Description
本考案は、キャップに関し、詳しくは混合用キャップに関するものである。
従来の混合用キャップを使用する時、刃物で密封膜を切る必要がある。刃物とキャップとが一体になる場合、刃物と密封室とが相互に接触するため、格納室の気密性が落ちるだけでなく、長期にわたって混合材料を空気に接触させ、混合材料が変質すると同時に口当たりが悪くなり、衛生上の問題が起こる。一方、従来の刃物とキャップとが別々分離されている場合、製造する際に二つの部品が必要であるため、組立作業が必要とする。組立作業の正確性は製品の使用上の信頼性にかかわる。また、製品は使用された後、構造が破壊され、多くの部品が再利用されることができないため、ごみを生じると同時に環境の問題となる。
本考案は、上述した問題に鑑みてなされたものであり、その目的は、構造が簡単かつ安全であり、製造が容易で混合材料の気密性が比較的よいだけでなく操作が便利で確実に作動可能な混合用キャップを提供することにある。
本考案による混合用キャップは、蓋体および密封ユニットを備える。蓋体は連結部、混合物格納筒およびプッシュボタンを備える。連結部は瓶の口部に装着される。混合物格納筒は瓶の口部に対応するように連結部に連結される。プッシュボタンは圧力によって弾性的に変形できる。密封ユニットは混合物格納筒に装着されることで混合材料の格納に用いる格納空間を形成する。一方、プッシュボタンは外力を受けて弾性的に変形し、密封ユニットに直接または間接に当接すると、開口が形成されることによって混合材料が瓶に入いる。
以下、本考案による混合用キャップを図面に基づいて説明する。
（第一実施形態）
図１から図７に示すように、本考案の第一実施形態による混合用キャップ１０は、瓶４０に装着され、かつコーヒー粉、ミルクまたは茶葉、或いはクリームまたは別の液体物質などの混合材料５０の格納に用いられる。混合用キャップ１０は、蓋体２０、密封ユニット３０および保護キャップ６０を備える。
（第一実施形態）
図１から図７に示すように、本考案の第一実施形態による混合用キャップ１０は、瓶４０に装着され、かつコーヒー粉、ミルクまたは茶葉、或いはクリームまたは別の液体物質などの混合材料５０の格納に用いられる。混合用キャップ１０は、蓋体２０、密封ユニット３０および保護キャップ６０を備える。
蓋体２０は、連結部２１、混合物格納筒２３、プッシュボタン２５および当接ユニット２７を備える。連結部２１は周りから下に伸びて形成されたねじ山２１３を有し、ねじ山２１３によって瓶４０に締め付けられる。混合物格納筒２３は瓶４０の口部４１に入り込むように連結部２１に連結される。プッシュボタン２５は圧力によって弾性的に変形できる。当接ユニット２７はプッシュボタン２５の内側に配置される。当接ユニット２７は末端に形成された刺通し部２７２を有し、水平断面が十字形を呈する。
一方、混合物格納筒２３は、密封用連結部２３１を有する。密封ユニット３０は混合物格納筒２３の密封用連結部２３１に密着する。プッシュボタン２５は第一膜２５１と、第一膜２５１に繋がる第二膜２５２とを有する。当接ユニット２７は第二膜２５２に連結される。本実施形態において、当接ユニット２７は上に突起する。第一膜２５１および第二膜２５２のうちの少なくとも一つまたは二つとも変形できる。さらに復元できれば、例えば、弾力によって自動的に復元するか人の手にたよって復元すれば最も好ましい。
密封ユニット３０は、混合物格納筒２３に装着されることで混合材料５０の格納に用いる格納空間５０を構成する。一方、プッシュボタン２５は外力を受けて弾性的に変形し、当接ユニット２７を密封ユニット３０に当接させることができる。密封ユニット３０は当接ユニット２７の作動によって破れ、開口を形成することができる。このとき混合材料５０は瓶４０に入り込むことができる。
保護キャップ６０は、蓋体２０に被さる接続部６１と、プッシュボタン２５に被さる保護空間６３とを有する。

図５に示すように、まず、あらかじめ蓋体１０の内部に混合材料５０を入れ、瓶４０の内部に液体を入れておく。両者を混合させる際、保護キャップ６０を取り外し、指でプッシュボタン２５を押すと、プッシュボタン２５は当接ユニット２７を前進させ、当接ユニット２７は密封ユニット３０を刺し通す。図６に示すように、このとき密封ユニット３０は破れ、開口を形成する。図７に示すように、そののちプッシュボタン２５は変形および復元によって当接ユニット２７を密封ユニット３０から後退させる。このとき混合材料５０は密封ユニット３０に形成された開口から瓶４０に入り込み、液体に混じることができる。従って、本考案は操作が非常に簡単であるだけでなく、保護キャップ６０によって操作の誤りを防止することができる。
一方、プッシュボタン２５の第一膜２５１および第二膜２５２は変形および復元できる構造であるため、再利用の要求を満足させることができる。従って、本考案は混合材料５０を充填し直し、再び使用することができるだけでなく、環境保全に配慮することができる。
（第二実施形態）
図８から図１０に示したのは第二実施形態である。上述した実施形態との違いは次の通りである。
密封ユニット３０は、剥離辺縁部３３と、格納筒連結部３１と剥離できる板状扉３５とを有する。密封ユニット３０は当接ユニット２７に当接し、剥離辺縁部３３を破裂させ、板状扉３５を開けることによって混合材料５０を瓶４０の中に落下させることができる。このとき密封ユニット３０の格納筒連結部３１と板状扉３５の一部分とは相互に連結されるため、瓶４０の中に落下しないが、これに限らない。本実施形態は板状扉３５を格納筒連結部３１から完全に剥離させ、瓶４０の中に落下させることができる。
図８から図１０に示したのは第二実施形態である。上述した実施形態との違いは次の通りである。

上述した構造のほかに、本考案は下記のように部品に変化を加えることができる。
図１４および図１５に示したのは第四実施形態である。上述した実施形態との違いは次の通りである。
蓋２０は当接ユニット２７が配置されず、直接プッシュボタン２５を変形させ、混合材料５０に当接させ、続いて混合材料５０によって密封ユニット３０を間接に圧迫する。このとき密封ユニット３０は開くか、破裂するため、同じ目的を達成することができる。
上述した構造のほかに、本考案は下記のように部品に変化を加えることができる。
例えば、本考案はプッシュボタン２５に第二膜２５２を配置せず、当接ユニット２７と第一膜２５１とを連結することができる。一方、プッシュボタン２５は突起状、平面状または陥没状の様々な形に限らない。
上述したとおり、連結部２１およびねじ山２１３は必ずしも必要であるとは限らない。例えば、瓶４０の口部４１に混合物格納筒２３を嵌め込めばよい。或いは混合物格納筒２３の周りに連結部２１を形成すればよい。
一方、混合物格納筒２３は瓶４０の口部４１に入り込むような陥没状に限らず、突起状であってもよい。混合物格納筒２３は瓶４の口部４１に突起する形のほかに、必要に応じて様々な形を呈することができる。つまり蓋２０の混合物格納筒２３は連結部２１の内側、下方辺縁部または頂部に位置してもよいため、混合物格納筒２３のサイズは瓶４０の口部４１の孔径の大きさにかかわらず、必要に応じることができる。
一方、当接ユニット２７は形が任意の形または別の構造であってもよい。例えば、当接ユニット２７はプッシュボタン２５と一体になるとは限らず、単独の構造であってもよい。また当接ユニット２７は密封ユニット３０に連結されてもよい。密封状態が良好である場合、当接ユニット２７にたよる必要なく、空気圧または混合材料５０の間の圧力によって密封ユニット３０を破裂または落下させることができる。
一方、プッシュボタン２５の第一膜２５１および第二膜２５２は上述したとおり、変形及び復元できる構造であるが、これに限らず、変形および復元できない構造であってもよいため、製造を簡単化することができるだけでなく、再利用を防止することができる。
一方、プッシュボタン２５は蓋２０に連結されるとは限らず、単独の構造であってもよい。締付または嵌合方式によってプッシュボタン２５と蓋２０とを組み合わせさえすればよい。このような設計は、蓋２０およびプッシュボタン２５のいずれか一つに密封ユニット３０を配置することである。密封ユニット３０を蓋２０に配置すれば、密封ユニット３０と蓋２０が一体になる。
上述したとおり、本考案は従来の技術の欠点を解決することができるだけでなく、構造が簡単かつ安全であり、製造が容易で混合材料の気密性が比較的よく、操作が便利で確実に作動することができる。

Claims (10)
- 瓶の口部に装着される連結部、前記瓶の前記口部に対応するように前記連結部に連結される混合物格納筒、および、圧力によって弾性的に変形可能であるプッシュボタンを有する蓋体と、
前記混合物格納筒に装着されることで混合材料の格納に用いる格納空間を形成する密封ユニットと、を備え、
前記プッシュボタンが外力を受けて弾性的に変形し前記密封ユニットに直接または間接に当接すると、開口が形成されることによって混合材料が前記瓶に入いることを特徴とする混合用キャップ。 - 前記蓋体は、さらに当接ユニットを有し、
前記当接ユニットは、前記プッシュボタンと前記密封ユニットとの間に位置することを特徴とする請求項１に記載の混合用キャップ。 - 前記当接ユニットは、前記プッシュボタンに連結されることを特徴とする請求項２に記載の混合用キャップ。
- 前記プッシュボタンは、第一膜と、当該第一膜に繋がる第二膜とを有し、
前記当接ユニットは、前記第二膜に連結されることを特徴とする請求項３に記載の混合用キャップ。 - 前記密封ユニットは、前記当接ユニットの作動によって破れ、開口を形成することを特徴とする請求項２に記載の混合用キャップ。
- 前記プッシュボタンは、上方向に突起することを特徴とする請求項１に記載の混合用キャップ。
- 前記プッシュボタンは、第一膜と、当該第一膜に繋がる第二膜とを有することを特徴とする請求項１または請求項６に記載の混合用キャップ。
- 前記混合物格納筒は、密封用連結部を有し、
前記密封ユニットは、前記混合物格納筒の前記密封用連結部に接着または嵌合されることを特徴とする請求項１に記載の混合用キャップ。 - 前記密封ユニットは、剥離辺縁部と、格納筒連結部と、剥離可能な板状扉とを有することを特徴とする請求項１に記載の混合用キャップ。
- 前記蓋体に装着され、前記プッシュボタンに被さる保護キャップをさらに備えることを特徴とする請求項１に記載の混合用キャップ。
