Abstract

Description

本发明所属技术领域为切碎机械用的刀具。
本发明涉及一种切碎机用的刀具,它至少有两个重量平衡的切削刀片分布在它的转轴上,每个切削刀片在其根部开有一个长孔并具有至少一个切削区段,它还有可与驱动轴相配的套装片,其中心开有一个正规的多边形孔,在其两条平行相对的长边上具有条齿使其与切削刀片上的两条平行相对的长边上的条齿相啮合。
联邦德国专利DE-C-2    027    429公开了一种刀具,它的转轴套装片上开有一个长凹槽,凹槽的相对的平行内缘上各有一个条齿。在该长凹槽内可嵌入相应的刀片根部,该根部的相对的平行纵向外缘也各有相应的条齿。这些条齿虽然使刀片可作径向的调整,但整个刀具的轴向长度很大,因为夹装在两片切削刀片之间的转轴套装片具有刀片一半的厚度。如果某一切碎机只需装一套刀具而轴向总长不允许在刀片之间再夹装这些转轴套装片,那么就只能放弃利用条齿来进行刀片的径向调整并对其牢固地定位,从而被迫采用复杂的压紧螺钉和螺母的紧固方式。
本发明的任务是提供一种本文开始时提到的这类刀具,它可以将切削刀片在轴向互相直接叠装,并保证刀具上的切削刀片在径向可调的条件下被牢固地定位并固定住。
上述这类刀具的任务是这样完成的,即转轴套装片上的条齿设置在它的外缘长边上,而切削刀片上的条齿则设置在它的长孔的长边上,转轴套装片的厚度不大于切削刀片长孔的深度,该转轴套装片外缘的纵向长边短于长孔的纵向长边。
在联邦德国专利DE-C    738    472中还公开了一种在根部具有矩形缺口的刀片,方形的驱动轴可以从缺口推入。缺口开口端的内侧设有条齿,它与一块同样厚的嵌入块外缘上的条齿啮合,这样可以用它来调整并锁紧。但这样的结构只能起到密封块的作用以防止刀片切削下来的碎屑进入难以清除的部位,而当刀片根部的载荷很大时,缺口的端部会弯曲张开,从而使嵌入块的紧固作用发生问题。
本发明的刀具考虑了刀片的必要的重量平衡,它可以对应于条齿上的齿距进行径向的调整并相对于转轴的位置进行固定。为了使刀具的轴向结构长度减至最小,刀片可以沿刀具的轴向直接叠装起来,因为转轴套装片装在其所属的刀片的长孔内,其厚度基本上等于长孔的深度。
因为刀片在驱动轴上的固定是由转轴套装片上的与轴同形的孔来保证的,这样就可以将刀片的根部做得大些,因而可以具有较大的受力面积,取得更稳定的紧固于驱动轴上的效果。此外,由于与切削段相连的过渡区的断面较大,因此刀片折断的危险相应减小。最后,转轴套装片可以做成方形的,这样,在纵向的边上的齿也可以采用不同的齿距,就可取得不同的径向调整距离,例如3毫米,1.5毫米和0.75毫米。
下面结合本说明书的附图对本发明的一个实施例进行详细的说明:
图1为一装有三个切削刀片和切开的驱动轴的刀具的俯视图;
图2为图1中的刀具的侧视图;以及
图3为图1中最上面的一个切削刀片的俯视图。
图1和图2中示出的刀具由三个切削刀片(A,B,C)组成,刀片各以120°的等角度间隔直接沿着轴向叠套在驱动轴(9′)上,轴的端部(13)装有一个保险螺母(12)将刀片紧固。
在图3中单独示出的刀片(1)其形状与图1中的刀片(A,B或C)相同。该刀片(1)具有切削段(2,3,4和5)。在刀片的根部(6)有一个长孔(7),它具有两条平行相对的纵向内边,内边上形成内条齿(10)。
转轴套装片(8)开有六角形的中心孔(9)供套装在具有同样六角外形的轴(9′)上,该转轴套装片两条平行相对的纵向外边具有外条齿(11),后者做成可与长孔(7)的纵向内齿(10)相啮合。通过这组齿的啮合可以调整切削刀片(1)与转轴套装片(8)的中心孔(9)之间的径向距离,也就是切削刀片(1)与驱动轴(9′)的径向距离。这种调整的幅度对应于齿的齿距。
转轴套装片(8)的纵向长度比长孔(7)的纵向长度短些,以保证有一定的径向可调范围。这种调整在刀片重新磨整后或根据要求进行重新定位时是必需的。
转轴套装片(8)的厚度基本上与刀片(1)的根部范围(6)的厚度相同,也就是同刀片上长孔(7)的深度相同,这样当转轴套装片(8)与刀片(1)的(A,B,C)各片相配装时,刀具可以由紧凑地相互叠装的组件构成。

Claims (1)

1、一种切碎机用的刀具,它至少有两个重量平衡的切削刀片(1;A,B,C)分布在它的转轴上,每个切削刀片的根部开有一个长孔(7)并具有至少一个切削区段(2至5),它还有可与驱动轴相配的转轴套装片(8),其中心开有一个正规的多边形孔(9),转轴套装片(8)的两条平行相对的长边上具有条齿(11)使其与切削刀片(1;A,B,C)上的两条平行相对的长边上的条齿(10)相啮合,其特征是,转轴套装片(8)上的条齿(11)设置在它的外缘长边上,而切削刀片(1;A,B,C)上的条齿(10)则设置在它的长孔(7)的长边上,转轴套装片(8)的厚度不大于切削刀片(1;A,B,C)长孔(7)的深度,该转轴套装片(8)外缘的纵向长边短于长孔(7)的纵向长边。
