本发明的一种聚氨酯泡沫塑料包括下例组分(按重量百分比):聚醚32%~36%、甲苯二异氰酸酯29%~31%、棕榈油18%~22%、阻燃剂9%~11%、氨0.19%~0.21%、辛酸亚锡0.19%~0.21%、硅油0.7%~0.9%、二氯甲烷2.9%~3.1%、水1.7%~1.9%。有益效果在于,减少了石油提取物质聚醚18%~22%的用量,新添加植物提取物质棕榈油18%~22%的用量,能够减少刺激性气味和环境污染。经过通用标准技术服务有限公司(SGS)检测,达到德国(1993年10月26日)制定的危险材料保护条例;以及美国EPA 5021A-2003化学物条例的规定。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种聚氨酯泡沫塑料。
背景技术
聚氨酯泡沫塑料,具有极佳的弹性、柔软性、伸长率和压缩强度;化学稳定性好;还具有优良的加工性、绝热性、粘合性等性能,是一种性能优良的缓冲材料,用于高档精密仪器、贵重器械、高档工艺品等的缓冲包装或衬垫缓冲材料,也可制成精致的、保护性极好的包装容器;还可采用现场发泡对物品进行缓冲包装,还被广泛地用于座具的座垫和靠背以及床垫的填充物。不足之处在于,聚氨酯泡沫塑料的主要原料是羟基化合物(例如聚醚)和异氰酸酯(例如甲苯二异氰酸酯),而聚醚在聚氨酯泡沫塑料中的比重超过54%。聚醚是从石油中提取的物质。随着石油可采集量越来越少,意味着聚醚的可供应量也会越来越少,寻找一种能够减少聚醚在聚氨酯泡沫塑料中比重的物质,是业内人士普遍关注的问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服现有技术的不足,提供一种能够减少聚醚比重的聚氨酯泡沫塑料。
本发明的目的通过下述技术方案予以实现。
本发明的一种聚氨酯泡沫塑料,包括下例组分(按重量百分比):聚醚32%~36%、甲苯二异氰酸酯29%~31%、棕榈油18%~22%、阻燃剂9%~11%、氨0.19%~0.21%、辛酸亚锡0.19%~0.21%、硅油0.7%~0.9%、二氯甲烷2.9%~3.1%、水1.7%~1.9%。
本发明的一种聚氨酯泡沫塑料的组分中,减少了石油提取物质聚醚18%~22%的用量,新添加植物提取物质棕榈油18%~22%的用量,能够减少刺激性气味和环境污染。经过通用标准技术服务有限公司(SGS)检测,达到德国(1993年10月26日)制定的危险材料保护条例;以及美国EPA 5021A 2003化学物条例的规定。
具体实施方式
本发明有下列组分构成:聚醚32%~36%、甲苯二异氰酸酯29%~31%、棕榈油18%~22%、阻燃剂9%~11%、氨0.19%~0.21%、辛酸亚锡0.19%~0.21%、硅油0.7%~0.9%、二氯甲烷2.9%~3.1%、水1.7%~1.9%。各组分均按重量百分比。
实施例1:
聚醚32%、甲苯二异氰酸酯29%、棕榈油22%、阻燃剂11%、氨0.19%、辛酸亚锡0.21%、硅油0.7%、二氯甲烷3.1%、水1.8%。
实施例2:
聚醚34%、甲苯二异氰酸酯30%、棕榈油20%、阻燃剂10%、氨0.2%、辛酸亚锡0.2%、硅油0.8%、二氯甲烷3%、水1.8%。
实施例3:
聚醚36%、甲苯二异氰酸酯31%、棕榈油18%、阻燃剂9%、氨0.21%、辛酸亚锡0.19%、硅油0.9%、二氯甲烷2.9%、水1.8%。
本发明一种聚氨酯泡沫塑料的生产工艺如下,各种原料分别加热,加热后同时投入混合池高速搅拌,搅拌速度为每分钟5000~5500转,搅拌时间为4~6秒钟,输入到发泡池发泡成聚氨酯泡沫塑料。
