背景技术
诸如注射器的药物递送装置有时具备使用者能够设定特定剂量的功能,该剂量可以在一定范围内变化。

根据附图的药物递送装置10包括大体上细长的壳体12,该壳体12具有相反的远端和近端。例如,细长的壳体被分成近部12a和远部12b。壳体的近端布置有位于其内表面上的紧固装置,例如螺纹14,该紧固装置与位于药物容器保持器18的远端上的例如外螺纹16的对应紧固装置协作,提供了可分离(releasable)的连接。药物容器20能够被放置在药物容器保持器内。药物容器保持器18的近端布置有用于连接药物递送部件的带螺纹的颈部22,其中药物递送部件例如注射针24、管嘴、喷嘴等,见图2。
当使用者收到时,药物递送装置10设置有可分离地附接的保护盖26。在药物容器保持器的远端,套筒形容器支撑套28被插入,以在插入时用于保持和支撑药物容器20,见图2。第一内壁30布置在壳体的近端处,该第一内壁30设置有中部通道32,见图lb。中部通道布置有指向远侧的管状凸缘34,见图la。带螺纹的柱塞杆36沿纵向方向延伸穿过中部通道32,且其近端邻近所述药物容器20内的柱塞头38,见图la。柱塞杆36的近端另外还布置有柱塞杆末端部(tip)40,见图2。
装置另外还包括导向螺纹部件58和螺母44,其中导向螺纹部件58通过相互作用的第一可滑动的旋转锁定构件(slidably-and-rotatably-lockedmeans)同轴连接至带螺纹的柱塞杆,螺母44通过它们之间的螺纹接合(treaded engagement)同轴连接至带螺纹的柱塞杆。螺母还通过相互作用的不能滑动的可旋转构件(non-slidable-and-rotatable means)连接至导向螺纹部件,并且通过相互作用的第二可滑动的旋转锁定构件连接至壳体。
第一可滑动的旋转锁定构件包括位于导向螺纹部件的近端的内表面上的径向向内定向的突出部57,和位于柱塞杆上的纵向延伸的凹槽42,见图2,其中该凹槽与径向向内定向的突出部57协作,使得导向螺纹部件和柱塞杆相对于彼此旋转锁定但是能够滑动。
不能滑动的可旋转构件包括位于螺母44上的径向向内定向的臂51和棘轮臂50,位于导向螺纹部件的近端上的轮54的外周上的凹槽56,以及轮54之间的环状凹槽53,其中棘轮臂50与凹槽56协作以当导向螺纹部件旋转时发出可听到的信号;并且其中,径向向内定向的臂51与环状的凹槽53协作,使得导向螺纹部件和螺母相对于彼此不能滑动但是能够旋转,见图3。
第二可滑动的旋转锁定构件包括位于螺母44的外周侧表面上的凹槽52(见图3),以及位于壳体的内表面上的纵向肋条(未示出),其中该凹槽与所述纵向肋条协作,使得螺母和壳体相对于彼此不能旋转但是能够滑动。
螺母44包括带螺纹的中部通道46,其与柱塞杆的螺纹协作,见图2,从而在它们之间形成了螺纹接合。
该装置还包括主剂量部件66,当装置处于非开启状态时主剂量部件66能够在导向螺纹部件上同轴地旋转,当装置处于开启状态时主剂量部件66通过相互作用的第三可滑动的旋转锁定构件连接至导向螺纹部件。第三可滑动的旋转锁定构件包括位于导向螺纹部件的外周表面上的花键槽60;和设置在主剂量部件的内周表面上的对应的花键64。其中,花键槽60与对应的花键64协作,使得导向螺纹部件和主剂量部件相对于彼此不能旋转但是能够滑动,见图2和图3。
该装置还包括:锁定部件96,该锁定部件96固定地连接至壳体并通过相互作用的锁定构件可分离地连接至导向螺纹部件;一第一弹力构件48,该第一弹力构件48设置在壳体的第一内壁30和螺母之间,其中当所述锁定构件接合且装置处于非开启状态时,第一弹力构件处于预拉紧状态;以及一次剂量部件90,该次剂量部件90经由小齿轮94旋转地连接至所述主剂量部件66,见图3。
该装置还包括剂量设定构件,该剂量设定构件通过相互作用的第四可滑动的旋转锁定构件连接至主剂量部件,使得当装置从非开启状态设定到开启状态时,沿预定方向手动操作剂量设定构件,从而锁定构件被释放,且导向螺纹部件通过第一弹力构件向远侧移动预定的距离,该距离独立于要设定的剂量的大小。
剂量设定构件包括设置有第一环状棘轮76的离合盘74,设置有第二环状棘轮82的剂量设定旋钮84,以及设置在壳体的第二环状内壁80和离合盘的近侧表面之间的第二弹力构件78,使得离合盘被向远侧推动,并且第一和第二棘轮彼此抵靠,该剂量设定旋钮突出穿过壳体的远端,图la和图4。第四可滑动的旋转锁定构件包括位于主剂量部件66的外周表面上的纵向延伸的凹槽70,以及位于离合盘74的内表面上的径向向内定向的凸出部72,其中该纵向延伸的凹槽70与径向向内定向的凸出部72协作,使得主剂量部件和离合盘相对于彼此不能旋转但是能够滑动,图2和图3。导向螺纹部件58的远端突出穿过剂量设定旋钮84,并且在其远端设置有剂量注射按钮86,图2和图7b。转环88旋转地设置在剂量注射按钮86外,图2。
锁定构件包括:设置在锁定部件上的指向近侧的径向可弯曲的杆102,位于导向螺纹部件的圆周表面上的环状突出部62,以及次剂量部件的圆周内表面,图2。次剂量部件90还设置有齿92,齿92围绕次剂量部件90的圆周设置,该齿与小齿轮94上的齿协作,小齿轮94与锁定部件96一起经由锁杆支架支撑在壳体中,图3。此外,主剂量部件66设置有也与小齿轮94协作的齿轮段98,图3。导向螺纹部件58的一些部分在其外周表面上布置有花键槽60,图2;该花键槽相比导向螺纹部件的近侧部分具有较小的直径,从而形成了环状的突出部62,图2。锁定部件96还包括位于其远侧的圆周表面上的指向远侧的止动部件95,并且次剂量部件90包括位于其近侧的圆周表面上的指向近侧的第一止动部件91和第二止动部件93,第一止动部件91和第二止动部件93设置成与锁定部件的止动部件相互作用,图4。
主剂量部件66的近侧部和次剂量部件90设置有包括数字或标记68的环带,该数字或标记68用于通过壳体上的剂量窗口来指示剂量大小,如下面将要阐述的,图3。
该装置意图如以下一样地运行。当交付给使用者时,该装置处于非开启状态,其中药物容器20已经插入装置近端中的药物容器保持器18中,图1,第一弹力构件处于预拉紧状态,并且所述锁定构件被接合,其中次剂量部件90的圆周内表面迫使可弯曲杆102径向向内以与突出部62接触。
当使用该装置时,保护盖26被移除,并且手动操作剂量设定构件,以通过逆时针旋转剂量设定旋钮84,直到例如两个零的开启标记通过壳体的窗口可见,将该装置从非开启状态设定到开启状态。由于相互作用的第四可滑动的旋转锁定构件之间的接合以及由于第一棘轮76和第二棘轮82之间的连接,剂量设定旋钮84的旋转致使离合盘74旋转,从而引起主剂量部件66旋转。然而,由于第三可滑动的旋转锁定构件60、64没有接合,即导向螺纹部件的外周面上的花键槽60和设置在主剂量部件66的内周表面上的对应的花键64没有接合,因此导向螺纹部件没有旋转。由于主剂量部件66的齿轮段98和次剂量部件90的齿92之间通过小齿轮94连接,因此次剂量部件90也旋转。当指向近侧的第二止动部件93抵靠指向远侧的止动部件95时,次剂量部件90停止旋转。这使得次止动部件的内周面上的纵向凹槽(未示出)与可弯曲杆102对齐,从而可弯曲杆径向向外弯曲到该凹槽中,并且由此移动脱离与导向螺纹部件58的突出部62的接触。由于作用在螺母44上的弹簧48的力,该螺母44依次附接至导向螺纹部件58,这使得导向螺纹部件58沿远侧方向移动预定的距离。导向螺纹部件的外周表面上的花键槽60和设置在主剂量部件的内周表面上的对应的花键64然后彼此接合。由于螺母44的移动,柱塞杆36也被移动。现在导向螺纹部件58的远端及其剂量注射按钮86向远侧伸出壳体所述预定的距离,并且独立于要设定的剂量的大小。
该装置现在处于开启状态,并准备好用于设定所需要的剂量的药物,图7a和图7b。
当设定剂量时,柱塞杆设置成向近侧移动一距离,该距离对应于通过手动操作剂量设定旋钮设定的要递送的剂量。剂量设定旋钮84沿顺时针方向旋转,其也顺时针方向旋转主剂量部件66,指示被拨出的剂量。同时,由于相互作用的第三可滑动的旋转锁定构件60、64之间的接合,主剂量部件66顺时针方向旋转导向螺纹部件58;并且由于相互作用的第一可滑动的旋转锁定构件之间的接合,导向螺纹旋转柱塞杆,因为柱塞杆36与螺母44之间的螺纹接合,驱动柱塞杆36通过螺母44,由此向近侧移动柱塞杆36。由于主剂量部件66的齿轮段98和次剂量部件90的齿92通过小齿轮94连接,因此次剂量部件90也旋转。当次剂量部件90的指向近侧的第一止动部件91抵靠指向远侧的止动部件95时,次剂量部件90停止旋转,指向远侧的止动部件95指示了能够递送的最大剂量,例如通过剂量窗口可见的例如一个七和一个零的两个标记。在任何情况中,通过壳体的剂量窗口可以看见设定的剂量。此时,该装置已为注射准备好。
此外,如果使用者企图拨过该装置能够递送的最大剂量、或者使用者企图拨过开启标记,第一环状棘轮76和第二环状棘轮之间的连接将如离合器那样地工作。
当设定剂量时,诸如例如注射针的药物递送部件24附接至装置的近端。然而可以理解,可以使用其它类型的药物递送部件以便于递送一定剂量的药物。药物递送部件然后放置在递送位置处,使用者沿近侧方向按压剂量注射按钮86预定的距离,该预定的距离为导向螺纹部件58的远端和其剂量注射按钮86向远侧伸出壳体的距离,并且所述预定的距离独立于要递送的剂量的大小。这使得导向螺纹部件58以及螺母44和柱塞杆36沿近侧方向移动。柱塞杆36的近侧移动使得它作用在药物容器20的柱塞头38上,从而一定剂量的药物通过药物递送部件24被排出。当导向螺纹部件58在壳体内抵达一定的距离时,锁定部件的可弯曲杆102再次移动与导向螺纹部件58的突出部62接触,图8。现在药物递送部件可以被移除和丢弃。
当执行随后的剂量时,执行以上描述的步骤,并且能够重复执行直到药物容器变空。
可以理解,附图中所示的以及以上描述的实施例被认为仅是本发明的非限制性示例,并且其可以在专利的权利要求的范围内改型为很多中方式。

Claims (7)

1.一种用于药物递送装置的剂量设定机构,包括:
壳体(12),该壳体(12)具有纵轴;
锁定部件(96),该锁定部件(96)旋转和滑动地固定至壳体;
小齿轮(94),该小齿轮(94)连接至锁定部件,并具有与所述纵轴平行并从所述纵轴偏移的旋转轴;
主剂量部件(66),该主剂量部件(66)具有构造成接合小齿轮的齿轮段(98);
次剂量部件(90),该次剂量部件(90)具有与小齿轮接合的齿(92);
导向螺纹(58),该导向螺纹(58)构造成当锁定部件脱离时滑动地接合主剂量部件;
柱塞杆(36),该柱塞杆(36)旋转地固定至导向螺纹;
螺母(44),该螺母(44)螺纹地连接至柱塞杆并滑动地锁定至导向螺纹;以及
剂量旋钮(84),该剂量旋钮(84)与离合器盘(74)离合接合,当锁定部件脱离时离合器盘(74)旋转地固定至主剂量部件和导向螺纹。
2.根据权利要求1的剂量设定机构,还包括印制在主剂量部件和次剂量部件上的标记(68)。
3.根据权利要求2的剂量设定部件,还包括非开启构造,其中剂量旋钮(84)的旋转引起主剂量部件(66)旋转,但是不能使导向螺纹(58)旋转,主剂量部件(66)的旋转使小齿轮(94)旋转,小齿轮(94)的旋转使次剂量部件(90)旋转,直到标记(68)到达预定的设定值。
4.根据权利要求3的剂量设定部件,其中当标记(68)到达预定的设定值时,锁定部件(96)开始脱离,使得导向螺纹(58)向远侧移动并接合主剂量部件(66)。
5.根据权利要求2的剂量设定部件,还包括开启构造,其中剂量旋钮(84)的旋转引起主剂量部件(66)、导向螺纹(58)、柱塞杆(36)、小齿轮(94)和次剂量部件(90)的旋转。
6.根据权利要求1的剂量设定部件,还包括预拉紧的弹簧(48),当锁定部件(96)接合时,弹簧(48)施加沿远侧方向的抵靠导向螺纹(58)的力。
7.一种用于药物递送装置的锁定机构,包括:
壳体(12),该壳体(12)具有纵轴;
锁定部件(96),该锁定部件(96)旋转和滑动地固定至壳体,并具有构造成处于非开启位置和开启位置的可弯曲杆(102);
小齿轮(94),该小齿轮(94)连接至锁定部件,并具有与所述纵轴平行并从所述纵轴偏置的旋转轴;
可旋转的次剂量部件(90),该次剂量部件(90)在非开启位置施加偏置力到所述杆上,并在开启位置释放所述偏置力;以及
导向螺纹(58),该导向螺纹(58)被偏置以沿远侧方向滑动,并具有在非开启位置接合所述杆的环状突出部,以防止导向螺纹轴向移动;
其中,当小齿轮的旋转使次剂量部件旋转将所述杆从非开启位置移动到开启位置时,所述杆在开启位置与所述突出部脱离时,导向螺纹向远侧滑动。
