Abstract
Description
市場の多数の薬剤送達装置は、投与量送達部材によってある投与量の薬剤を放出するために、活性化されると薬剤容器の内部のストッパに作用することができる異なる種類の駆動手段とともに機能している。用いられる最も一般的な種類の駆動手段は螺旋に巻かれた圧縮ばねである。
発明の簡単な説明
本発明の目的は、現行技術の装置の欠点を修正することである。この目的は、独立特許請求項の特徴に従う薬剤送達装置によって得られる。発明の好ましい実施形態が従属特許請求項の主題を形成する。
発明のまた別の局面に従うと、当該投与量設定部材および当該駆動部材は、ばねからの力に対して遠位方向に軸方向に可動であり、これにより遠位方向への当該投与量設定部材の変位により当該ラチェットが互いとの接触から外れて移動し、設定された投与量の再設定を可能にする。
本願において、「遠位部/遠端」という用語を使用するとき、これは、薬剤送達部位から最も離れた場所に位置する送達装置の部/端またはその部材の部/端を意味する。対応して、「近位部/近端」という用語を使用するとき、この用語は、薬剤送達部位に最も近い場所に位置する送達装置の部/端またはその部材の部/端を意味する。
Claims (10)
- 薬剤送達装置であって、
少なくとも1つの筺体部(10,16)を有し、薬剤容器(20)を受けるように配置される筺体(10,16)と、
前記薬剤容器(20)の中のストッパ(27)に対して作用するように配置され、ねじり駆動ばね(50)を備える駆動ユニット(25)と、
前記駆動ユニット(25)に動作可能に接続される投与量設定部材(56)とを備え、これにより前記投与量設定部材(56)を手動で回すと前記ねじり駆動ばね(50)に張力が付与され、
薬剤送達装置は、装置の遠端を通って突出する活性化ボタン(94)を有する活性化機構(76)をさらに備え、前記活性化機構(76)は、前記駆動ユニット(25)に動作可能に接続され、これにより前記活性化機構(76)が作動されると前記駆動ユニット(25)が解放され、これにより設定された投与量の薬剤が送達されることを特徴とする、薬剤送達装置。 - 前記駆動ユニットは、
装置の長手方向に延在し、その外側表面上にねじ山(26)を備え、近端が前記ストッパ(27)と接するように配置される細長いプランジャロッド(24)と、
前記プランジャロッドのねじ山と協働するねじ山(28)が配置された中央通路を設けた駆動ナット(30)とを備え、
その前記駆動ユニット(25)は、前記駆動ナット(30)を動作可能に係合する近端を有し、かつ前記ねじり駆動ばね(50)に駆動可能に接続される駆動部材(46)を備え、これにより、前記活性化機構(76)の作動の際、前記駆動ナット(30)および前記駆動部材(46)が回転し、これにより前記プランジャロッド(24)は装置の近位方向に移動する、請求項1に記載の薬剤送達装置。 - 前記活性化機構(76)は、前記活性化ボタン(94)に装着され、装置の近位方向に延在する作動部材(84,92)と、前記作動部材(84,92)に装着される駆動ナットロック部材(78)とを備え、駆動ナットロック部材(78)は、前記活性化ボタン(94)が近位方向に移動することにより前記駆動ナット(30)が解放されるまで、協働するロッキング部材(80,82)を介して前記駆動ナット(30)を解放可能に係合およびロックしている、請求項2に記載の薬剤送達装置。
- 前記駆動ユニット(25)の前記駆動ナット(30)および前記駆動部材(50)は、楔形状のラチェット(42,44)を介して動作可能に接続され、一方では、活性化されると前記ねじり駆動ばね(50)が前記駆動部材(46)を回して前記駆動ナット(30)が回るようにし、これにより前記プランジャロッドを駆動して前記薬剤容器からある投与量の薬剤を放出させ、他方では、前記投与量設定部材(56)は前記駆動部材(46)に動作可能に接続され、前記投与量設定部材(56)を手動で操作すると前記駆動ナット(30)に対して前記駆動部材(46)が回って薬剤の投与量を設定し、これが前記薬剤容器から送達され、回ることによって前記ねじり駆動ばね(50)に張力が付与される、請求項3に記載の薬剤送達装置。
- 当該装置は、前記筺体(10)の内部に回転可能に配置され、前記投与量設定部材(56)に動作可能に接続される投与量筒(62)をさらに備え、前記投与量筒(62)には、前記筺体(10)中の窓(70)の中に見えるその外側表面上の印(68)が配置され、印(68)は、ユーザが前記投与量設定部材(56)を回すと設定された投与量を表示する、請求項1から4のいずれかに記載の薬剤送達装置。
- 前記投与量筒(62)には、前記筺体(10)の内側表面上の対応のねじ山(66)と協働する、その外側表面上のねじ山(64)が配置される、請求項5に記載の薬剤送達装置。
- 前記印(68)は投与量筒(62)上に螺旋状に位置決めされる、請求項6に記載の薬剤送達装置。
- 前記投与量設定部材(56)および前記駆動部材(46)は、ばね(96)からの力に対して遠位方向に軸方向に可動であり、これにより遠位方向への前記投与量設定部材(56)の変位により前記ラチェット(42,44)が互いとの接触から外れて移動し、設定された投与量の再設定を可能にする、請求項4に記載の薬剤送達装置。
- 前記筺体は遠位部(10)および近位部(16)を備え、前記近位部(16)は前記薬剤容器(20)を収容するように配置され、前記筺体部には解放可能装着手段(12,14)が配置される、請求項1から8のいずれかに記載の薬剤送達装置。
- 前記プランジャロッド(24)を回転可能にロックするように配置されるガイド部材(32)をさらに備え、前記装着手段(12,14)は、前記筺体部(10,12)が互いに装着されると前記ガイド部材(32)に対して作用しかつこれをロックするように配置され、前記筺体部が互いから取り外されると、前記ガイド部材(32)およびしたがって前記プランジャロッド(24)は自由に回転し、これにより前記プランジャロッド(24)は、新しい薬剤容器(20)を用いるべき場合にその初期位置へ遠位方向に移動することができる、請求項9に記載の薬剤送達装置。
