本发明涉及转盘轴承用密封件和使用该密封件的转盘轴承,包括轴线沿上下方向延伸的圆环形密封件本体,所述密封件本体包括用于与轴承外圈或轴承内圈的其中一个上设置的相应密封槽固定装配的根部和用于密封的唇部,所述唇部包括与根部连接的、沿密封件本体轴向延伸的用于与轴承外圈或轴承内圈上设置的环形凸起迷宫密封配合的轴向延伸段。本发明中密封件本体唇部的轴向延伸段与轴承内圈或外圈上设置的环形凸起构成迷宫式密封结构,密封效果好。

转盘轴承用密封件和使用该密封件的转盘轴承
技术领域
本发明涉及轴承技术领域,尤其涉及一种转盘轴承用密封件和使用该密封件的转盘轴承。
背景技术
转盘轴承的密封件结构通常采用如授权公告号为CN201599309U的中国专利“一种风力发电机转盘轴承”中公开的转盘轴承密封结构,包括轴承外圈和轴承内圈,轴承外圈与轴承内圈之间夹设有多个钢球,轴承内圈上端面低于轴承外圈,轴承内圈下端面伸出轴承外圈下端面,轴承外圈上开设有用于放置密封圈的环形密封槽,所述环形密封槽包括上环形密封槽和下环形密封槽,上环形密封槽位于轴承外圈内壁且略高于轴承内圈上端面,下环形密封槽位于轴承外圈下端面,上环形密封槽内设置有单唇密封圈,单唇密封圈包括根部和楔形密封唇部,所述根部安装固定在上环形密封槽内、楔形密封唇部压配在轴承内圈的上端面上;下环形密封槽内设置有双唇密封圈,双唇密封圈包括外周根部和沿其径向向密封圈内部延伸出的通过圆弧面过渡连接的上密封唇和下密封唇,双唇密封圈外周根部装配于下环形密封槽内、上密封唇和下密封唇与轴承内圈外圆周壁上设置的弧形突起接触密封配合。该结构中的单唇密封圈的楔形密封唇部是压配在轴承端面上的,当轴承运转过程中,楔形密封唇部与该端面之间产生间隙时将会影响密封效果,并且该单唇密封圈的楔形密封唇及双唇密封圈的上密封唇和下密封唇与轴承外圈均采用接触式密封,这种接触式密封结构在轴承启动和运转时的摩擦力矩较大,磨损较为严重,不适于启动和运转时摩擦力矩小或高速回转的场合。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提出一种密封效果好的转盘轴承用密封件。本发明还提供一种使用该密封件的转盘轴承。
为解决上述问题,本发明中转盘轴承用密封件采用的技术方案是:
转盘轴承用密封件,包括轴线沿上下方向延伸的圆环形密封件本体,所述密封件本体包括用于与轴承外圈或轴承内圈的其中一个上设置的相应密封槽固定装配的根部和用于密封的唇部,所述唇部包括与根部连接的、沿密封件本体轴向延伸的用于与轴承外圈或轴承内圈上设置的环形凸起迷宫密封配合的轴向延伸段。
所述唇部还包括与轴向延伸段连接的向密封件本体的根部延伸的翻沿,所述根部具有与所述轴向延伸段延伸方向相同的凸部,所述凸部、轴向延伸段和翻沿围设成具有用于环形凸起伸入的空间的环形凹槽,所述翻沿用于与环形凸起远离所述根部一侧间隙转动配合。
所述根部远离其凸部的一端与唇部连接处设有台阶面。
所述根部的上端面和下端面上分别设置有高于上、下端面的锯齿形凸起。
本发明中转盘轴承采用的技术方案是:
转盘轴承,包括轴承外圈和轴承内圈,所述轴承外圈和轴承内圈上设置有密封件,所述密封件包括轴线沿上下方向延伸的圆环状密封件本体,所述密封件本体包括用于与所述轴承外圈或轴承内圈的其中一个上设置的相应的密封槽固定装配的根部和用于与另一个密封配合的唇部,所述轴承外圈或轴承内圈的其中一个上开设有环形密封槽,另一个端面上设置有凸出该端面的环形凸起,所述唇部包括与根部连接的、沿密封件本体轴向延伸的与所述环形凸起迷宫密封配合的轴向延伸段。
所述唇部还包括与轴向延伸延伸段连接的向密封件本体的根部延伸的翻沿,所述根部具有与所述轴向延伸段延伸方向相同的凸部,所述凸部、轴向延伸段和翻沿围设成具有使环形凸起伸入的空间的环形凹槽,所述翻沿与所述环形凸起远离所述根部一侧间隙转动配合。
所述翻沿与所述环形凸起的配合间隙为0.5mm~1.5mm。
所述根部远离其凸部的一侧与唇部连接处设有台阶面。
所述根部的上端面和下端面上分别设置有高于上、下端面的锯齿形凸起。
本发明提出的转盘轴承用密封件和使用该密封件的转盘轴承,密封件本体的根部与轴承外圈或轴承内圈的其中一个上设置的环形密封槽固定配合安装,唇部包括沿密封件本体轴线方向延伸的用于与环形凸起迷宫密封配合的轴向延伸段,该轴线延伸段与环形凸起之间构成迷宫式密封结构,密封效果好。
进一步的,翻沿与轴承外圈或轴承内圈上设置的环形凸起远离密封件本体根部一侧间隙转动配合,唇部与环形凸起之间构成非接触式密封,显著降低了转盘轴承运行和运转时的摩擦力矩,使转盘轴承回转灵活。
进一步的,密封件的根部设置凸出上、下端面的锯齿,可以使密封件与环形密封槽的装配更加紧密。
进一步的,根部与密封唇部之间设置台阶面可用于密封件的径向限位,避免在转盘轴承运行过程中密封件沿径向窜动而导致单边间隙缩小而产生摩擦力矩。

具体实施方式
本发明的转盘轴承的实施例如图3~5所示,下面结合附图对本实施例的具体实施方式进行详细说明:
转盘轴承,包括轴线方向沿上下方向延伸的轴承外圈3和轴承内圈2,所述轴承内圈2上端面高出所述轴承外圈3上端面,所述轴承内圈2外周面上开设有上环形密封槽,所述轴承外圈3上端面与所述轴承内圈的上环形密封槽对应位置处设有环形凸起4,所述上环形密封槽内设置有上密封件1,所述上密封件1的结构如图1、图2所示,所述上密封件1采用丁腈橡胶制成,所述上密封件1包括轴线沿上下方向延伸的圆环状密封件本体,密封件本体包括用于安装固定密封件的根部11和用于密封的密封唇13,所述根部上、下表面分别设置有高出上、下表面的锯齿形凸起12,所述密封唇包括与所述根部连接的用于与所述环形凸起构成迷宫密封结构的轴向延伸段和与所述轴向延伸段连接的向所述根部延伸的翻沿,所述根部具有与所述轴向延伸段延伸方向相同的凸部,所述根部的凸部与所述唇部的轴向延伸段和翻沿围设成具有使所述环形凸起伸入的空间的环形凹槽,所述根部11远离其凸部一端具有低于所述密封唇13上端面并形成径向限位的台阶面,所述根部安装固定在轴承内圈上设置的上环形密封槽内,并与上环形密封槽过盈配合,所述翻沿与环形凸起4的远离密封件本体根部一侧间隙转动配合,两者之间的间隙为1mm,所述轴承外圈3下端面低于所述轴承内圈2下端面,所述轴承外圈内圆周壁上开设有下环形密封槽,所述下环形密封槽内设置有环状的下密封件6,所述下密封件6的结构如图5所示,包括用于安装固定下密封件的下密封件根部61和用于与轴承内圈2密封配合的楔形密封唇63,所述下密封件根部61的上下端面设置有凸出其上下端面的倒刺62,所述轴承外圈3与轴承内圈2之间设置有滚动体5。
当转盘轴承转动时,轴承外圈3固定,轴承内圈2转动,带动过盈配合装配于其外周壁上的上密封件转动,由于上密封件的密封唇13与设置于轴承外圈上端面上的环形凸起4的外周面之间为间隙转动配合,因此上密封件与环形凸起4之间形成非接触式密封,显著降低了转盘轴承运转时的摩擦力矩,使转盘轴承回转非常灵活,同时,环形凸起穿插在环形凹槽内并与所述密封唇的轴向延伸段形成迷宫式密封,保证了良好的密封效果。
在本实施例中为保证上密封件的密封唇与环形凸起的外圆周之间为间隙转动配合的非接触式密封,两者之间的间隙为1mm,在本发明的其他实施例中也可使两者之间的间隙设置为0.5mm~1.5mm之间除1mm以外的任意值,也可以是0.5mm~1.5mm之外的任意值。
在本实施例中在轴向延伸段上设置有翻沿,在本发明的其他实施例中也可不设翻沿。
在本实施例中上密封件安装固定在轴承内圈的外周面上,与之穿插并间隙转动配合的环形凸起设置在轴承外圈的端面上,在其他实施例中也可将上密封件安装固定在轴承外圈的内周面上,与之对应的环形凸起设置在轴承内圈的端面上。
在本实施例中上密封件采用非接触式密封,下密封件为接触式密封,在其他实施例中上下密封件均可采用如图1所示的非接触式密封结构。
本发明中转盘轴承用密封件的实施例如图1、图2所示,密封件的结构与上述实施例中上密封件的结构相同,在此不再赘述。

Claims (7)

1.转盘轴承用密封件,包括轴线沿上下方向延伸的圆环形密封件本体,所述密封件本体包括用于与轴承内圈上设置的相应密封槽固定装配的根部和用于与轴承外圈密封配合的唇部,其特征在于:所述唇部包括与根部连接的、沿密封件本体轴向延伸的用于与轴承外圈上设置的环形凸起迷宫密封配合的轴向延伸段,轴向延伸段包括用于与环形凸起的顶部围成第一迷宫段的底壁和用于与环形凸起的外周面围成第二迷宫段的侧壁;所述唇部还包括与轴向延伸段连接的向密封件本体的根部延伸的翻沿,所述根部具有与所述轴向延伸段延伸方向相同的凸部,所述凸部、轴向延伸段和翻沿围设成具有用于环形凸起伸入的空间的环形凹槽,所述翻沿用于与环形凸起远离所述根部一侧间隙转动配合。
2.根据权利要求1所述的转盘轴承用密封件,其特征在于:所述根部远离其凸部的一端与唇部连接处设有台阶面。
3.根据权利要求1~2中任意一项所述的转盘轴承用密封件,其特征在于:所述根部的上端面和下端面上分别设置有高于上、下端面的锯齿形凸起。
4.转盘轴承,包括轴承外圈和轴承内圈,所述轴承内圈上设置有密封件,所述密封件包括轴线沿上下方向延伸的圆环状密封件本体,所述密封件本体包括用于与所述轴承内圈上设置的相应的密封槽固定装配的根部和用于与轴承外圈密封配合的唇部,其特征在于:所述轴承外圈或轴承内圈的其中一个上开设有环形密封槽,另一个端面上设置有凸出该端面的环形凸起,所述唇部包括与根部连接的、沿密封件本体轴向延伸的与所述环形凸起迷宫密封配合的轴向延伸段,迷宫密封由第一迷宫段和第二迷宫段组成,第一迷宫段由轴向延伸段的底壁与环形凸起的顶部围成,第二迷宫段由轴向延伸段的侧壁与环形凸起的外周面围成;所述唇部还包括与轴向延伸段连接的向密封件本体的根部延伸的翻沿,所述根部具有与所述轴向延伸段延伸方向相同的凸部,所述凸部、轴向延伸段和翻沿围设成具有使环形凸起伸入的空间的环形凹槽,所述翻沿与所述环形凸起远离所述根部一侧间隙转动配合。
5.根据权利要求4所述的转盘轴承,其特征在于:所述翻沿与所述环形凸起的配合间隙为0.5mm~1.5mm。
6.根据权利要求4所述的转盘轴承,其特征在于:所述根部远离其凸部的一侧与唇部连接处设有台阶面。
7.根据权利要求4~6中任意一项所述的转盘轴承,其特征在于:所述根部的上端面和下端面上分别设置有高于上、下端面的锯齿形凸起。
