上的材料收缩部和在所述第二环形端缘上的余留的内侧面环构成,其中,所述壳体的外侧面至少尽可能地是无级平滑壁式的。
优选地,所述轴端要么是所述滚轮的一件式的组成部分,要么是单独的销柱的端部件,所述滚轮滑动支承地或滚动支承地在所述销柱上运转。

具体实施方式
所示出的推杆1,在此用于内燃机的柴油燃料的高压泵。推杆1具有类似于管的壳体2,该壳体在上部的第一环形端缘3的区域中在壳体的内侧面5之内容纳用于运作升降凸轮的滚轮4。
轴向上在滚轮4的下方,在这里由钢板深冲制成的壳体2被单独的桥接件9横穿。该桥接件是冲制的板,该桥接件的面向壳体2的下部的第二环形端缘10的下侧11用作泵活塞的贴靠部。

Claims (7)
