技术领域
本发明是和容器有关，特别是关于一种可供混合用的瓶盖。
背景技术
公知的混合用的瓶盖上，通常利用一刀具将其封膜予以割破，但是刀具与密封容室平时即相通，造成容室的密封性不足，长时间下来使得待混合材料与空气接触，而容易产生变质，进而影响口感及卫生等问题。另外，公知的刀具与盖体是各自分离组合的结构，因此在制造上必须有两个零件，因此也必须再作组装工作，且其组装的精确性也会影响产品使用的准确性，此为另一部分大问题。再者，有些产品使用后即产生结构破坏，很多构件无法再重复使用，产生的垃圾也造成环保的一部分问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种可供混合用的瓶盖，以解决公知技术中存在的缺陷。
为实现上述目的，本发明提供的可供混合用的瓶盖，包含有：一盖体，具有一瓶接部接设在一瓶体的一瓶口，一混合物装筒接于该瓶接部而对应该瓶体的瓶口，一按压膜件可受压弹性变形，以及一封口件接于该混合物装筒使形成有一容置空间可供容置待混合材料；其中，该按压膜件可受力弹性变形使直接或间接顶抵该封口件形成开口，使待混合材料可进入瓶体。

本发明提供的可供混合用的瓶盖，包含有一盖体，具有一瓶接部接设在一瓶体的一瓶口，一混合物装筒接于该瓶接部而对应该瓶体的瓶口，一按压膜件可受压弹性变形，以及一封口件接于该混合物装筒使形成有一容置空间可供容置待混合材料；其中，该按压膜件可受力弹性变形使直接或间接顶抵该封口件形成开口，使待混合材料可进入瓶体。
举以下较佳实施例并配合附图详细说明如下：
如图1至图7所示，本发明一较佳实施例所提供的一种可供混合用的瓶盖10，可装设至一瓶体40，及供装设预定种类的待混合材料50，例如咖啡粉、奶粉或茶叶等物质，或者奶精等液态物质亦可。
本实施例的该瓶盖10包含有：
一盖体20，具有一瓶接部21其周缘往下延伸形成一螺纹213用以螺接设在一瓶体40上，一混合物装筒23接于该瓶接部21而对应伸入该瓶体40的瓶口41内，一按压膜件25可受压弹性变形，以及一顶抵件27接设于该按压膜件25的内侧，该顶抵件27的横截面呈十字形并于末端形成有一顶戳部272。
其中，该混合物装筒23具有一封口件接部231，封口件30贴合于该混合物装筒23的封口件接部231。另外，该按压膜件25具有一第一膜部251，该按压膜件25具有一第二膜部252接于该第一膜部251，该顶抵件27接于该第二膜部252，本实施例中是向上凸起。其中，该第一膜部251或第二膜部252可至少其中一者或两者同时提供变形，最好也可回复原形状，例如弹性自动回复或是用户以手动回复。
一封口件30接于该混合物装筒23使形成有一容置空间39可供容置待混合材料50；其中，该按压膜件25可受力弹性变形使连动该顶抵件27顶抵该封口件30，使待混合材料50可进入瓶体40。其中，该封口件30可受该顶抵件27的作动被戳破而形成开口。
以及一保护盖60，具有一接盖部61可盖设于该盖体20，以及一保护空间63盖住该按压膜件25。
广义而言，本发明该盖体20、封口件30及保护盖60不限定是个别分开的构件，其也可两两为一体的构件，或者全部为一体的构件。
本发明的使用方及其特点，说明如下：
如图5所示，首先，该瓶盖10内部已装设有预定的待混合材料50，且瓶体40中装有预定的液体；当使用者欲混合时，先将该保护盖60取下，接着即可以手指按压该按压膜件25，该按压膜件25即连动该顶抵件27位移，该顶抵件27顶戳该封口件30使其破裂开口，如图6所示；该按压膜件25可回复变形，使该顶抵件27脱脽该封口件30，该待混合材料50即可由封口件30的破裂开口进入瓶体40与液体进行混合，如图7所示，因此使用操作非常方便。除此之外，该保护盖60可以防止使用者误按。
再者，该按压膜件25的第一膜部251与第二膜部252，可回复变形的结构，可以提供重复使用的目的，使用者可自行装填待混合材料50之后重新使用，更加有环保概念。
如图8至图10所示，本发明另一实施例与前述实施例大体相同，其不同处在于：
该封口件30具有一剥离缘33可与该装筒接部31撕离一开板35，该封口件30可受该顶抵件27顶抵，使其剥离缘33破裂而打开开板35，待混合材料50即得落入瓶体40中，然而该封口件30的装筒接部31仍与开板35部分连接着而不会掉入瓶体40中；或者，该开板35也可完全被剥离于装筒接部31而可使开板35掉入瓶体40中。
如图11至图13所示，本发明再一实施例与前述实施例大体相同，其不同处在于：
该混合物装筒23具有另一封口件接部232，该封口件接部232为筒形底缘的内孔周壁，封口件30具有一装筒接部32外围周壁可卡合于该混合物装筒23的封口件接部231；操作时，该封口件30可受该顶抵件27顶抵使其装筒接部32脱离该混合物装筒23的封口件接部232，该封口件30则即掉落进入瓶体40中。本实施例也可采其一封口件接部231与另一封口件接部232并用，以及其一装筒接部31与另一装筒接部32并用的方式。
如图14及图15所示，本发明又一实施例与前述实施例大体相同，其不同处在于：
该盖体20不包含有该顶抵件27，直接利用该按压膜件25变形压抵待混合材料50，间接以该待混合材料50迫使该封口件30打开或破裂，仍可达到相同目的。
除了以上结构之外，本发明各组件均可变化施实如下：
例如，该按压膜件25也可不具有第二膜部252，即该顶抵件27直接接于该第一膜部251。而且，该按压膜件25也不限定是凸出、平面或下凹的各种形状。
或者，不限定如前述一定要具有该瓶接部21及其的螺纹213，例如直接以混合物装筒23栓塞瓶口41即可。或是，该瓶接部21直接形成在该混合物装筒23的外周(图中未示)。
还有，该混合物装筒23并不限定是前述凹入瓶口41型式，其也可改为凸出型式(图中未示)，该混合物装筒23也可凸出于该瓶口41之外以上，以提供更多不同的外形需求，即该盖体20的混合物装筒23是位于瓶接部21内侧、下缘或顶缘；由此，混合物装筒23的尺寸可不用理会瓶口41的孔径大小，即均可适用。
此外，顶抵件27的型式可为其他任意形状，或是其他结构，例如该顶抵件27不一定要一体连接在该按压膜件25，该顶抵件27也可改为一个独立的构件(图中未示)。或是，该顶抵件27可再改为连接于该封口件30。甚至，如果密封良好，根本可以不需要该顶抵件27，直接以空气压力或待混合材料50间接压力迫使封口件30破裂或掉落。
再者，该按压膜件25的第一膜部251与第二膜部252，除了如前述可回复变形之外，亦可改为不可回复变形的结构，以使制造更为简便，且可在欲避免重复使用时适用。
另外，该按压膜件25也可为一个单独构件，不连接于盖体20，只要可以与盖体20组装，例如螺接或卡接等。且此等设计时，该封口件30则可选择接设在盖体20或按压膜件25其中之一，而当装设在盖体20时更以为一体连接。
综上所陈，本发明解决了公知技术的缺失，提供了一简单安全的使用结构，其方便生产制作，待混合材料密封性较佳，且可方便操作且动作确实者，确实达成本发明的目的。

2.依据权利要求1所述可供混合用的瓶盖，其中，该盖体具有一顶抵件位于该按压膜件与封口件之间。
3.依据权利要求2所述可供混合用的瓶盖，其中，该顶抵件连接于该按压膜件。
4.依据权利要求3所述可供混合用的瓶盖，其中，该按压膜件具有一第一膜部，一第二膜部接于该第一膜部，该顶抵件接于该第二膜部。
5.依据权利要求2所述可供混合用的瓶盖，其中，该封口件可受该顶抵件的作动被戳破而形成该开口。
6.依据权利要求1所述可供混合用的瓶盖，其中，该按压膜件是向上凸起。
7.依据权利要求1或6所述可供混合用的瓶盖，其中，该按压膜件具有一第一膜部，一第二膜部接于该第一膜部。
8.依据权利要求1所述可供混合用的瓶盖，其中，该混合物装筒具有一封口件接部，封口件贴合或卡合于该混合物装筒的封口件接部。
9.依据权利要求1所述可供混合用的瓶盖，其中，该封口件具有一剥离缘可与该装筒接部撕离而形成一开板。
10.依据权利要求1所述可供混合用的瓶盖，其中，包含一保护盖可盖设于该盖体，盖住该按压膜件。
