技术领域
本发明涉及一种药物输送设备,尤其是具有剂量设定装置的设备。
背景技术
市面上许多药物输送设备以不同类型的驱动装置工作,驱动装置能够在启动时作用在药物容器内的止动件上,以通过剂量输送构件排出一定剂量的药物。使用的最普遍类型的驱动装置是一种螺旋缠绕压缩弹簧。
被压缩的压缩弹簧提供力,该力大到足以克服止动件的所谓的挣脱力(break loose force),即从药物容器内壁释放止动件,并能够在预定时间内将液态药物经由输送构件中的小通道挤出。而且,通常没有完全解去压缩状态的处于其充分伸展的弹簧提供力,该力大到足以完成剂量输送,但却可造成玻璃药物容器的损坏。
被输送的某些类型的物质具有高粘度,并且因为输送构件通常使用十分小的通道,所以需要相当大的力。另一方面,使用压缩弹簧的设备被送到使用者时,弹簧处于压缩且准备使用状态,因为使用者通常很难手动拉紧弹簧和/或如果所述设备具有弹簧拉紧构件,那么该设备变得十分庞大。
由于压缩弹簧,特别是用于高浓度物质的十分强的弹簧的预张紧,当储存时,由于通常为塑料的材料的变化(例如蠕变和老化)而有明显的破碎风险。在该方面,压缩弹簧并非理想的。

近端壳体部分16布置有近端颈部18,其具有用于与药物输送构件(未示出)上的相应的附接件配合的附接件,药物输送构件比如是注射针、吹嘴件或鼻件、喷雾器等。近端壳体部分16进一步布置成容纳药物容器20,药物容器20具有装入近端壳体部分16的颈部18中的近端颈部21。近端壳体部分16进一步布置有窗口或开口22,通过窗口或开口可以看见药物容器,如果容器优选地由透明材料制成,那么药物容器20的容纳物可被使用者看见。保护盖23可释放地布置到近端壳体部分。
所述设备还包括驱动单元25,其又包括大致纵长的柱塞杆24,柱塞杆布置成作用在可移动地布置在药物容器20内部的止动件27上,如图3。柱塞杆24在其外表面上布置有螺纹26,螺纹26与驱动单元25的驱动螺母30的相应螺纹28配合,如图5。另外的引导件32(图4)围绕柱塞杆24布置,引导件32布置有中央通道34,中央通道具有装入柱塞杆24的纵长沟槽38中的向内延伸的突起36,实现两者之间的旋转锁定。另外的引导件32在其外表面上布置有装入远端壳体部分10的近端上的切口40中的凸缘39,如图2,由此,当近端壳体部分16和远端壳体部分10彼此连接时,引导件32相对于远端壳体部分10被可旋转地锁定。
驱动螺母30的远端布置有楔形圆周棘爪42,如图5,棘爪布置成与包含在驱动单元25中的驱动件46的相应的指向近端的楔形棘爪44配合。驱动件46大致是管状的,并围绕柱塞杆24。在其外表面上布置有周向延伸的凸缘48。包含在驱动单元中的另外的扭转驱动弹簧50围绕所述驱动件46布置,扭转驱动弹簧的远端附接至所述凸缘48。扭转驱动弹簧50的近端附接至壳体。在驱动件46的远端,许多楔形凸缘52布置在圆周周围。这些凸缘52布置成与位于剂量设定按钮56的内表面上的径向挠臂54配合,按钮56布置成可在所述壳体中旋转,并可经由壳体中的切口58接近,如图2。剂量设定按钮56通过位于驱动件46的远端上的圆周凸缘60保持在纵向方向,如图5。
围绕驱动单元25的驱动件46和扭转驱动弹簧50的是大致管状的剂量桶62,如图6。剂量桶62在其外表面上布置有螺旋延伸的沟槽64,螺旋沟槽64与位于远端壳体部分10的内表面上的倾斜凸缘66配合,如图7。剂量桶62的外表面还布置有定位成螺旋模式的标记68,通过远端壳体部分10上的窗口70可以看见标记68,如图2。剂量桶62的内表面布置有纵向延伸的凸缘72,如图6,凸缘72装入位于驱动件46的圆周凸缘48上的切口74中,如图5,以可旋转地锁定剂量桶62,但允许其在纵向方向上线性移动。
所述设备还包括启动机构76,如图2,其包括环形的驱动螺母锁定构件78,该驱动螺母锁定构件在其内表面上具有齿条80形式的锁定构件,齿条80设计成与驱动螺母30的外表面周围的纵向延伸的凸缘82配合,如图5。两个臂84附接至启动机构的驱动螺母锁定构件78,如图2,臂84形成致动件,并沿远端壳体部分10的内表面上的纵向延伸的沟槽86延伸,如图7。臂84布置有附接装置88,附接装置88布置成与两个指向近端的臂92上的相应的附接装置90配合,臂92附接至启动按钮94,按钮94突出穿过远端壳体部分的远端开口。弹簧96(图3)布置在启动按钮94的指向近端的端壁98和驱动件46的内壁100(图3)之间,以在向远端的方向上推动启动按钮94。
所述设备拟动作如下。当交付给使用者时,所述设备或者在药物容器20已安装在近端壳体部分16中的情况下准备使用,或者其与药物容器20分开地交付。在后一种情况下,使用者使近端和远端壳体部分分离,引入药物容器,并重新连接壳体部分。
当要输送一定剂量的药物时,移除保护盖23,将药物输送构件附接至近端壳体部分的颈部18。然后下一步是设定待输送的药物的剂量。通过使剂量设定按钮56转动一定的角距离来完成该步骤。该转动还因剂量设定按钮56的臂54作用在驱动件46的楔形凸缘52上而导致驱动件46转动。驱动件46的转动又因扭转弹簧附接至驱动件46的凸缘48而导致使扭转弹簧50张紧。驱动件46的棘爪44滑过驱动螺母30的棘爪42,棘爪42会通过锁定构件保持静止,锁定构件即与驱动螺母30的凸缘82接合的驱动螺母锁定构件78的齿条80。而且,剂量桶62也因与驱动件46的凸缘48中的切口74中的凸缘72的连接而旋转。剂量桶62的旋转会因其螺旋沟槽64与远端壳体部分10的内表面的凸缘66配合而使其在向远端的方向上移动。在剂量桶旋转期间,标记68会通过窗口,直到窗口中显示出合适的剂量。
如果使用者不小心将剂量设定得大于指定剂量,那么使用者可抓住剂量设定按钮56,克服弹簧96的力在向远端的方向上拉动按钮56。为此,远端壳体部分10中的切口58制得很大,以允许该操作。剂量设定按钮的远端表面会接触驱动件46的远端上的凸缘60,由此,驱动件46也会在向远端的方向上移动。这使驱动件46的棘爪44脱离与驱动螺母的棘爪42的接触,从而可使剂量设定按钮56、驱动件46和剂量桶62往回转动。
当剂量已设定好,下面将输送所设定的剂量。然后,所述设备的具有药物输送构件的近端定位在剂量输送部位。接着,使用者在向近端的方向上按压启动按钮94。这也导致锁定构件78及其齿条80通过臂84、92在向近端的方向上移动,使得齿条80脱离与驱动螺母30的凸缘82的接触,如图9。现在驱动螺母30可自由旋转,并将因棘爪42、44之间的锁定连接以及作用在驱动件46上的扭转弹簧50的弹簧力而旋转。因为驱动螺母30的螺纹28作用在柱塞杆24的螺纹26上,以及因为由突起36装入沟槽38中引起的柱塞杆24和引导件32之间的可旋转的锁定连接,驱动螺母30的旋转现在将导致柱塞杆24在向近端的方向上移动。柱塞杆24的移动导致止动件27在药物容器20内在向近端的方向上移动,使得经由药物输送构件排出一定剂量的药物。驱动件46的进一步旋转导致剂量桶62往回旋转到初始位置,由例如“0”所指示。
此外,为了降低使用者防止剂量设定按钮56、驱动件46和驱动螺母30的旋转,即防止剂量输送的风险,如果他/她握住该设备,手与剂量输送按钮56接触,因为剂量设定按钮56的挠臂54现在滑过驱动件46的楔形凸缘52,如图5,所以驱动件46和驱动螺母可自由地转回。
可重复上面的剂量设定和剂量输送过程以用于大量剂量,优选一新的无菌药物输送构件用于每一剂量,直到清空药物容器。现在可通过从远端壳体部分10拆离近端壳体部分16来用一新的容器更换清空的药物容器。还可使柱塞杆旋转回其初始位置,因为引导件32不再被壳体部分锁定。
应理解,上面描述的以及附图中示出的实施方式仅被视为本发明的非限制性示例,并且它在专利权利要求的范围内可以以多种方式被修改。

Claims (10)

1.一种药物输送设备,包括:
-壳体(10,16),具有至少一个壳体部分(10,16),所述壳体布置成接收药物容器(20);
-驱动单元(25),布置成作用在所述药物容器(20)中的止动件(27)上,所述驱动单元(25)包括扭转驱动弹簧(50);
-剂量设定构件(56),可操作地连接到所述驱动单元(25),从而手动转动所述剂量设定构件(56)使所述扭转驱动弹簧(50)张紧,
其特征在于,其还包括:
-启动机构(76),具有突出穿过所述设备的远端的启动按钮(94),以及
-所述启动机构(76)可操作地连接到所述驱动单元(25),使得所述启动机构(76)的致动导致释放所述驱动单元(25),从而输送设定剂量的药物。
2.如权利要求1所述的药物输送设备,其中,所述驱动单元包括:
-纵长柱塞杆(24),在所述设备的纵向方向上延伸,在其外表面上设有螺纹(26),并具有布置成与所述止动件(27)接触的近端;
-驱动螺母(30),设有中央通道,所述中央通道布置有与所述柱塞杆的螺纹配合的螺纹(28),以及
-所述驱动单元(25)包括驱动件(46),所述驱动件具有可操作地接合所述驱动螺母(30)并可驱动地连接到所述扭转驱动弹簧(50)的近端,使得在所述启动机构(76)致动时,所述驱动螺母(30)以及所述驱动件(46)旋转,由此,所述柱塞杆(24)在所述设备的近端方向上移动。
3.如权利要求2所述的药物输送设备,其中,所述启动机构(76)包括:致动件(84,92),所述致动件附接至所述启动按钮(94)并在所述设备的近端方向上延伸;驱动螺母锁定构件(78),附接至所述致动件(84,92),所述驱动螺母锁定构件(78)经由与锁定构件(80,82)配合而可释放地接合并锁定所述驱动螺母(30),直到所述致动按钮(94)在向近端的方向上移动为止,由此所述驱动螺母(30)被释放。
4.如权利要求3所述的药物输送设备,其中,所述驱动单元(25)的所述驱动螺母(30)和所述驱动件(50)经由楔形棘爪(42,44)可操作地连接起来,一方面在通过所述扭转驱动弹簧(50)在启动时转动所述驱动件(46)的情况下,使所述驱动螺母(30)转动,从而驱动所述柱塞杆以从所述药物容器排出一定剂量的药物,另一方面使所述剂量设定构件(56)可操作地连接到所述驱动件(46),使得手动操作所述剂量设定构件(56)导致所述驱动件(46)相对于所述驱动螺母(30)转动,以设定从所述药物容器输送的药物的剂量,该转动使所述扭转驱动弹簧(50)张紧。
5.如以上权利要求任一项所述的药物输送设备,其中,所述设备还包括剂量桶(62),其可旋转地布置在所述壳体(10)内部,所述剂量桶(62)可操作地连接到所述剂量设定构件(56),所述剂量桶(62)在其外表面上布置有标记(68),从所述壳体(10)的窗口(70)可看见标记,当使用者转动所述剂量设定构件(56)时,所述标记(68)显示出设定的剂量。
6.如权利要求5所述的药物输送设备,其中,所述剂量桶(62)在其外表面上布置有螺纹(64),所述螺纹(64)与所述壳体(10)的内表面上的对应螺纹(66)配合。
7.如权利要求6所述的药物输送设备,其中,所述标记(68)螺旋地定位在所述剂量桶(62)上。
8.如权利要求4所述的药物输送设备,其中,所述剂量设定构件(56)和所述驱动件(46)可克服来自弹簧(96)的力在向远端的方向上沿轴向移动,使得所述剂量设定构件(56)在向远端的方向上的移动导致所述棘爪(42,44)脱离彼此的接触,允许重置设定的剂量。
9.如以上权利要求任一项所述的药物输送设备,其中,所述壳体包括远端部分(10)和近端部分(16),其中所述近端部分(16)布置成容纳所述药物容器(20),所述壳体部分布置有可释放的附接装置(12,14)。
10.如权利要求9所述的药物输送设备,其中,其还包括引导件(32),所述引导件布置成可旋转地锁定所述柱塞杆(24),所述附接装置(12,14)布置成当所述壳体部分(10,12)彼此附接时,作用在所述引导件(32)上并锁定所述引导件,当所述壳体部分彼此脱离时,所述引导件(32)和由此的所述柱塞杆(24)能够自由地旋转,由此,当使用新的药物容器(20)时,所述柱塞杆(24)可在向远端的方向上移动到其初始位置。
