本实用新型属于转盘轴承轴向密封技术,主要提出一种可防脱落的转盘轴承端面密封条;密封条的上部为弧形面(1),密封条的两侧分别具有两排棘齿(2),棘齿(2)的上部为平面、下部为斜面;密封条的底部为平面。本实用新型所提出的密封条通过其侧面的棘齿与密封槽形成可靠的压紧定位,使得密封条的安装方便快捷并使密封条不能从槽口脱落,密封条露出槽口的弧形面起密封作用,其结构设计新颖合理。

本实用新型属于转盘轴承轴向密封技术,主要提出一种可防脱落的转盘轴承端面密封条。
背景技术
目前,在实现转盘轴承轴向密封时所使用的密封条为标准“O”型密封条,其横截面为“O”型并嵌于转盘轴承上的密封槽中,该密封槽通过其宽度略小于“O”型密封条横截面直径从而对“O”型密封条实现压紧定位,但在实际应用中,受密封条制造误差及密封槽加工误差的影响,实现压紧定位的压紧量难以得到可靠保证从而导致“O”型密封条脱落,影响了转盘轴承的装配及使用。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是提出一种可防脱落的转盘轴承端面密封条,以有效解决转盘轴承端面密封条脱落的问题。
本实用新型完成其发明任务所采取的技术方案是:一种可防脱落的转盘轴承端面密封条,密封条的上部为弧形面,密封条的两侧分别具有两排棘齿,棘齿的上部为平面、下部为斜面;密封条的底部为平面。
本实用新型所提出的可防脱落的转盘轴承端面密封条通过其侧面的棘齿与密封槽形成可靠的压紧定位,使得密封条的安装方便快捷并使密封条不能从槽口脱落,密封条露出槽口的弧形面起密封作用,其结构设计新颖合理。
