Description

技术领域
本发明涉及一种尤其是用于蔬菜切削型器具的容置部的、用于切削食材的切削圆盘，以及一种相应的器具。
更具体地，本发明涉及一种切削圆盘，其包括：
旋转式驱动毂部，
牢固地固定至所述毂部的支撑圆盘，以及
附接在所述支撑圆盘上并且从所述毂部沿径向延伸的至少一个刀片。
背景技术
已知的蔬菜切削型器具包括用于接收待切削食材的容置部，所述容置部配备有附接在被毂部驱动旋转的支撑圆盘上的一个或更多刀片。
根据食材的特性和所期望的切削质量，食材（尤其是蔬菜）的切削可能会花费一定的时间。另外，在器具的使用期间，有时食材易于进入容置部的外围区域、抵靠着容置部的壁，或者进入中心区域、抵靠着所述毂部。这样的结果是可能会造成堵塞，其将限制器具的容量和切削效率，并且延长切削所需的时间。这样的结果也可能会是产生数量多至不可忽略的所谓的“不良切削”的废品。
发明内容
本发明的目的是解决这些问题，即，具体是提供一种前述类型的切削圆盘，其减少给定量的食材的切削时间，并且限制由于食材在接近所述毂部或在所述容置部的外围处的聚集而产生的堵塞的危险。
为了这个目标，本发明的目的是一种前述类型的切削圆盘，其中，所述刀片包括“S”形切削边缘，所述“S”形的凸出部分位于所述毂部这一侧，从而使所述食材在所述支撑圆盘和所述刀片的旋转作用下抵着所述切削边缘从所述容置部的中心区域向着所述切削边缘的中间部分滑动，所述“S”形的凹入部分被配置成具有镰刀形的形状，从而使所述食材抵着所述切削边缘从所述容置部的外围区域向着所述中间部分滑动。
根据具体的实施方式，切削圆盘可以包括以下特征中的一个或更多——单独地、或根据所有技术上可能的组合：
所述“S”形的所述凸出部分和所述凹入部分结合在一起的部位基本上位于所述刀片的三分之一处；
所述刀片包括钻孔，用于允许所述支撑圆盘和所述毂部上的固定螺钉穿过。
根据另一方面，本发明的目的还在于一种蔬菜切削型食品制备器具，其特征在于，其包括如上所述的切削圆盘。

具体实施方式
图1示出切削圆盘1，所述切削圆盘将用于蔬菜切削型的食品制备器具，并且包括支撑圆盘2、用于驱动所述支撑圆盘绕轴线6旋转的毂部4以及附接在此支撑圆盘上的至少一个刀片8。
毂部4牢固地固定至支撑圆盘2并且适于连接到适当的驱动装置。
刀片8在毂部4这一侧上通过螺钉10a附接到支撑盘2上，在支撑圆盘2的外围这一侧上通过螺钉10b附接到支撑盘2上且附接于支撑圆盘的内腔（lumen）2a处，已切削的食材的切片可以穿过所述内腔，剩余的食材从刀片8上方经过。刀片8从毂部4沿径向延伸并且具有呈“S”形状的切削边缘12或者切削前缘。
现在将参照图2更详细地描述刀片8。
刀片8包括接收用于附接到支撑圆盘2的螺钉10a、10b的两个钻孔14a、14b。
刀片的切削边缘12具有“S”的形状。更具体地说，刀片8在从上方观察时将沿逆时针的方向旋转。
此切削边缘包括位于彼此的延伸部上的凸出部分16和凹入部分18，所述凸出部分16位于毂部4这一侧，而所述凹入部分18比凸出部分16离毂部4更远，且具有镰刀形的形状。“凸出”的意思是“在旋转的方向上突出”，“凹入”的意思是“凹进”。凸出部分16和凹入部分18在点I处连接到一起，该点I为“S”的拐点。
在切削圆盘的使用期间，位于器具的容置部的中心区域内的食材在旋转的作用下滑动到切削边缘12的凸出部分16上，并且沿着箭头22被导向切削边缘12的中间区域20。此滑动效果改善了食材的切削。此外，这使食材从容置部的中心区域移动离开，有助于减少毂部4周围的堵塞的危险。
而且，位于容置部的外围区域中的食材在旋转的作用下滑动到切削边缘12的凹入部分18上，并且沿着箭头24被导向切削边缘12的中间区域20。此滑动效果改善了食材的切削并且使食材从容置部的外围区域移动离开，有助于减少容置部的外围处的堵塞的危险。通过其镰刀形的形状，切削边缘12的凹入部分18能“钩出”位于容置部的外围区域内的食材。
在这些图中所示出的示例中，拐点I位于切削边缘12的距毂部4的大约三分之一处。食材聚集的中间区域20位于凹入部分18内。此构造确定了凸出部分16和凹入部分18的比例以及食材在器具的容置部内的大致运动。
当然也可以想到其它实施方式。
因此，例如，切削圆盘1可以包括一个或更多如上所述的刀片8，以及一个或更多现在技术的不包括S形切削边缘的刀片。
根据另一个实施方式，代表切削边缘12的凸出部分16和凹入部分18之间的结合部的拐点I可以位于切削边缘12的其它位置，例如在其一半处。在这种情况下，中间区域20与切削边缘12的凸出部分16和凹入部分18均有重叠。
而且，切削边缘12可以包括位于凸出部分16和凹入部分18之间的基本直线形区域，即，在此情况下不再存在任何拐点，并且不存在从凸出部分16到凹入部分18的直接通道。此时的“S”则具有由此基本直线形区域形成的中心部分。
切削边缘可以自然地置于蔬菜切削型食品制备器具中。
在图3中示出了蔬菜切削器26，其包括用于引入蔬菜的料斗28。蔬菜切削器26包括容置部30，用于接收切削圆盘1。
可以想到，通过之前描述的结构，根据本发明的切削圆盘1通过上述加倍的滑动效果而允许切削时间的减少，其改善了刀片8的效率。此外，这种加倍的滑动引起了食材向着中间区域20聚集，减少了在毂部4周围或在容置部的外围处堵塞的危险。而且也减少了所谓的废弃的“不良切削”的量。

Claims (4)

1.一种用于蔬菜切削型器具的容置部的、用来切削食材的切削圆盘（1），其包括：
旋转式驱动毂部（4）；
牢固地固定至所述毂部的支撑圆盘（2）；以及
附接在所述支撑圆盘（2）上并且从所述毂部（4）沿径向延伸的至少一个刀片（8），
其特征在于，所述刀片（8）包括“S”形切削边缘（12），所述“S”形的凸出部分（16）位于所述毂部这一侧，从而使所述食材在所述支撑圆盘（2）和所述刀片（8）的旋转作用下抵着所述切削边缘（12）从所述容置部的中心区域向着所述切削边缘的中间部分（20）滑动（22），所述“S”形的凹入部分（18）被配置成具有镰刀形的形状，从而使所述食材抵着所述切削边缘（12）从所述容置部的外围区域向着所述中间部分（20）滑动（24）。
2.根据权利要求1所述的切削圆盘，其特征在于，所述“S”形的所述凸出部分（16）和所述凹入部分（18）连接在一起的部位基本上位于所述刀片（8）的三分之一处。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的切削圆盘，其特征在于，所述刀片（8）包括钻孔（14a、14b），用于允许所述支撑圆盘（2）和所述毂部（4）上的固定螺钉（10a、10b）穿过。
4.一种蔬菜切削型食品制备器具（26），其特征在于，该器具包括根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的切削圆盘（1）。
