技术领域
本发明涉及一种机动车辆传动系的模块系统。
背景技术
为了使之有可能正面地影响机动车辆的排放物特性,越来越多的混合动力车辆出现在市场上,这不仅使纯粹通过内燃发动机的驱动变得可能,而且另外或者作为替代地还使通过电动机的驱动变为可能。然而,将在其他情况下完全相同的机动车辆装备成混合动力车辆在生产过程中要求不少的适配工作,具体的说这些适配工作使顺利且柔性的批量生产变得困难。如果在其他情况下完全相同的机动车辆要被装备成混合动力车辆的话,使用已知为安装在这种在其他情况下完全相同的机动车辆中的混合动力模块还要求对生产程序中的相当高的投入以及相当多的介入。

如果考虑图2,可以看到混合动力模块输入轴7是经由一个离合器11连接到电动机9的转子12上的。在此,电动机9的一个相关联的定子13被安排在混合动力模块10的壳体14中。在此,电动机9的转子12被固定地连接到一个或这个变速器输入轴6上,有可能的是使转子12同时具有一个附接元件15以用于附接到一个自动变换器(未示出)上。此外,变速器8可以被构形为例如一个双离合器变速器并且其结果是能够使具有特别小顿挫的或是无顿挫的换挡变为可能。
因此通过根据本发明的模块系统1有可能使传动系相对于内燃发动机3以及双质量飞轮5的轮毂4始终具有完全相同的构形,从而有可能使变速器输入轴6或混合动力模块输入轴7可替代地附接到双质量飞轮5的以此方式被标准化的轮毂4上,以便生产常规的机动车辆或混合动力车辆。不需要另外的结构改变。
Claims (7)
1.一种机动车辆传动系(2)的模块系统(1),
-具有一个内燃发动机(3),该内燃发动机具有一个双质量飞轮(5),该双质量飞轮具有一个轮毂(4),
-具有一个变速器(8)以及一个混合动力模块(10),该混合动力模块具有一个电动机(9),
-其中该变速器(8)具有一个变速器输入轴(6)并且该混合动力模块(10)具有一个混合动力模块输入轴(7),
-其中该变速器(8)或该混合动力模块(10)通过它们对应的输入轴(6,8)可替代地连接到该双质量飞轮(5)的轮毂(4)上。
2.根据权利要求1所述的模块系统,其特征在于,该混合动力模块输入轴(7)能够经由一个离合器(11)连接到该电动机(9)的一个转子(12)上。
3.根据权利要求2所述的模块系统,其特征在于,该电动机(9)的转子(12)连接到该变速器输入轴(6)上。
4.根据权利要求1至3之一所述的模块系统,其特征在于,该电动机(9)的一个定子(13)安排在该混合动力模块(10)的一个壳体(14)中。
5.根据权利要求2至4之一所述的模块系统,其特征在于,该转子(12)具有用于附接到一个自动转换器上的一个附接元件(15)。
6.根据权利要求1至5之一所述的模块系统,其特征在于,该变速器(8)被构形为一个双离合器变速器。
7.根据权利要求1至6之一所述的模块系统,其特征在于,该双质量飞轮(5)具有一个标准化的轴-轮毂连接,该连接具有一个标准化的曲轴侧毂件(4)以及一个相关联的、标准化的变速器输入轴(6)或者混合动力模块输入轴(7)。
