Abstract

技术领域
本公开主要涉及可再次使用(reposable)或可重复使用的手术器械的领域。特别地,本公开涉及具有可分离的和可替换的组件以在每次使用时提供清洁的、消毒的或翻新的表面的器械。
背景技术
手术装置的一种类型为线性夹持、切割和吻合装置。在手术操作中可以采用这种装置以从胃肠管道切除癌性的或异常的组织。常规的线性夹持、切割和吻合器械包括手枪式握把型结构,该结构具有细长轴和远侧部。所述远侧部包括一对剪刀型夹紧部件,该夹紧部件夹持闭合的结肠的开口端。在这种装置中,两个剪刀型夹紧部件中的一个,例如砧座部,相对于整体结构移动或枢转,而另一个夹紧部件相对于整体结构保持固定。这种剪式移动装置的致动(砧座部的枢转)是通过保留在手柄中的夹紧扳机来控制的。
除了剪式移动装置,远侧部还包括吻合机构。剪式移动机构的固定夹紧部件包括容纳吻合钉钉仓的区域,和用于驱动吻合钉抵靠砧座部向上通过组织的夹持端从而封闭之前的开口端的机构。剪式移动部件可以与轴一体地形成或者可以是可拆卸的,这样各种剪式移动和吻合部件可以是可互换的。

用于多个操作的、可再次使用或可重复使用的手术装置降低了每个操作的器械成本。然而,提供可重复使用的手术装置存在各种挑战。例如,手术装置的复杂性趋于导致为后续使用准备手术装置的相当大劳动密集型清洁操作。不恰当的清洁可能导致向手术部位引入危险的污染。同样地,一些可重复使用的手术装置具有可移动和可替换的组件以为每次使用提供清洁的表面。许多这种手术装置需要费力的拆解和再装配操作,这些操作需要大量训练并可能会阻碍手术装置的使用。
发明内容
根据本公开的实施例,提供一种手术器械。所述手术器械包括:限定腔体的外安置壳体(outer housing shell),所述外安置壳体限定外安置上半部(upper outer housing half)和外安置下半部,其中所述外安置上半部限定纵向轴线;和能够可选择地插入所述外安置壳体的所述腔体中的器械模块。所述器械模块包括:内安置壳体、布置在所述内安置壳体内的至少一个电动机、控制板和电源,所述至少一个电动机包括限定旋转操作轴线的驱动轴,所述控制板布置在所述内安置壳体中并与所述至少一个电动机电连通,所述电源布置在所述内安置壳体内并与所述控制板和所述至少一个电动机电连通。以所述至少一个电动机的所述操作轴线与所述外安置上半部的所述纵向轴线大致平行的方式将所述器械模块插入所述外安置壳体的所述腔体中。

在示例性实施例中,所述外安置上半部和所述外安置下半部组合形成手枪式握把构造。
所述外安置壳体可至少部分为半透明的或至少部分为透明的。
在另一个示例性实施例中,所述外安置上半部包括至少一个扬声器用于提供与在手术操作过程中测量的组织参数和手术器械参数有关的反馈信息。

具体实施方式
现将参照附图详细描述本公开的设备的实施例,在附图中相似的附图标记在几幅图的每幅中表示相同或对应的部件。如在此使用的,术语“远侧”指的是工具或其组件更远离用户的部分,而术语“近侧”指的是工具或其组件更靠近用户的部分。
参照图1A和图1B,示出了根据本公开的可重复使用的手术器械模块110的立体图。
器械模块110限定器械模块上半部110A和器械模块下半部110B,器械模块上半部110A限定纵向轴线“B”。如下所述,器械模块110还包括用于在其中装入多个组件的内安置壳体111。
器械模块上半部110A包括至少一个电动机140,以及显示屏160。至少一个电动机140布置在内安置壳体111内。器械模块上半部110A的远侧端102构造成容纳末端执行器组件(未示出)。末端执行器组件可为钳夹构件、施夹器、血管闭合装置、圆形吻合装置、解剖器、牵开器、切割器、抓紧器和钻头中的至少一个。

器械模块110还可包括夹持按钮170和复位按钮180。夹持按钮170可构造成将与器械模块110的远侧端102连接的末端执行器组件(未示出)致动至第一位置。末端执行器组件可为用于在第一位置夹持组织的一对钳夹构件。复位按钮180可构造成使钳夹构件复位至打开、未夹持的位置(或第二位置)。
参照图2,呈现了根据本公开的实施例的一种方法,所述方法为将可重复使用的手术器械模块110插入具有铰接的器械遮盖壳体290的外安置壳体280中。
外安置壳体280限定在其中的腔体282。外安置壳体280限定外安置上半部280A和外安置下半部280B。外安置上半部280A限定贯穿其延伸的纵向轴线“A”。外安置壳体280还包括经由铰接连接292连接至外安置下半部280B的器械壳体盖子290。如下所述,在将器械模块110完全插入外安置壳体280后,器械壳体盖子290可在方向“C”上旋转或枢转。根据本公开的实施例,外安置壳体280可以没有活动开关。

参照图3,图示出了根据本公开的另一个实施例的方法,所述方法为将可重复使用的手术器械模块110插入具有可搭扣的器械遮盖壳体390的外安置壳体380中。
外安置壳体380限定其中的腔体382。外安置壳体380限定外安置上半部380A和外安置下半部380B。外安置上半部380A限定贯穿其延伸的纵向轴线“D”。外安置壳体380的外安置下半部380B可经由例如包括紧固件的可搭扣机构(未示出)连接或附接至器械壳体盖子390。此外,可以构建清晰的视窗385以使其覆盖显示屏(例如,如上文参照图1A和1B所述)。设计视窗385用于观察布置在其中的显示屏,所述显示屏显示与在手术操作过程中测量的组织参数和手术器械参数有关的信息。

Claims (12)
1.一种执行手术操作的方法,所述方法包括:
提供限定腔体的外安置壳体,所述外安置壳体限定外安置上半部和外安置下半部,其中,所述外安置上半部限定纵向轴线;以及
将器械模块选择性地插入所述外安置壳体的所述腔体中,所述器械模块包括:
内安置壳体;
至少一个电动机,其布置在所述内安置壳体内,所述至少一个电动机包括限定旋转操作轴线的驱动轴;
控制板,其布置在所述内安置壳体内并与所述至少一个电动机电连通;以及
电源,其布置在所述内安置壳体内并与所述控制板和所述至少一个电动机电连通;
其中,以所述至少一个电动机的所述操作轴线与所述外安置上半部的所述纵向轴线大致平行的方式将所述器械模块插入所述外安置壳体的所述腔体中。
2.根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中,所述外安置壳体至少部分为半透明的。
3.根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中,所述外安置壳体至少部分为透明的。
4.根据权利要求1所述的方法,进一步包括使所述外安置上半部包含至少一个扬声器的步骤,所述至少一个扬声器用于提供与在手术操作过程中测量的组织参数和手术器械参数有关的反馈信息。
5.根据权利要求1所述的方法,进一步包括使所述外安置上半部包含至少一个视窗的步骤,所述至少一个视窗用于观察布置在所述视窗中的显示屏,所述显示屏显示与在手术操作过程中测量的组织参数和手术器械参数有关的信息。
6.根据权利要求5所述的方法,其中,所述显示屏包括数字指示器和颜色指示器中的至少一种。
7.根据权利要求1所述的方法,进一步包括经由所述器械模块的所述控制板使手术用电能能够在所述电源和所述至少一个电动机之间流动的步骤。
8.根据权利要求1所述的方法,进一步包括将器械壳体盖子与所述外安置下半部铰接地连接的步骤,所述步骤包含将所述器械壳体盖子构造成在将所述器械模块插入所述外安置壳体的所述腔体中后回转到合适的位置。
9.根据权利要求1所述的方法,进一步包括将器械壳体盖子附接至所述外安置下半部的至少一部分的步骤,这样所述外安置上半部和所述外安置下半部附接至所述器械壳体盖子以形成紧固的连接。
10.根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中,所述外安置壳体限定形成在其远侧表面中的至少一个开口用于在将所述器械模块完全布置在所述外安置壳体中时容纳贯穿所述开口的所述驱动轴。
11.根据权利要求10所述的方法,其中,密封件支撑在形成于所述外安置壳体的所述远侧表面中的所述开口中,并且所述方法进一步包括在所述外安置壳体和所述驱动轴之间形成液密密封的步骤。
12.根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中,所述器械模块包括多个电动机,所述多个电动机中的每一个均包括从其延伸出的驱动轴;其中,所述外安置壳体限定形成在其远侧表面中的多个开口,所述开口用于在将所述器械模块完全布置在所述外安置壳体中时容纳贯穿所述开口的对应的驱动轴;并且其中,密封件支撑在形成于所述外安置壳体的所述远侧表面中的每个开口中,并且所述方法进一步包括在所述外安置壳体和对应的所述驱动轴之间形成液密密封的步骤。
