齿条1-7后部上侧设置有拉块弹簧安装槽1-7-1,槽内前部设置有拉块弹簧安装凸起1-7-2,齿条后端设置有复位杆安装孔1-7-3,齿条下部设置有齿状凸起1-7-4,复位拉片1-9通过齿条销安装在齿条1-7一侧,复位杆1-4穿过齿条1-7上的复位杆安装孔1-7-3将齿条拉块1-6安装在齿条1-7上部的拉块弹簧安装槽1-7-1内,拉块弹簧1-5一端安装在齿条1-7上的拉块弹簧安装凸起1-7-2上,另一端安装在齿条拉块1-6前端的凸起上。
固定手柄由左固定手柄1-13和右固定手柄1-1组成。固定手柄上设置有齿条滑动安装槽1-1-1,齿条1-7安装在固定手柄1-1的齿条滑动安装槽1-1-1内,固定手柄上设置有活动手柄安装柱1-1-2。固定手柄前端设置有保险接套安装槽1-1-3,后端设置有接头安装槽1-1-4。
活动手柄1-17上部设置有手柄复位保险块安装槽1-17-1,退位拉杆弹簧和手柄复位保险块1-15安装在活动手柄1-17的手柄复位保险块安装槽1-17-1内,手柄复位保险块1-15中部设置有弹跳块弹簧安装槽1-15-1和销子安装孔1-15-2,弹跳块弹簧1-14和球头销安装在手柄复位保险块1-15上的弹跳块弹簧安装槽1-15-1内,通过拨叉销,将复位拨叉1-11安装在手柄复位保险块1-15上部,活动手柄上端设置有销子安装孔1-17-2,通过带动块销,将齿条带动块1-10安装在活动手柄1-17上,活动手柄中部设置有固定手柄安装孔1-17-3,和复位保险安装孔1-17-4,复位保险1-16安装在活动手柄1-17的复位保险安装孔1-17-4内,活动手柄1-17通过固定手柄安装孔1-17-3安装在固定手柄1-1的活动手柄安装柱1-1-2上。
活动手柄复位弹簧1-3一端钩在齿条带动块1-10上,另一端通过弹簧销固定在固定手柄1-1上。
旋转按钮压簧1-19套装在保险接套1-18上,保险接套1-18安装在固定手柄1-1前端的保险接套安装槽1-1-3内,手柄固定套1-20套装在保险接套1-18外部,并且能在固定手柄1-1前端滑动。
接头1-8安装在固定手柄1-1后端的接头安装槽1-1-4内。
固定手柄由左固定手柄1-13和右固定手柄1-1组成。左固定手柄1-13和右固定手柄1-1通过螺钉固定在一起,左复位手柄1-12、右复位手柄1-2分别安装在固定手柄两侧的复位杆1-4两端。
传动组件2包括接杆套管2-1、固定杆2-2、转向后拉杆2-3、击发推杆2-4、退位拉杆2-5、退位拉片2-6、退位拉杆块2-7、旋转固定下手柄2-8、支撑块2-9、旋转固定块2-10、内锁圈2-11、旋转定位盖2-12、旋转下压片2-13、旋转上压片2-14、旋转手柄弹簧2-15、旋转盖2-16、旋转手柄2-17、旋转固定上手柄2-18、固定锁圈2-19和滑块2-20。
固定杆2-2中部设置有通孔2-2-1,固定杆2-2后端上部设有滑块槽2-2-2和安装定位槽2-2-3,固定杆2-2左侧后端设有安装定位槽2-2-4,固定杆右侧设有转向后拉杆滑动槽2-2-5,固定杆2-2底部后端设有退位拉杆块滑动槽2-2-6,固定杆2-2底部设有退位拉片滑动槽2-2-7。滑块2-20安装在固定杆2-2后端上部的滑块槽2-2-2内。转向后拉杆2-3前端设有转向拉钩连接槽2-3-1,后端设有转向固定块连接孔2-3-2,转向后拉杆2-3安装在固定杆2-2右侧的转向后拉杆滑动槽2-2-5内。退位拉杆2-5后端设有弹簧安装槽2-5-1,退位拉杆2-5安装在固定杆2-2底部前端的退位拉杆滑动槽2-2-6内。一弹簧安装在退位拉杆2-5后端的弹簧安装槽2-5-1内。退位拉片2-6前端设有退位拉杆连接孔2-6-1,后端设有销子安装孔2-6-2,退位拉片2-6安装在固定杆2-2底部的退位拉片滑动槽2-2-7内。击发推杆2-4前端设有驱动套连接槽2-4-1,后端设有齿条连接槽2-4-2,击发推杆2-4装插在固定杆2-2中部通孔2-2-1内,后端与齿条1-7相连接。接杆套管2-1后端设有定位孔2-1-1。固定杆2-2外部套装有接杆套管2-1。固定杆2-2前端设置有下半壳体安装卡槽2-2-8。
旋转固定上手柄2-18前端设有固定锁圈连接螺纹2-18-1,后端设有内锁圈连接螺纹2-18-2,旋转固定上手柄2-18内部前端设有固定杆安装定位凸台2-18-3和定位槽2-18-4,旋转固定上手柄中部一侧设有支撑块安装槽2-18-5,旋转固定上手柄中部内设有旋转固定块滑动槽2-18-6,旋转固定上手柄下部两侧设有旋转固定下手柄安装槽2-18-7,旋转固定上手柄上部设有旋转定位盖安装孔2-18-8,旋转定位盖安装孔2-18-8外侧设有旋转盖安装定位槽2-18-9,两侧设有旋转盖定位螺孔2-18-10。
旋转手柄2-17内部设有安装柱2-17-1,安装柱一端设有螺孔2-17-2,旋转手柄下部前端设有旋转凸台2-17-3。旋转盖2-16中部设有旋转手柄安装柱的安装孔2-16-1,旋转盖2-16上部设有旋转手柄旋转凸台的滑动槽2-16-2,旋转盖2-16下部设有定位凸台2-16-3,两侧设有螺孔2-16-4。旋转上压片2-14和旋转下压片2-13中部设有旋转手柄安装柱的安装孔2-14-1/2-13-1。旋转定位盖2-12中部设有旋转手柄安装定位凸台2-12-1,旋转手柄安装定位凸台2-12-1中间设有螺钉安装孔,下部设有旋转固定块拨动柱2-12-2。
旋转下压片2-13、旋转上压片2-14、旋转手柄弹簧2-15、旋转盖2-16依次安装在旋转固定上手柄2-18的旋转定位盖安装孔2-18-8内,旋转盖2-16通过螺钉安装固定在旋转固定上手柄2-18的旋转盖定位螺孔2-18-10内,旋转手柄2-17通过螺钉、旋转定位盖2-12定位安装在旋转盖2-16上部。
旋转固定块2-10前端设有转向拉钩连接槽2-10-1,后端设有旋转固定块拨动柱安装孔2-10-2。旋转固定块2-10安装在旋转固定上手柄2-18内部。
旋转固定下手柄2-8前端设有固定锁圈连接螺纹2-8-1,前端内部设有退位拉片滑动槽2-8-2和退位拉杆块滑动槽2-8-3,后端设有内锁圈连接螺纹2-8-4,旋转固定下手柄2-8内部前端设有固定杆安装定位槽2-8-5,旋转固定下手柄2-8下部两侧设有旋转固定上手柄安装凸台2-8-6。
退位拉杆块2-7前端设有退位拉杆销孔2-7-1,后端设有螺孔2-7-2,退位拉杆块2-7通过螺钉安装在旋转固定下手柄2-8下部,退位拉片2-6通过退位拉杆销连接在旋转固定下手柄2-8上。旋转固定上下手柄通过定位凸台,定位凹槽安装固定在一起。
固定锁圈2-19内部设有内螺纹,固定锁圈2-19穿过接杆套管2-1安装在旋转固定上下手柄前端。
内锁圈2-11内部设有内螺纹,内锁圈2-11固定在旋转固定上下手柄后端。
可更换吻切组件3包括抵钉座3-1、钉仓弹簧片3-2、钉仓3-3、推片3-4、钉仓座3-5、推动块3-6、上转接头3-7、连接片3-8、上半壳体3-9、推动板3-10、驱动套3-11、套管3-12、下半壳体3-13、转向拉钩3-14、保护盖3-15、下转接头3-16、切割刀3-17。
下半壳体3-13后端设置有通孔3-13-1,通孔一侧设置有转向拉钩安装槽3-13-2,下半壳体中部设置有推动板活动槽3-13-3,底部设置有连接片安装槽3-13-4,下半壳体后端通孔外侧设置有固定杆配合安装凸起3-13-5,下半壳体中部设置有上半壳体安装凸起3-13-6,外侧设置有套管安装定位凸起3-13-7。驱动套3-11安装在下半壳体3-13后端的推动板活动槽3-13-3内,推动版3-10后端设置有驱动套安装凸起3-10-1,推动板3-10前端设置有切割刀配合凸起3-10-2,切割刀3-17后端设置有推动板配合槽3-17-1,切割刀3-17焊接在推动板3-10前端的切割刀配合凸起3-10-2上,推动板3-10在下半壳体3-13的推动板活动槽3-13-3内活动,上半壳体3-9中部设置有下半壳体安装槽3-9-1,上半壳体3-9的下半壳体安装槽3-9-1配合安装在下半壳体3-13的上半壳体安装凸起3-13-6上。转向拉钩3-14前端设置有转向后拉杆挂钩3-14-1,后端设置有销子孔3-14-2,转向拉钩3-14前端在连接重复使用腔镜切割吻合器枪身后,挂钩在转向后拉杆2-3的转向拉钩连接槽2-3-1上,后端通过销子安装在上下转接头3-7/3-16上。上半壳体3-9前端外侧设置有连接片安装槽3-9-2,连接片3-8后端设置有上下半壳体安装凸起3-8-1,前端设置有转接头安装孔3-8-2,上转接头3-7中部设置有推动板活动槽3-7-1,上转接头外侧设置有连接片安装柱3-7-2,下转接头外侧设置有连接片安装柱3-16-1,上下转接头3-7/3-16通过连接片3-8安装在上下半壳体3-9/3-13前端,推动板3-10在上下转接头3-7/3-16中部滑动。上转接头3-7前端设置有销子孔3-7-3。抵钉座3-1后端设置有下转接头安装孔3-1-1,抵钉座3-1安装在下转接头3-16的连接片安装柱3-16-1上,外侧装有连接片3-8。钉仓座3-5后端设置有销子孔3-5-1,通过销子将钉仓座3-5安装在上转接头3-7上。上下半壳体3-9/3-13外侧套装有套管3-12,套管上设置有方形槽3-12-1,固定安装在下半壳体3-13的套管安装 定位凸起上3-13-7。钉仓座3-5中部呈U形槽3-5-2,钉仓3-3中部设置有切割刀滑动槽3-3-1,切割刀滑动槽两侧设置有吻合钉安装孔3-3-2,推片3-4、吻合钉安装在钉仓3-3的吻合钉安装孔3-3-2内,钉仓3-3上设置有推动块滑动槽3-3-3,推动块3-6安装在钉仓3-3的推动块滑动槽3-3-3内,装有吻合钉、推片3-4、推动块3-6的钉仓3-3,安装在钉仓座3-5中部的U形槽3-5-2内。
可更换吻切组件装在重复使用腔镜切割吻合器枪身上,下半壳体3-13的固定杆配合安装凸起3-13-5固定安装在固定杆2-2的下半壳体安装卡槽2-2-8上,击发推杆2-4前端的驱动套连接槽2-4-1安装在驱动套3-11的击发推杆安装卡扣3-11-1上。
重复使用腔镜切割吻合器枪身在使用时,传动组件2的内锁圈对接击发组件1的手柄固定套,转动,将击发组件2和传动组件1安装固定,组成重复使用腔镜切割吻合器枪身,然后装入可更换的吻切组件3。
重复使用腔镜切割吻合器枪身的传动组件与重复使用腔镜切割吻合器枪身配套,重复使用腔镜切割吻合器枪身与重复使用腔镜切割吻合器配套使用,重复使用腔镜切割吻合器枪身在使用时,传动组件2的内锁圈2-11对接击发组件1的手柄固定套1-20,转动,将击发组件1和传动组件2安装固定,组成重复使用腔镜切割吻合器枪身,然后装入可更换的吻切组件1构成重复使用腔镜切割吻合器。重复使用腔镜切割吻合器通过穿刺器进入腹腔内,确定需要切割吻合部位,在确定手术部位时,转动手柄固定套1-20,可更换吻切组件可随之转动,方便调整位置,另外,转动旋转手柄2-17,带动旋转固定块2-10转动,将转向后拉杆2-3、转向拉钩3-14往后拉动,拉动上下转接头3-7/3/16往一侧偏,达到转动抵钉座3-1钉仓座3-5的效果,即吻合组件部位可左右摆动。调整好问切位置,按动活动手柄1-17,通过装在活动手柄1-17上的齿条带动块1-10,推动齿条1-7、击发推杆3-4、驱动套3-11、推动板3-10、切割刀3-17,完成钳口闭合,松开活动手柄1-17,在活动手柄复位弹簧1-3、拉块弹簧1-5的作用下,使齿条1-7复位,带动击发推杆3-4、驱动套3-11、推动板3-10、切割刀3-17复位,打开钳口,此时重复使用腔镜切割吻合器可作钳子功能,用来夹取异物。钳口闭合后,若切割吻合位置合适,按动复位保险1-16,使活动手柄1-17复位,再次按动活动手柄1-17,齿条带动块1-10推动齿条1-7、击发推杆3-4、驱动套3-11、推动板3-10、切割刀3-17,往前击发,切割刀3-17推动推动块3-6、推片3-4,使装在钉仓3-3内的吻合钉推出,再切割的同时完成吻合。拉动复位手柄1-2/1-12,带动齿条1-7、击发推杆3-4、驱动套3-11、推动板3-10、切割刀3-17复位,打开钳口后,将重复使用腔镜切割吻合器从穿刺器中拿出,完成一次切割吻合,若手术仍需切割吻合,则往后拉动退位拉杆块2-7,带动退位拉片2-6、退位拉杆2-5往后拉动,使可更换问切组件3中的下半壳体3-13从传动组件2的锁定状态打开,取下可更换问切组件3,更换一个新的可更换问切组件3,再次进行手术直至完成手术。手术完成后,重复使用吻合器枪身,往后拉动手柄固定套1-20,转动传动组件2,使传动组件2从击发组件1中脱离,传动组件2可单独消毒清洗,固定锁圈2-19与内锁圈2-11是通过螺纹连接的,仍可拆卸清洗,击发组件1后部装有的接头1-8,可连接医院冲洗设备,进行冲洗击发组件内部。完成清洗消毒后,妥善保存重复使用腔镜切割吻合器枪身,以备下次手术。

Claims (8)

  1. 一种重复使用腔镜切割吻合器枪身的传动组件,其特征在于,包括接杆套管、固定杆、转向后拉杆、击发推杆、退位拉杆、退位拉片、退位拉杆块、旋转固定下手柄、支撑块、旋转固定块、内锁圈、旋转定位盖、旋转下压片、旋转上压片、旋转手柄弹簧、旋转盖、旋转手柄、旋转固定上手柄、固定锁圈和滑块。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的重复使用腔镜切割吻合器枪身的传动组件,其特征在于,传动组件的固定杆中部设置有通孔,固定杆后端上部设有滑块槽和安装定位槽,固定杆左侧后端设有安装定位槽,固定杆右侧设有转向后拉杆滑动槽,固定杆底部后端设有退位拉杆块滑动槽,固定杆底部设有退位拉片滑动槽,滑块安装在固定杆后端上部的滑块槽内,转向后拉杆前端设有转向拉钩连接槽,后端设有转向固定块连接孔,转向后拉杆安装在固定杆右侧的转向后拉杆滑动槽内,退位拉杆后端设有弹簧安装槽,退位拉杆安装在固定杆底部前端的退位拉杆滑动槽内,一弹簧安装在退位拉杆后端的弹簧安装槽内,退位拉片前端设有退位拉杆连接孔,后端设有销子安装孔,退位拉片安装在固定杆底部的退位拉片滑动槽内。击发推杆前端设有驱动套连接槽,后端设有齿条连接槽,击发推杆装插在固定杆中部通孔内,后端与齿条相连接。接杆套管后端设有定位孔。固定杆外部套装有接杆套管。固定杆前端设置有下半壳体安装卡槽。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的重复使用腔镜切割吻合器枪身的传动组件,其特征在于,传动组件的旋转固定上手柄前端设有固定锁圈连接螺纹,后端设有内锁圈连接螺纹,旋转固定上手柄内部前端设有固定杆安装定位凸台和定位槽,旋转固定上手柄中部一侧设有支撑块安装槽,旋转固定上手柄中部内设有旋转固定块滑动槽,旋转固定上手 柄下部两侧设有旋转固定下手柄安装槽,旋转固定上手柄上部设有旋转定位盖安装孔,旋转定位盖安装孔外侧设有旋转盖安装定位槽,两侧设有旋转盖定位螺孔。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的重复使用腔镜切割吻合器枪身的传动组件,其特征在于,传动组件的旋转手柄内部设有安装柱,安装柱一端设有螺孔,旋转手柄下部前端设有旋转凸台,旋转盖中部设有旋转手柄安装柱的安装孔,旋转盖上部设有旋转手柄旋转凸台的滑动槽,旋转盖下部设有定位凸台,两侧设有螺孔,旋转上压片和旋转下压片中部设有旋转手柄安装柱的安装孔,旋转定位盖中部设有旋转手柄安装定位凸台,旋转手柄安装定位凸台中间设有螺钉安装孔,下部设有旋转固定块拨动柱;
    旋转下压片、旋转上压片、旋转手柄弹簧、旋转盖依次安装在旋转固定上手柄的旋转定位盖安装孔内,旋转盖通过螺钉安装固定在旋转固定上手柄的旋转盖定位螺孔内,旋转手柄通过螺钉、旋转定位盖定位安装在旋转盖上部。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的重复使用腔镜切割吻合器枪身的传动组件,其特征在于,传动组件的旋转固定块前端设有转向拉钩连接槽,后端设有旋转固定块拨动柱安装孔,旋转固定块安装在旋转固定上手柄内部;
    旋转固定下手柄前端设有固定锁圈连接螺纹,前端内部设有退位拉片滑动槽和退位拉杆块滑动槽,后端设有内锁圈连接螺纹,旋转固定下手柄内部前端设有固定杆安装定位槽,旋转固定下手柄下部两侧设有旋转固定上手柄安装凸台。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的重复使用腔镜切割吻合器枪身的传动组件,其特征在于,传动组件的退位拉杆块前端设有退位拉杆销孔,后端设有螺孔,退位拉杆块通过螺钉安装在旋转固定下手柄下部,退位拉片通过退位拉杆销连接在旋转固定下手柄上,旋转固定上下手柄通过定位凸台,定位凹槽安装固定在一起;
    固定锁圈内部设有内螺纹,固定锁圈穿过接杆套管安装在旋转固定上下手柄前端;
    内锁圈内部设有内螺纹,内锁圈固定在旋转固定上下手柄后端。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的重复使用腔镜切割吻合器枪身的传动组件,其特征在于,可更换吻切组件装在重复使用腔镜切割吻合器枪身上,下半壳体的固定杆配合安装凸起固定安装在固定杆的下半壳体安装卡槽上,击发推杆前端的驱动套连接槽安装在驱动套的击发推杆安装卡扣上。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的重复使用腔镜切割吻合器枪身的传动组件,其特征在于,重复使用腔镜切割吻合器枪身在使用时,传动组件的内锁圈对接击发组件的手柄固定套,转动,将击发组件和传动组件安装固定,组成重复使用腔镜切割吻合器枪身,然后装入可更换的吻切组件。
