本发明提供的是一种液压镦锻机胎模锁紧装置。在机座上安装有下胎板和上胎板，在下胎板内嵌装有下模具，在上胎板内嵌装有上模具；在上胎板上装有固定楔块；在固定楔块上装有活动楔块和活动块；活动块上部装有活动滑板、固定滑板和顶盖。本发明使用时，既能够快速锁紧模具，又能够提高加工效率和产品质量，实现镦锻机镦锻加工自动化。适宜作为镦锻机镦锻过程胎模锁紧中应用。

技术领域
本发明提供的是用于镦锻机上的一种工装，具体地说是一种液压镦锻机胎模锁紧装置。
背景技术
目前，镦锻胎模成型的方法已被广泛采用，但是，现有镦锻胎模成型过程中都采用人工锁紧操作来完成，所以影响加工效率。
发明内容
为了实现镦锻胎模能够锁紧，本发明提供了一种液压镦锻机胎模锁紧装置。该装置通过在胎板上加装活动块和楔板，解决胎膜锁紧的技术问题。
本发明解决技术问题所采用的方案是：
在机座上安装有下胎板和上胎板，在下胎板内嵌装有下模具，在上胎板内嵌装有上模具；在上胎板上装有固定楔块；在固定楔块上装有活动楔块和活动块；活动块上部装有活动滑板、固定滑板和顶盖。
积极效果，本发明使用时，即能够快速锁紧模具，又能够提高加工效率和产品质量，实现镦锻机镦锻加工自动化。适宜作为镦锻机镦锻过程胎模锁紧中应用。

具体实施方式
据图所示，在机座5上安装有下胎板4和上胎板3，在下胎板内嵌装有下模具2，在上胎板内嵌装有上模具1；在上胎板上装有固定楔块7；在固定楔块上装有活动楔块6.2和活动块6；活动块上部装有活动滑板6.1、固定滑板8和顶盖9。
本发明工作过程：
在机座和顶盖之间装备的上下胎板和上下模具所构成的胎膜扣紧后，通过推动活动滑板和活动块带动活动楔块向固定楔块方向运行，活动楔块对固定楔块产生压力，压紧上胎板，使上模具与下模具锁紧。

1. 一种液压镦锻机胎模锁紧装置，其特征是：在机座（5）上安装有下胎板（4）和上胎板（3），在下胎板内嵌装有下模具（2），在上胎板内嵌装有上模具（1）；在上胎板上装有固定楔块（7）；在固定楔块上装有活动楔块（6.2）和活动块（6）；活动块上部装有活动滑板（6.1）、固定滑板（8）和顶盖（9）。
