技术领域
本发明涉及一种凸轮从动件,其用于定量或定性控制的内燃机的燃料高压泵或气门机构,该凸轮从动件具有容纳于凸轮从动件的杯形物中的挺杆滚轮,该挺杆滚轮通过其孔支承在销上,该销在端部安放于杯形物的彼此相对的壁的容纳部中,挺杆滚轮以其端面紧邻地处在壁之前。
背景技术
DE102005047234A1公开一种这样的凸轮从动件。该凸轮从动件构造为杯状挺杆并且用于周期性加载燃料泵的泵活塞。DE10354683A1公开另一种凸轮从动件。该凸轮从动件构造为气门压杆并且用于加载气门机构中的气门。
支承于销上的滚轮用作凸轮配合件,滚轮通过其端面挡靠在杯形物的平面式的壁上,所述端面除了结构上需要的与孔和挺杆滚轮外表周之间的过渡区域中的倒棱之外是平面式的。基于误差或其不利的累加,在运行中挺杆滚轮的端面至外周面的棱边区域会与杯形物的相应的壁接触。除了在直接接触区域中的磨损外,挺杆滚轮被制动,这导致在轴承中和凸轮接触部上打滑。在现有技术中,尝试通过极高的制造精度、涂层或者改善的润滑来克服这种不希望的高磨损。
发明内容
本发明的任务是提供一种开头所述类型的、但并无所述磨损问题的凸轮从动件。
根据本发明,该任务以下述方式得以解决,即挺杆滚轮的每个端面基本上构造为球形区的外表面,每个壁至少在其与挺杆滚轮的相应端面相对的相对区段的区域中是光滑壁式地平直的。
与之相比,一种替换方案是挺杆滚轮的每个端面是平面式的,并且壁上的与挺杆滚轮相对的相对区段是朝向挺杆滚轮方向拱曲的球形部分。
必要时两个端面也可同时构造为彼此朝对方拱曲的球形部分或类似构造。
通过这种制造技术方面价格极其低廉的解决方案消除了所述磨损问题并提高了凸轮从动件的寿命。无需开头所提的附加的磨损保护措施,但这些措施仍可一如既往地实施。必要时误差也可降低等级。
在挺杆滚轮的不希望的倾斜位置中存在明显“钝化”的接触区域。通过本发明的措施消除所谓的“棱边携带者”。借助平面式的或者说整平的径向内部区段,同时避免在孔处的过渡区域中导致磨损的棱边接触。
不言而喻,由于结构需要,保留设置在端面与孔以及与外周面的过渡区域中的倒棱,即倒角或者说倒圆。
另一技术方案是将挺杆滚轮支承在销上的简单措施。考虑使用滚动轴承如滚针轴承或滑动轴承。凸轮接触部可通过有目的的油喷溅和/或油雾进行润滑。可通过压制、铆接、压入等来固定所述销。根据应用也可考虑并设置挺杆滚轮的浮动支承。
此外建议,在凸轮从动件构造为杯状挺杆或滚轮挺杆(用挺杆加载)的情况下,在从圆柱形外壳中缩进的纵向压扁部中设置用于销的容纳部,由此可简单地形成用于销的端面的、平坦的、位于内部的止推面。必要时该扁平部也可在事后例如切削地形成。
作为替换方案,凸轮从动件也可构造为杠杆如气门压杆、摇杆或翻转杆,挺杆滚轮装入它们的侧壁之间。

具体实施方式
由图1至4可见用于内燃机的燃料高压泵的、构造为杯形挺杆的凸轮从动件1。凸轮从动件1包括空心圆柱形的外壳14,杯形物2开始于外壳的驱动侧的边缘13。在杯形物中容纳有挺杆滚轮3。挺杆滚轮具有带滚动轴承的孔4,挺杆滚轮3通过滚动轴承在销5上转动。销5在端部安放于杯形物2的彼此相对的壁7的容纳部6中。壁7位于在直径线上彼此相对的、缩进的纵向压扁部18上。挺杆滚轮3以其端面8紧邻地处在壁7之前或者说侧旁。
在上下文中最好由图6可见,挺杆滚轮3的每个端面构造为球形区的外表面。换句话说,端面8构造为凸球状或者说凸出的。同时,每个壁7在其相对区段11的区域中呈光滑壁式地直地延伸。但挺杆滚轮3的各端面8的与孔4处的环形棱边9直接邻接的区段10构造成平面式的。
当挺杆滚轮3以其一个端面8不希望地“倾斜”挡靠到与之相对的壁7上时,则在该端面8的棱边区段中的接触区域相对于外周面17显著地“钝化”。开头所述的磨损问题不再需要考虑。同时通过端面8在径向内部开始的平面式的构造避免端面8与孔4的尖锐的过渡区域。
从图5中可见本发明构造的凸轮从动件1的另一方案。凸轮从动件在此构造为杠杆15(气门压杆),在其壁7之间容纳有支承于销5上的挺杆滚轮3。杠杆15具有向下开口的U形轮廓,杠杆也可具有向上开口的U形轮廓或H形轮廓。杠杆15也可由实心材料制成。
最后,图7表示迄今凸轮从动件设计中的解决方案,在相应的挺杆滚轮3上设有除倒棱外为平面的端面8,所述端面在光滑壁式的平直的壁7上运动。可看到挺杆滚轮3的倾斜位置,挺杆滚轮在其端面8与外周面17的相对锋利的过渡区域中挡靠在壁7上,易受磨损。

Claims (8)

1.凸轮从动件(1),用于定量或定性控制的内燃机的燃料高压泵或气门机构,所述凸轮从动件具有容纳于凸轮从动件(1)的杯形物(2)中的挺杆滚轮(3),该挺杆滚轮(3)通过其孔(4)支承在销(5)上,该销在端部安放于杯形物(2)的彼此相对的壁(7)的容纳部(6)中,挺杆滚轮(3)以其端面(8)紧邻地处在壁(7)之前,其特征在于,所述挺杆滚轮(3)的每个端面(8)基本上构造为球形区的外表面,每个壁(7)至少在该壁的与挺杆滚轮(3)的相应端面(8)相对的相对区段(11)的区域中是光滑壁式地平直的。
2.根据权利要求1的凸轮从动件,其特征在于,所述挺杆滚轮(3)的各端面(8)的直接与孔(4)处的环形边缘(9)邻接的区段(10)是平面式的。
3.凸轮从动件,用于定量或定性控制的内燃机的燃料高压泵或气门机构,所述凸轮从动件具有容纳于凸轮从动件的杯形物中的挺杆滚轮,该挺杆滚轮通过其孔支承在销上,该销在端部安放于杯形物的彼此相对的壁的容纳部中,挺杆滚轮以其端面紧邻地处在壁之前,其特征在于,所述挺杆滚轮的每个端面是平面式的,在杯形物的壁上的与挺杆滚轮的端面相对的相对区段构造为朝挺杆滚轮的方向拱曲的球形部分。
4.根据权利要求3的凸轮从动件,其特征在于,所述球形部分的头部区域被整平,该整平的头部区域以其边缘在径向上略高于孔处的环形棱边。
5.根据权利要求1或3的凸轮从动件,其特征在于,所述挺杆滚轮(3)通过滚动轴承或滑动轴承(12)在销(5)上支承。
6.根据权利要求1或3的凸轮从动件,其特征在于,所述凸轮从动件(1)构造为杯状的挺杆(16),该挺杆的带有容纳部(6)的壁(7)构造为缩进的纵向压扁部(18),所述纵向压扁部出发于凸轮从动件(1)的外壳(14)的凸轮侧边缘(13)。
7.根据权利要求1或3的凸轮从动件,其特征在于,所述凸轮从动件(1)构造为用于加载挺杆杆部的滚轮挺杆,或者构造为用于气门机构的杠杆(15)。
