混合动力车辆可在电动车辆(EV)模式下驱动,所述电动车辆模式是其中仅使用驱动电动机的动力的纯电动车辆模式。在EV模式中,可通过基于驱动电动机的电池的电能和SOC来产生动力。混合动力车辆还可在混合电动车辆(HEV)模式下驱动,在所述混合电动车辆模式中,用燃料产生动力的发动机的动力和驱动电动机的动力都被用作动力源。另外,混合动力车辆可在再生制动(RB)模式下驱动,其中,当通过制动或惯性能量来驱动混合动力车辆时,通过驱动电动机回收混合动力车辆的制动和惯性能量,所述驱动电动机产生充入电池中的电能。
混合动力车辆所具有的燃料经济性包括瞬时燃料经济性和累计燃料经济性,所述瞬时燃料经济性是在使用发动机动力来产生动力时所消耗的燃料量,以通过仪表盘显示为测量规,而所述累计燃料经济性是累计的燃料量。当混合动力车辆在EV模式下驱动时,通过仪表盘显示了混合动力车辆能够通过电池动力输出的电池的最大燃料经济性。
亦即,如图1所示,如上所述的HEV系统包括多个离合器和制动器,并可实施多种EV类型。当发动机在与输入分流相对应的模式下启动时,发动机在仅第二制动器BK2被固定时启动。
该驱动模式可在五种驱动模式下实施,包括输入分流、复合分流、固定档位1、固定档位2和固定档位3。
然而,在如上所述的这五种驱动模式下,存在的问题是EV仅在输入分流模式下可用,并且为了在其他模式下进入EV,必须先选择输入分流模式以进入EV。
公开于该背景技术部分的信息仅仅旨在加深对本发明的一般背景技术的理解,而不应当被视为承认或以任何形式暗示该信息构成已为本领域技术人员所公知的现有技术。
发明内容
因此,已经针对上述问题做出了本发明,并且本发明提供了通过对具有多种模式的混合动力车辆的电子车辆(EV)控制来改进燃料经济性的方法,其中可通过在输入分流和复合分流中策略地开启或关闭所述混合动力车辆来改进燃料经济性。
根据本发明的各个方面,通过对具有多种模式的混合动力车辆的电动车辆(EV)控制而改进燃料经济性的方法包括:通过释放制动器而实施APS(加速踏板位置传感器)输入;当实施来自第一控制单元的输入分流模式命令时,识别第二离合器是否释放;确定是否释放所述第二离合器;产生发动机的目标每分钟转数(RPM);将所述发动机的所述目标RPM与所述发动机的实际RPM进行比较,从而响应所述目标RPM与所述实际RPM之间的差异通过反馈控制和前馈控制来产生第一电动机扭矩;当所述发动机的RPM增加时,实施注入信号;根据所述第一控制单元的发动机扭矩限额来实施发动机扭矩,从而完成车辆启动条件;和当不存在发动机扭矩限定要求时,识别车辆启动的完成。

根据本发明的各个方面,通过对具有多种模式的混合动力车辆的电动车辆(EV)控制而改进燃料经济性的方法进一步包括:当产生所述第一电动机扭矩时,通过第二电动机的反应控制,设定受第一电动机扭矩量和驾驶员的总驱动要求量限制的值。
根据本发明的各个方面,通过对具有多种模式的混合动力车辆的电动车辆(EV)控制而改进燃料经济性的方法进一步包括:当实施注入信号时,实施发动机扭矩升高限制,其用于限制所述发动机扭矩的升高,并在同时实施空气限制量和点火限制量。
通过纳入本文的附图以及随后与附图一起用于说明本发明的某些原理的具体实施方案,本发明的方法和装置所具有的其他特征和优点将更为具体地变得清楚或得以阐明。

具体实施方式
下面将对本发明的各个具体实施方案详细地作出引用,这些具体实施方案的实例被显示在附图中并描述如下。尽管本发明将与示例性具体实施方案相结合进行描述,但是应当意识到,本说明书并非旨在将本发明限制为那些示例性具体实施方案。相反,本发明旨在不但覆盖这些示例性具体实施方案,而且覆盖可以被包括在由所附权利要求所限定的本发明的实质和范围之内的各种选择形式、修改形式、等同形式及其他具体实施方案。
参照图2至图9,描述根据本发明的通过对具有多种模式的混合动力车辆的电动车辆(EV)控制来改进燃料经济性的方法。
EV驱动和再生制动
如图2所示,当执行常规EV控制时,通过仅使用一个电动机来执行驱动和再生制动。然而,在本发明中,如图3所示,可将两个电动机MG1和MG2用于驱动和再生制动,从而使得可分配在两个电动机MG1和MG2之间具有更高效率的区域,从而提高EV驱动和再生制动中的效率。
同时,可调整两个电动机MG1和MG2之间的EV驱动分配率,从而使得,与仅使用第二电动机MG2的常规EV驱动模式相比较,可通过将EV配置成包括第一电动机MG1而增加自由度。
启动车辆
如图4所示,在现有技术中,车辆的启动通过使用第一电动机MG1而实现。特别地,在EV驱动模式中,当对模式进行区分的制动器BK2的油输入固定时,执行车辆的启动。换言之,在第二电动机MG2的操控条件下,通过使用第一电动机MG1来启动发动机。
另一方面,在本发明中,可按照两种方法来启动车辆,如图5所示。亦即,车辆可在第二离合器CL2释放而第二制动器BK2固定时启动,也可在第二制动器BK2释放而第二离合器CL2固定时启动。
离合器释放而制动器固定的启动模式
如图6和图7所示,当驾驶员在制动器BK2被固定时释放离合器CL2以启动车辆时,第二电动机MG2被驱动,并且通过混合控制单元(HCU)输出了启动命令,从而使得第二离合器CL2被变速器控制单元(TCU)释放。当第二离合器CL2的释放完成时,产生第一电动机MG1的目标每分钟转数(RPM)和第一电动机MG1的目标发动机扭矩,从而达到目标RPM和目标发动机扭矩。
此处,因为发动机RPM由于第二离合器CL2的释放而固定为0,所以无法在第二离合器CL2未释放时通过使用第一电动机MG1来执行车辆的启动。另外,在使用第一电动机MG1来启动车辆时,需要进行车辆驱动条件所要求的对第二电动机MG2的反应控制,并且该反应控制与车辆的驱动力条件相关。换言之,当车辆的驱动力要求较大时,启动第一电动机MG1时对第二电动机MG2的反应控制相对较低,而当车辆的驱动力要求较小时,启动第一电动机MG1时对第二电动机MG2的反应控制相对较高。
在复合分流模式下的驱动模式中,车辆在第二离合器CL2固定时被驱动。当通过在燃料切断的情况下使用第一电动机MG1而使发动机RPM降低,从而使得发动机RPM进入某个水平以下的范围时,向变速器控制单元TCU传输EV驱动模式进入命令,而变速器控制单元TCU通过对第二制动器BK2施加压力而完成进入EV驱动模式。
特别地,参照图8和图9,首先释放制动器以实施APS输入,并通过混合控制单元(HCU)实施输入分流模式命令(S100),确定是否释放第二离合器CL2(S110)。APS(加速踏板位置传感器)代表驾驶员的动力要求。
产生目标发动机RPM(S120),将目标发动机RPM与实际发动机RPM进行比较(S130),从而响应目标发动机RPM与实际发动机RPM之间的差异,通过反馈控制和前馈控制来产生第一电动机扭矩(S 140)。
此处,确定发动机速度是否高于燃料注入速度(S150),并在发动机速度被确定为高于燃料注入速度时启动燃料注入(S160),并且限制发动机扭矩要求(S170),并在预定的时间周期内通过考虑冷却水温度来限制发动机扭矩升高率(S180)。
换言之,当发动机RPM升高时,实施注入信号,并根据HCU发动机扭矩限制来实施发动机扭矩。当完成车辆启动条件时,在不存在发动机扭矩限制要求时将车辆的启动被识别为完成。
根据APS量确定是否取消EV驱动模式,并将第二电动机MG2的反应控制设置成受第一电动机MG1的扭矩量和驾驶员的总驱动要求限制的值。当输入了注入信号时,实施发动机扭矩升高限制,其用于限制所述发动机扭矩的升高,并在同时实施空气限制量和点火限制量。
制动器被释放而离合器被固定的启动模式
如图10和图11所示,当驾驶员在离合器CL2被固定的情况下释放制动器BK2从而使车辆通过第二电动机MG2而启动,并且通过混合控制单元(HCU)而输出启动命令时,第二离合器CL2被变速器控制单元(TCU)释放。当第二离合器CL2的释放完成时,产生第一电动机MG1的目标RPM和第一电动机MG1的目标发动机扭矩,从而达到目标RPM和目标发动机扭矩。
此处,因为发动机RPM由于第二制动器BK2的释放而固定为0,所以无法在第二制动器BK2未释放时通过使用第一电动机MG1来执行车辆的启动。
在输入分流模式下的驱动模式中,车辆在第二制动器BK2固定时驱动。当通过在切断燃料的情况下使用第一电动机MG1而使发动机RPM降低,从而使得发动机RPM进入某个水平以下的范围时,向变速器控制单元(TCU)传输EV驱动模式进入命令,而变速器控制器TCU通过对第二离合器CL2施加压力而完成进入EV驱动模式。
离合器被释放而制动器被固定的启动模式
如图12和图13所示,当制动器释放以实施APS输入,从而使得通过混合控制单元(HCU)实施复合分流模式命令(S200)时,确定是否释放第二制动器BK2(S210)。
产生目标发动机RPM(S220),将目标发动机RPM与实际发动机RPM进行比较(S230),从而响应目标发动机RPM与实际发动机RPM之间的差异,通过反馈控制和前馈控制来产生第一电动机扭矩(S240)。
此处,确定发动机速度是否高于燃料注入速度(S250),并在发动机速度被确定为高于燃料注入速度时启动燃料注入(S260),并且限制发动机扭矩要求(S270),并在预定的时间周期内通过考虑冷却水温度来限制发动机扭矩升高率(S280)。
换言之,当发动机RPM升高时,实施注入信号,并根据HCU发动机扭矩限制来实施发动机扭矩。当完成车辆启动条件时,在不存在发动机扭矩限制要求时将车辆的启动识别为完成。
根据APS量确定是否取消EV驱动模式,并将第二电动机MG2的反应控制设置成受第一电动机MG1的扭矩量和驾驶员的总驱动要求限制的值。当输入了注入信号时,实施发动机扭矩升高限制,其用于限制所述发动机扭矩的升高,并在同时实施空气限制量和点火限制量。
虽然上文已经参照了混合控制单元(HCU)和变速器控制单元(TCU),但能够产生启动命令/输入分流模式命令/复合分流模式命令或控制离合器/制动器的任何控制单元均应当被理解为HCU或TCU。混合控制单元(HCU)和变速器控制单元(TCU)可作为一个控制单元来实施。
根据本发明,可通过在输入分流和复合分流中策略地开启或关闭混合动力车辆来改进燃料经济性,并改进混合动力车辆的适销性和驾驶性能。
为了方便解释和精确限定所附权利要求,术语上或下,前或后,内或外等被用于参考附图中所显示的这些特征的位置来描述示例性实施方式的特征。
前面对本发明具体示例性实施方案所呈现的描述是出于说明和描述的目的。前面的描述并不想要成为毫无遗漏的,也不是想要把本发明限制为所公开的精确形式,显然,根据上述教导很多改变和变化都是可能的。选择示例性具体实施方案并进行描述是为了解释本发明的特定原理及其实际应用,从而使得本领域的其他技术人员能够实现并利用本发明的各种示例性具体实施方案及其不同选择形式和修改形式。本发明的范围意在由所附权利要求书及其等同形式所限定。

Claims (8)

1.一种通过对具有多种模式的混合动力车辆的电动车辆控制而改进燃料经济性的方法,该方法包括:
通过释放制动器而实施加速踏板位置传感器的输入;
当实施来自第一控制单元的输入分流模式命令时,识别第二离合器是否被释放;
确定是否释放所述第二离合器;
产生发动机的目标每分钟转数;
将所述发动机的目标每分钟转数与所述发动机的实际每分钟转数进行比较,从而响应所述目标每分钟转数与所述实际每分钟转数之间的差异,通过反馈控制和前馈控制来产生第一电动机扭矩;
确定发动机速度是否高于燃料注入速度;
在发动机速度被确定为高于燃料注入速度时进行燃料注入;
在预定的时间周期内通过考虑冷却水温度来限制发动机扭矩升高率;
当所述发动机的每分钟转数增加时,实施注入信号;
根据所述第一控制单元的发动机扭矩限额来实施发动机扭矩,从而完成车辆启动条件;和
当不存在发动机扭矩限定要求时,识别车辆启动的完成。
2.根据权利要求1所述的通过对具有多种模式的混合动力车辆的电动车辆控制而改进燃料经济性的方法,进一步包括:
当识别所述第二离合器或第二制动器是否被释放时,基于所述加速踏板位置传感器的输入的量来确定是否取消电动车辆驱动模式。
3.根据权利要求1所述的通过对具有多种模式的混合动力车辆的电动车辆控制而改进燃料经济性的方法,进一步包括:
当产生所述第一电动机扭矩时,通过第二电动机的反应控制来设定受第一电动机扭矩量和驾驶员的总驱动要求量限制的值。
4.根据权利要求1所述的通过对具有多种模式的混合动力车辆的电动车辆控制而改进燃料经济性的方法,进一步包括:
当实施所述注入信号时,实施发动机扭矩升高限制,其用于限制所述发动机扭矩的升高,并同时实施空气限制量和点火限制量。
5.一种通过对具有多种模式的混合动力车辆的电动车辆控制而改进燃料经济性的方法,该方法包括:
通过释放制动器来实施加速踏板位置传感器的输入;
当实施来自第一控制单元的复合分流模式命令时,识别第二制动器是否被释放;
确定是否释放所述第二制动器;
产生发动机的目标每分钟转数;
将所述发动机的所述目标每分钟转数与所述发动机的实际每分钟转数进行比较,从而响应所述目标每分钟转数与所述实际每分钟转数之间的差异通过反馈控制和前馈控制来产生第一电动机扭矩;

在预定的时间周期内通过考虑冷却水温度来限制发动机扭矩升高率;
当所述发动机的每分钟转数增加时,实施注入信号;
根据所述第一控制单元的发动机扭矩限额来实施发动机扭矩,从而完成车辆启动条件;和
当不存在发动机扭矩限定要求时,识别车辆启动完成。
6.根据权利要求5所述的通过对具有多种模式的混合动力车辆的电动车辆控制而改进燃料经济性的方法,进一步包括:
当识别第二离合器或所述第二制动器是否释放时,基于所述加速踏板位置传感器的输入的量来确定是否取消电动车辆驱动模式。
7.根据权利要求5所述的通过对具有多种模式的混合动力车辆的电动车辆控制而改进燃料经济性的方法,进一步包括:
当产生所述第一电动机扭矩时,通过第二电动机的反应控制,设定受第一电动机扭矩量和驾驶员的总驱动要求量限制的值。
8.根据权利要求5所述的通过对具有多种模式的混合动力车辆的电动车辆控制而改进燃料经济性的方法,进一步包括:
当实施注入信号时,实施发动机扭矩升高限制,其用于限制所述发动机扭矩的升高,并在同时实施空气限制量和点火限制量。
