技术领域

背景技术
这类挺杆(在这里用于高压燃料泵),由DE 10 2009 013 132 A1得知。得知,壳体的外壁呈光滑圆柱体形。为了在挺杆与其冲程发生器(凸轮,凸轮组,偏心轮或者必要情况下的摆动轮盘)之间避免或者使可能导致“咬边”的倾斜位置降低到最小程度,并且为了由此取得对挺杆低摩擦地、低磨损地引导,这样一来,非常精细的公差、选择性地还有重要功能组件的高消耗的分组(Zugruppierung)、甚至冲程发生器的/泵的支承结构都是必要的。
发明内容
因此,任务在于,提供一种挺杆,该挺杆具有简单的、在该挺杆与冲程发生器之间的角补偿的可能性。
按发明该任务以如下方式解决,即,壳体的外壁凸出。
由此该挺杆就不存在前述的缺点。该凸出优选性地在挺杆高度的大部分上延伸。通过目前建立的挺杆在其孔中的“自动对心能力”进行挺杆与冲程发生器之间的接触面的简单的平行的定向。前述的“咬边”被排除了。
按发明的挺杆外壁的成型(造型)赋予挺杆简而言之一种略微呈桶式的构型,并且能够由一个或多个半径组成。
为了简化挺杆在其孔中的安装,在发明改进方案中提出了,在挺杆的端部挺杆的边缘区域配备有各自的倒角。该倒角比用于边缘区域的标准倒角显然更大。
备选地如下设置,即,挺杆的孔表面带有凹陷地设计,该凹陷同样也是由一个或多个半径组成。这样的解决方案也能够选择性地与按照权力要求1中所述解决方案组合起来。
两种拱曲形式(挺杆上的凸出/孔的凹陷)能够通过切削性的精细加工过程如研磨、精细车削或者打磨而产生。
作为挺杆上的接触面可以考虑滚动支承的或者滑动支承的滚子或滑动面,其可以选择性地配备有涂覆层。

具体实施方式
示出用于高压燃料泵10的挺杆1。该挺杆具有类似杯式的壳体2,该壳体在其驱动侧的端部3具备作为滚子(如图1)或者作为滑动面(如图2)存在的接触面4,用于未示出的周期性冲程发生器(如凸轮)。
在与接触面4背离的底侧5处、在壳体的从动侧的端部6,挺杆1具备用于挺杆随动部件(如泵活塞)的贴靠部7。该贴靠部7在此在两个设计方案中构造为圆顶式,并且在必要的情况下可以提供高度多样性。
此外,要认识到,该壳体2是经由其外壁8在图中所示意的高压燃料泵10的孔9中得到引导。该外壁8在其纵向延伸上略微凸出,从而在剖面图中得到略呈桶式的构型。造型通过研磨或者精磨进行,其中,其他的精细加工工艺也可以考虑和预设。
由于该措施,挺杆1在其孔9中自动对心,并且与此同时良好地对准对应运行的凸轮或偏心轮。开头描述的咬边等不再出现。
此外还示出,壳体2的边缘区域11在该壳体2的端部3、6与壳体2的外壁8之间设有倒角12。由此简化了该挺杆1的装入。

Claims (8)

3.根据权利要求1或者2所述的挺杆,其特征在于,在所述壳体的端部(3,6)与所述外壁(8)之间,所述壳体(2)的边缘区域(11)配备有倒角(12)。
4.具有用于引导挺杆的孔的构件,其特征在于,所述构件的所述孔在所述挺杆的引导区域中是凹陷的。
5.根据权利要求4所述的构件,其特征在于,所述构件的孔的凹陷是由一个或者多个半径组成的。
6.根据权利要求1所述的挺杆或者根据权利要求4所述的构件,其特征在于,所述的拱曲通过切削过程如研磨、精细车削或者打磨而产生。
7.根据权利要求1所述的挺杆,其特征在于,所述挺杆用于:a)高压燃料泵,b)内燃机气门机构,或者c)马达比如轴柱塞马达。
8.根据权利要求4所述构件,其特征在于,所述构件是:a)高压燃料泵或者是高压燃料泵侧的元件,b)内燃机的汽缸头,或者c)轴柱塞泵。
