Abstract

本发明涉及一种专用以紧固面板的金属紧固件,主要包括一个扩张套筒和一个盲铆钉。扩张套筒上带有一向里弯曲的扩张片,在其前端部外表面周围设有突出物。盲铆钉是用作扩张元件,铆钉的扁头和铆钉杆穿入扩张套筒内孔的有割缝部分,通过铆接可使扩张片撑开并使突出物与钻孔的后割槽啮合,并使待紧固物件压紧在面板的背面。

Description

用于面板固定的紧固件
本发明涉及一种金属紧固件,更具体地说涉及用于面板固定的紧固件。
对于厚度很小的面板的紧固,需在面板背面设有孔深极小和带后割槽的钻孔。采用传统的扩张套筒紧固方法对于这种场合并不适宜,因为扩张套筒当固定于安放在钻孔底部的扩张元件时需通过锤打使它张开,在锤打时可能使面板断裂或使钻孔穿透。
从DE411011229A1可知有一种紧固件能避免上述缺点。它不采用扩张套筒而使用一弯成屋顶状的金属环,其弯曲的端部安放在位于钻孔底部的扩张锥面的锥形表面上。利用一安装工具只需用较小的压力将金属环压平并弯入钻孔的后割槽内。为了防止在薄的面板上钻孔穿透起见,需要正确地计量压力。因此这种装置比较昂贵,一般是在固定地点进行安装。在此情况下,面板应带着紧固件运送到安装现场。由于面板背面有突出的紧固螺栓,面板在运输时不能堆放,因此将使面板安装的工作时间和运输过程受到影响。
因此本发明的目的是要实现一种特别适用于面板安装固定的紧固件,它不需要昂贵的安装装置并能简便和安全地用于薄面板的安装。
为此本发明提供一种用于面板安装固定的紧固件,其中扩张套筒带有向里弯曲的扩张片,围绕其前端部的外表面设有突出物,扩张元件是一盲铆钉,其扁头和铆钉杆穿入扩张套筒内孔的带割缝部分并予以铆紧。把紧固件推入事先准备的钻孔,直到扩张套筒的端部位于钻孔底部为止。然后把盲铆钉的扁头从待紧固在面板背部的物件上的钻孔和扩张套筒的内孔推入,直到铆钉头位于待紧固物件的外表面为止。利用一铆钉钳通过铆钉杆把盲铆钉的扁头穿入扩张套筒内孔的裂口部分并铆紧。通过扁头的顶压和成形能使扩张片张开并使其突出物的外表面压在钻孔后割槽上。同时待紧固的物件通过铆钉头向面板的背面压紧。这里的物件可以是钩子、固定角铁、或类似的物件,利用它可使面板悬挂或紧固在建筑物上,从而可以获得一不可见的面板紧固装置。它能承受高的压力和拉力。通过盲铆钉扁头的可塑成形能够支撑扩张片,因而获得同面板的牢靠的结合。
为了获得足够的扩张压力使扩张片张开起见,扩张套筒的未割裂部分的内孔系呈圆柱形截面,随后紧接着一截头锥体状的扩大部分,而在扩张套筒前端又变小到圆柱截面的直径。
扩张套筒前端的内孔是呈倾斜的,以便于盲铆钉扁头的穿入。
最后为了改善扩张力的分布起见,突出物应呈现一锯齿形或梯形的轮廓,并在朝向扩张套筒的后部具有一倾斜面。
兹根据后面图中所示的实施例对本发明进行详细说明如下:
图1示出3置入一面板中的紧固件;
图2为图1的紧固件处于扩张状态;以及
图3为紧固件扩张套筒的另一个实施例。
如图1所示:面板1上带有钻孔2,在钻孔底3的范围内有一后割槽4。这种后割槽的加工可利用传统的绞孔装置来实行,不属于本说明的主题范围。
扩张套筒5应这样穿入钻孔2中,使其前端位于钻孔底部3。为了便于扩张套筒引入起见,藉割缝6形成的扩张片7应向里弯曲使扩张片7周围的突出物8的直径与面板1上的钻孔直径相适应。于是扩张套筒5便能全部推入面板1的钻孔2。
在所需安装的物件9,例如钩子、固定角铁或其他类似物件安放到面板1背面之后,把一盲铆钉12穿入扩张套筒5的内孔10和物件9的钻孔11,使铆钉头13处于待安装物件9的外表面。盲铆钉12的长度应能使其铆钉扁头端14完全穿经扩张套筒5。在扩张套筒5的未割缝部分有一圆柱形内孔10,其后紧接着一截头锥体状的扩大部分10a,然后根据弯曲的扩张片7,扩张套筒前端的直径又减小到圆柱形内孔10的直径。扩张套筒5最前端的内孔具有一倾斜面15。
图2表示扩张套筒5通过扩张片7的张开而固定和突出物8啮合在钻孔2的后割槽4中。扩张片的张开是藉将铆钉杆16上所设的扁头17拉入盲铆钉12来实现的。拉拨并铆接可利用铆钉钳来实现(图中未表示),在铆钉扁头17拉入和铆钉杆16在盲铆钉12内铆接完后拆卸。通过铆钉扁头17在扩张套筒5的内孔10的扩大部分10a内的成形,可将扩张片7弄弯和撑开,并把突出物8吻合在钻孔2的后割槽4中。同时藉铆钉头13将待紧固的物件9压紧在面板背面上。藉突出物8的锯齿形或梯形的轮廓与朝向扩张套筒后部的倾斜面18能使物件9与面板1压紧。
图3所示的扩张套筒5a表示由裂口6形成的扩张片7有一减小的外径,内孔10及其扩大部分10a制成后,应使扩张片7这样弯曲,使周围的突出物8的外径与扩张套筒5a的后部截面的直径相对应。

Claims (4)

1、一种金属紧固件,特别是适用于面板紧固的金属紧固件,设有一在钻孔的后割槽中能张开的带割缝的扩张套筒和一个起扩张作用的、具有一个将物件压紧在面板上的顶部的扩张元件,其特征在于扩张套筒(5,5a)带有向里弯曲的扩张片(7),围绕其前端部的外表面设有突出物(8),扩张元件是一盲铆钉(12),其扁头(17)和铆钉杆(16)穿入扩张套筒(5,5a)内孔的带割缝部分并予以铆紧。
2、按权利要求1的紧固件,其特征在于:扩张套筒(5,5a)的内孔在无割缝部分呈圆柱形截面,其后紧接一截头锥体状的扩大部分(10a),继而扩张套筒的前端部分又减小到圆柱形截面的直径。
3、按权利要求1的紧固件,其特征在于:扩张套筒(5,5a)前端的内孔(10)带有一倾斜面(15)。
4、按权利要求1的紧固件,其特征在于:突出物(8)呈现一锯齿形或梯形的轮廓,朝向扩张套筒(5,5a)的后端有一倾斜面18。
