背景技术
这种类型的弹簧螺母用于将诸如内部衬垫部件的部件紧固到诸如车体部件的第二部件上。为此,车体部件设有螺栓以允许弹簧螺母在其上滑动并固定到其上。待附接部件具有开口,通过开口首先在螺栓上滑动,然后弹簧螺母滑动到螺栓上并且压靠第二部件,从而第二部件在螺栓上固定就位。该弹簧螺母例如在DE19733771C1中公开。
目前已知的弹簧螺母的一个缺点是它们只能用于一个特定的螺栓尺寸。而且,螺栓的长度需要精确适应待附接部件或弹簧螺母,从而防止螺栓在弹簧螺母的后侧上突出,这是不理想的。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供开头所述类型的弹簧螺母,该弹簧螺母完全覆盖螺栓。
为了实现该目的,提供了用于附接到螺栓上的弹簧螺母,该弹簧螺母包括用于螺栓的大致椭圆形的座部,该座部具有用于螺栓的轴向插入开口和用于螺栓的保持部。根据本发明,弹簧螺母在与插入开口相对的前壁上沿周向完全包围座部。从而螺栓在后侧上被完全覆盖,从而可靠地防止其被意外接触。座部被设计为具有使得螺栓在整个长度上被包围在座部中的长度。
弹簧螺母旨在在不同的螺栓直径或长度的情况下可靠地包围螺栓。为了确保这一点,弹簧螺母包括沿周向封闭的柱形外壁,以及在前表面上沿周向局部包围座部的内壁。外壁特别在周向上预先确定了弹簧螺母的形状,使得不管螺栓的尺寸如何,都提供了弹簧螺母的一致外观。内壁用于调节到具体的螺栓尺寸并且能够弹性屈曲,优选沿周向屈曲,并且以这种方式能够适合螺栓的直径。
为了允许灵活地适合相应的螺栓尺寸,内壁优选包括至少两个径向的弹性锁扣,该弹性锁扣沿柱的纵向延伸,并且布置成特别在周向上均匀分布。
由于它们的径向弹性,这些锁扣能够完全适合相应螺栓的直径。此外,由于在周向上设置了沿周向封闭的外壁,内壁也能改变,使得在弹簧锁扣之间存在自由空间。自由空间在周向上被封闭的外壁覆盖。
为了支撑弹性锁扣,优选在前表面上设置腹板,而且该腹板将座部终止在前表面上。弹性锁扣包括弹性安装在该腹板处的前表面端部和面对插入开口的自由端部。这允许弹簧锁扣按理想的方式改变。
这种类型的弹簧螺母优选在注入成型过程中由塑料制造。为了减少制造费用,理想的是该弹簧螺母能够在模具中制造而不滑动。为此,要求弹簧螺母不具有任何底切。这是因为保持部和腹板以及内壁在柱的纵向上不重叠。在这种情况下,外壁优选具有柱的形状。该注入模具的模具半部能够沿柱的纵向轴线方向朝向彼此移动,模具半部例如设有成型座部的突起。由于保持部和腹板以及内壁不重叠,所以它们能够不困难地制造,因为在纵向上在弹簧螺母内不存在任何底切。
保持部优选包括构造成沿径向方向具有弹性的锁定构件,使得锁定构件能够适合不同的螺栓尺寸或螺栓直径。
锁定构件例如可以在纵向上成对地相对彼此布置,使得它们能够在螺栓或者设置在螺栓上的齿处锁定就位。
在组件完成后,常常期望弹簧螺母能够被再次松开以更换部件。为了确保这一点,锁定构件例如沿纵向偏移布置,并且在某种程度上构成内螺纹。在该实施例中,螺栓设有对应的螺纹或者设有构成螺纹的对应突起。由于锁定构件适于弹性屈曲,弹簧螺母能够置于螺栓上而不进行旋转运动,这允许弹簧螺母的简单组装。另一方面,为了拆卸,将弹簧螺母简单地从螺栓上拧下。

具体实施方式
图1示出了用于附接在螺栓12上的弹簧螺母10。该弹簧螺母10可用于将诸如车内衬垫部件的第一部件14附接到诸如车体的第二部件16上(见图2)。螺栓12在此情况下牢固装配到第二部件16,例如焊接到其上。第一部件14具有开口18,通过该开口装配在螺栓12上,随后弹簧螺母10滑动到螺栓12上并且固定到其上。从而,第一部件14通过弹簧螺母10压靠第二部件16并且固定地保持在其上。
从图1和图2中可见,弹簧螺母10具有环形接触区域,弹簧螺母10通过该环形接触区域而抵靠第一部件14安置,并且在该环形接触区域上设有用于螺栓12的插入开口30。接触区域20过渡到大致柱形的外壁22,外壁22为大致柱形设计,该柱的前表面设计为打开。用于将螺栓12固定就位的保持部23设置在外壁22的内侧上,邻接接触区域20。
弹簧螺母10还包括内壁24,如下所述,内壁24由多个弹性锁扣26形成。在与用于螺栓12的插入开口30相对定位的前壁28上设有腹板32,弹簧锁扣26通过前表面端部34被弹性保持在腹板32上。每个弹簧锁扣26的自由端部36指向插入开口30并且构造成沿径向方向具有弹性。
从图2中清楚,在保持部上设有多个锁定构件38,锁定构件同样构造成沿径向方向具有弹性。螺栓12包括突起40,突起40对应于锁定构件38,螺栓12能够通过突起40在弹簧螺母10的保持部23上锁定就位。
为了附接第一部件14,弹簧螺母10能够被沿轴向A推到螺栓12上,并且在其上通过锁定构件38锁定就位。由于弹簧锁扣26和锁定构件38均构造成沿径向方向屈曲,弹簧螺母10可适应尺寸或直径不同的螺栓12。在周向方向上,螺栓被外壁22完全覆盖并且被弹簧锁扣26至少部分地覆盖。在轴向方向上,螺栓被前壁28上的腹板32完全覆盖。因而在图2所示的组装情况下,螺栓12被弹簧螺母10完全包围。
在图2中具体可见,弹簧锁扣26和锁定构件38未沿轴向A重叠。这样的优点是弹簧螺母10能够利用简单的注入成型模具制造而不滑动。为此,腹板32另外相对于两个锁定构件38和弹簧锁扣26偏移90度布置,使得后者不会彼此重叠。
弹簧锁扣26和/或锁定构件38的数量以及腹板32的布置可以在期望时对于相应的需求改变。应该确保的只是它们不会沿轴向A重叠,从而确保弹簧螺母10的简单制造。
如图2中具体示出的,锁定构件38沿轴向A偏移布置。从而,在一种方式中,它们形成内螺纹。螺栓12的突起40构成与之对应的外螺纹。这允许弹簧螺母10沿轴向A滑动到螺栓上,锁定构件38然后在螺栓上锁定就位。但是,为了更加精确地调节弹簧螺母10到第二部件16的距离,还可以将弹簧螺母10拧到螺栓12的螺纹上。此外,该螺纹允许弹簧螺母10的简单拆卸,因为弹簧螺母10能够以简单的方式从螺栓12拧下。因而排除了在拆卸弹簧螺母10期间对锁定构件38的任何损坏。
在图3中可见,在外壁22的内侧上设置另外的加强肋42,为外壁22提供额外的稳定性,从而防止外壁22的变形。外壁22的压缩可能导致弹簧锁扣26不能沿径向屈曲。

Claims (8)

1.用于附接到螺栓(12)上的弹簧螺母(10),该弹簧螺母包括用于螺栓(12)的大致椭圆形的座部,该座部具有用于螺栓(12)的轴向插入开口(32)和用于螺栓的保持部,其特征在于,弹簧螺母(10)在与插入开口(32)相对的前壁(28)上沿周向完全包围座部。
2.根据权利要求1所述的弹簧螺母,其特征在于,弹簧螺母(10)包括沿周向封闭的柱形外壁(22),以及在前表面上沿周向局部包围座部的内壁(24)。
3.根据权利要求2所述的弹簧螺母,其特征在于,内壁(24)包括至少两个径向的弹性锁扣(26),该弹性锁扣沿柱的纵向延伸,并且布置成特别在周向上均匀分布。
4.根据权利要求3所述的弹簧螺母,其特征在于,在前表面上设置腹板(32),该腹板将座部终止在前表面上,并且弹性锁扣(26)包括弹性安装在该腹板(32)处的前表面端部(34)和面对插入开口的自由端部(36)。

6.根据前述任一权利要求所述的弹簧螺母,其特征在于,保持部包括构造成沿径向方向具有弹性的锁定构件(38)。
7.根据权利要求6所述的弹簧螺母,其特征在于,锁定构件(38)在纵向上成对地相对彼此布置。
8.根据权利要求6所述的弹簧螺母,其特征在于,锁定构件(38)沿纵向偏移布置,并且构成内螺纹。
