Claims (17)
- 薬物の固定用量を投与するための注射デバイスであって:
駆動部材(3)を含む駆動機構が少なくとも部分的に囲まれるハウジング(2)、
駆動部材(3)に対して恒久的に固定される投与エレメント(34)
を含み、
ここで用量は、ハウジング(2)に対して投与エレメント(34)を用量設定方向(s)に回転させることにより設定することができ、そして用量はハウジング(2)の方向に対して投与エレメント(34)を押すことにより投与することができ、
ハウジング(2)が、駆動部材(3)の係合機構(31)に係合する内部ねじ山(4)を有し、
ハウジング(2)が長手方向軸(l)を有し、そしてハウジング(2)の内部ねじ山(4)の経路が、長手方向軸(l)の2つの閉じ込め位置(4a、4b)の間の幅に閉じ込められ、
内部ねじ山(4)は、長手方向軸(l)に対して傾いている用量設定セクション(41)、及び用量設定セクション(41)より長手方向軸(l)に対してより少なく傾いている用量投与セクション(42)を含む、
上記注射デバイス。 - 駆動部材(3)とねじ係合するピストンロッド(5)を含む請求項1に記載の注射デバイス。

- 用量設定方向(s)に沿って、ハウジング(2)の内部ねじ山(4)が、数個の連続し
た同一のセグメント(40)を含む請求項4に記載の注射デバイス。 - 内部ねじ山(4)の各セグメント(40)は、長手方向軸(l)に対して傾いている用量設定セクション(41)、及び用量設定セクション(41)より長手方向軸(l)に対してより少なく傾いている用量投与セクション(42)を含む請求項5に記載の注射デバイス。
- 駆動部材(3)の係合機構(31)の移動を用量設定セクション(41)に沿って行うことを可能にし、そして用量投与セクション(42)に沿って後退移動することを阻止する逆止め機構(45)を含む請求項6に記載の注射デバイス。
- 内部ねじ山(4)がそれ自身で閉じる請求項1〜7のいずれか1項に記載の注射デバイス。
- 駆動部材(3)が、少なくとも部分的にピストンロッド(5)を囲み、そしてピストンロッド(5)の係合機構(51)と係合する内部ねじ山(32)を有する駆動スリーブである請求項1〜8のいずれか1項に記載の注射デバイス。
- ピストンロッド(5)がハウジングとねじ係合する請求項9に記載の注射デバイス。
- ピストンロッド(5)が二条親ねじである請求項10に記載の注射デバイス。
- 駆動スリーブの内部ねじ山(32)が、最終利用可能用量の投与後、用量の完全設定を阻止する停止面(33)を含む請求項9〜11のいずれか1項に記載の注射デバイス。
- ピストンロッド(5)が備えられ、ピストンロッド(5)が、薬物が含まれているカートリッジ(6)内に配列されたピストン(61)に作動し、そして用量を投与中、ピストンロッド(5)の側方運動が、駆動部材(3)の側方運動とは異なる請求項1〜12のいずれか1項に記載の注射デバイス。
- 注射デバイスの作動方法であって:
A)注射デバイスのハウジング(2)に対して投与エレメント(34)を用量設定方向(s)に回転させることにより用量を設定する工程であって、それにより、工程A)の途中、又は終了時に用量を取消すことができ;
C)投与エレメント(34)を用量設定方向(s)と反対方向に回転させる工程;
を含む、上記注射デバイスの作動方法。 - 投与エレメント(34)をハウジング(2)の方向に押す工程を含む請求項14に記載の方法。
- ピストンロッド(5)が、駆動部材(3)とねじ係合する請求項14又は15に記載の方法。
- 用量を設定するために、投与エレメント(34)を停止位置(B)に達するまで回転させ、ここで投与エレメント(34)は更に用量設定方向(s)に回転させることはできない、請求項14〜16のいずれかに記載の方法。
