Abstract
本发明提供一种原材料成型用系统装置,该装置主要包括变频电机(1),减速机(2),原材料捏合区及模头(13);原材料经由喂料系统输送到捏合区,捏合后的原材料经模头(13)挤出,输送至下一道切割工序(14);其特征在于,所述捏合区主要包括若干个加热区块,模温仪(15),粉料进料斗(3)及液态原材料进料斗(7),粉料进料斗(3)及液态原材料进料斗(7)下方出口分别连接不同的加热区块,加热区块及模头下方连接模温仪(15)。本发明设计简洁,配置合理,应用广泛,可以在生产过程中根据需求分段式调整加热温度,满足原材料多样性的需求,克服成型后原材料密度不均匀等缺点,保证整个成型过程准确顺利进行。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种原材料成型用系统装置,它主要由变频电机(1),减速机(2),原材料捏合区及模头(13)组成。
背景技术
目前,我国普遍采用的双螺杆挤出成型设备多采用单一进料口,只能满足单一种类原材料成型需求;原材料捏合过程中没有分段式加热,导致成型后的原材料密度不均一,韧性及硬度等性能较差。
发明内容
针对目前现有技术中存在的问题,本发明提供了一种原材料成型用系统装置,通过采用双口进料,分段式加热等方法,满足了多类型原材料成型的需求,克服了成型后的原材料密度不均一,韧性及硬度等性能较差的缺点。
本发明采用如下技术方案:该装置主要包括变频电机(1),减速机(2),原材料捏合区及模头(13);原材料经由喂料系统输送到捏合区,捏合后的原材料经模头(13)挤出,输送至下一道切割工序(14);其特征在于,所述捏合区主要包括若干个加热区块,模温仪(15),粉料进料斗(3)及液态原材料进料斗(7),粉料进料斗(3)及液态原材料进料斗(7)下方出口分别连接不同的加热区块,加热区块及模头下方连接模温仪(15)。
所述加热区块为8个,Zone1(4)右侧连接Zone2(5),Zone2(5)右侧连接Zone3(6),Zone3(6)右侧连接Zone4(8),Zone4(8)右侧连接Zone5(9),Zone5(9)右侧连接Zone6(10),Zone6(10)右侧连接Zone7(11),Zone7(11)右侧连接Zone8(12),8个加热区块可通过模温仪(15)独立调整温度,温度可调范围为30℃-300℃。
所述粉料进料斗(3)下方连接加热区块Zone1(4),所述液态原材料进料斗(7)下方连接加热区块Zone4(8)。
与现有技术相比,本发明提供的原材料成型用系统装置,设计简洁,配置合理,应用广泛,可以在生产过程中根据需求分段式调整加热温度,满足原材料多样性的需求,克服成型后原材料密度不均匀,韧性及强度性能较差等缺点,保证整个成型过程准确顺利进行。

本发明的实施例:
该装置主要包括变频电机(1),减速机(2),原材料捏合区及模头(13);原材料经由喂料系统输送到捏合区,捏合后的原材料经模头(13)挤出,输送至下一道切割工序(14);其特征在于,所述捏合区主要包括若干个加热区块,模温仪(15),粉料进料斗(3)及液态原材料进料斗(7),粉料进料斗(3)及液态原材料进料斗(7)下方出口分别连接不同的加热区块,加热区块及模头下方连接模温仪(15)。
变频电机(1)右侧连接减速机(2),减速机(2)右侧连接加热区块Zone1(4),Zone1(4)顶部连接粉料进料斗(3),Zone1(4)右侧连接Zone2(5),Zone2(5)右侧连接Zone3(6),Zone3(6)右侧连接Zone4(8),Zone4(8)顶部连接液态原材料进料斗(7),Zone4(8)右侧连接Zone5(9),Zone5(9)右侧连接Zone6(10),Zone6(10)右侧连接Zone7(11),Zone7(11)右侧连接Zone8(12),Zone8(12)右侧连接模头(13),模头(13)右侧连接切割工序(14),8个加热区块及模头下方连接模温仪(15)。
正常运行时,以硫磺、沥青与高岭土等混合物成型为例,变频电机(1)及减速机(2)为双螺杆提供动力,高岭土等粉末状原材料经由粉料进料斗(3)强力喂入Zone1(4),Zone1(4)加热至100℃,Zone2(5)加热至120℃,Zone3(6)加热至125℃,液态硫磺和沥青经由液态原材料进料斗(7)进入Zone4(8),Zone4(8)加热至130℃,Zone5(9)加热至135℃,Zone6(10)加热至140℃,Zone7(11)加热至145℃,Zone8(12)加热至150℃,混合物经加热捏合后进入模头(13),模头(13)温度保持在130℃,成型后的原材料被输送至下一道切割工序(14)。

1.一种原材料成型用系统装置,该装置主要包括变频电机(1),减速机(2),原材料捏合区及模头(13);原材料经由喂料系统输送到捏合区,捏合后的原材料经模头(13)挤出,输送至下一道切割工序(14);其特征在于,所述捏合区主要包括8个加热区块,模温仪(15),粉料进料斗(3)及液态原材料进料斗(7),粉料进料斗(3)及液态原材料进料斗(7)下方出口分别连接不同的加热区块,加热区块及模头下方连接模温仪(15);
所述8个加热区块的连接方式为:Zone1(4)右侧连接Zone2(5),Zone2(5)右侧连接Zone3(6),Zone3(6)右侧连接Zone4(8),Zone4(8)右侧连接Zone5(9),Zone5(9)右侧连接Zone6(10),Zone6(10)右侧连接Zone7(11),Zone7(11)右侧连接Zone8(12);
所述8个加热区块可通过模温仪(15)独立调整温度;
所述粉料进料斗(3)下方连接加热区块Zone1(4);
所述液态原材料进料斗(7)下方连接加热区块Zone4(8)。
2.如权利要求1所述的原材料成型用系统装置,其特征在于,所述8个加热区块温度可调范围为30℃~500℃。
