Abstract
本发明涉及一种银鲳抗应激保健剂，其原料组成及质量百分比分别为：维生素C磷酸酯镁5~10%，甜菜碱5~10%，γ-氨基丁酸2~5%，牛磺酸5~10%，谷氨酸3~5%，酵母粉10~20%，中草药粉末10~20%，其余为稀释剂；其中所述中草药粉末是由5~10重量份的柏子仁、5~10重量份的丹参、2~8重量份的茯苓、2~5重量份的连翘、3~5重量份的甘草、2~4重量份的黄芪制成。采用本发明的抗应激保健剂能够明显地降低环境刺激所导致的应激反应，银鲳的存活率较未添加该抗应激保健剂时提高了10~15%，且增重速率也明显加快，养殖的经济效益得到了很大的提升。

技术领域
本申请属于饲料添加剂领域，具体涉及一种水产动物饲料添加剂，特别是一种银鲳抗应激保健剂。
背景技术
银鲳（学名：Pampus argenteus）为辐鳍鱼纲鲈形目鲳亚目鲳科的其中一种，俗名白鲳，系名贵的海产食用鱼类之一，每百克肉含蛋白质15.6克、脂肪6.6克。肉质细嫩且刺少，尤其适于老年人和儿童食用。加工制品有罐头、咸干、糟鱼及鲳鱼鲞等。对于消化不良、贫血、筋骨酸痛等病症有辅助疗效，因而倍受养殖业者和消费者的青睐。然而，由于过度捕捞和环境污染，银鲳资源日益衰退，不能满足广大消费者的需求，为此，开展银鲳这一优质资源的人工养殖，恢复其资源显得尤为重要。近年来，国内外学者在银鲳的人工养殖、苗种培育及养成上进行了较为深入的研究。目前，在人工养殖条件下，利用市售的其他鱼类的饲料饲养银鲳，虽然能够达到性成熟，但不足之处在于生长速度相对较为缓慢、个体偏好，且由于环境因子的变化、养殖过程中的开关灯、放停水、养殖人员的走动等均引起银鲳的应激反应，致使银鲳养殖成活率很低，因此开发银鲳抗应激保健剂，不但可以提高银鲳养殖成活率，促进银鲳的生长，还可以提高银鲳养殖的经济效益。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种银鲳抗应激保健剂，以提高银鲳的抗应激能力和免疫力，同时该保健剂作为饲料添加剂用于银鲳鱼饲料中可以改善饲料的口感，具有良好的诱食性，提高养殖的成活率和银鲳的生长速度。
本发明的目的通过以下技术方案实现：
一种银鲳抗应激保健剂，其特征在于，其原料组成及质量百分比分别为：维生素C磷酸酯镁 5~10%，甜菜碱 5~10%，γ-氨基丁酸 2~5%，牛磺酸 5~10%，谷氨酸 3~5%，酵母粉10~20%，中草药粉末 10~20%，其余为稀释剂。
其中所述的中草药粉末是由5~10重量份的柏子仁、5~10重量份的丹参、2~8重量份的茯苓、2~5重量份的连翘、3~5重量份的甘草、2~4重量份的黄芪制成，其制备方法为：按重量份称取上述中草药，混合后经超微粉碎至120~150目即得。
其中所述的稀释剂为玉米蛋白粉、米糠、麦麸、大豆粉中的一种或多种，优选为玉米蛋白粉。
该银鲳抗应激保健剂的原料组成优选为：维生素C磷酸酯镁 10%，甜菜碱 8%，γ-氨基丁酸 4%，牛磺酸 10%，谷氨酸 4%，酵母粉15%，中草药粉末 20%，玉米蛋白粉 29%。
该银鲳抗应激保健剂的制备方法是：按配方称取上述原料，粉碎后混合即得到本发明的抗应激保健剂。
该银鲳抗应激保健剂的使用方法为：在投喂的饲料中添加投喂饲料总质量1~5%的银鲳抗应激保健剂，混匀即可。
本发明的优点及有益效果是：1. 本发明银鲳抗应激保健剂中添加了由柏子仁、丹参、茯苓、连翘、甘草和黄芪等中草药组成的中草药粉末，其中柏子仁、丹参、茯苓具有安神增肥之功效，三者配合使用，协同增效能明显的改善银鲳的应激性，降低其对于环境条件变化的应激，另外连翘、甘草和黄芪具有增强机体免疫、抗感染的功效，另外甘草在一定程度上能够改善饲料的诱食性，上述中草药成分协同增效，能够降低银鲳对外界变化的应激反应，提高银鲳的免疫力及成活率，促进银鲳的生长。
2. 本发明银鲳抗应激保健剂选用了牛磺酸和γ-氨基丁酸，两者均属于神经递质类物质，能抑制性调节中枢神经系统神经元的活动，具有镇定、安神、抗惊厥的作用，降低机体对应激的反应性，维生素C也能减少应激反应对机体的刺激和损伤。
3. 本发明的银鲳抗应激保健剂中添加了甜菜碱和酵母粉，对于银鲳具有良好的诱食作用，且酵母粉中含有丰富的蛋白质和维生素，具有增强体质、减少疾病、增重的功效，并且酵母粉具有一定的粘附性，能够使得本发明的抗应激保健剂与投喂饲料有效的结合；同时其中添加的谷氨酸能够起到提鲜的作用。
本发明针对银鲳养殖过程中的应激反应强、死亡率高的问题，根据银鲳的生长特点和营养需求，精选上述原料进行组合，各原料之间具有协同增效的作用。采用本发明的抗应激保健剂能够明显地降低环境刺激所导致的应激反应，银鲳的存活率较未添加该抗应激保健剂时提高了10~15%，且增重速率也明显加快，养殖的经济效益得到了很大的提升。

实施例5：动物实验
选取同一批次、生长发育状况基本相近的渤海银鲳幼苗6000尾，随机分为6组，每组1000尾，其中组1为空白对照组，在投喂饲料中添加3%的玉米蛋白粉，组2~3为对比试验组，分别在投喂饲料中添加3%的下面对比试验例1和2的抗应激保健剂，组4~6为实验组，在投喂饲料中分别添加3%的实施例2~4的抗应激保健剂，动物实验历经半年，记录起始以及半年后的鱼苗叉长和体重等生长数据、鱼苗的存活率等参数，计算平均体重增重率和存活率，具体结果见表1。
对比试验例1：一种银鲳抗应激保健剂，其特征在于，其原料组成及质量百分比分别为：维生素C磷酸酯镁 10%，甜菜碱 8%，γ-氨基丁酸 4%，牛磺酸 10%，谷氨酸 4%，酵母粉15%，玉米蛋白粉 49%。
对比试验例2：一种银鲳抗应激保健剂，其特征在于，其原料组成及质量百分比分别为：维生素C 18%，γ-氨基丁酸 4%，牛磺酸 8%，圆筛藻粉15%，甲壳素 30%，玉米蛋白粉 25%。

上述动物实验结果表明，在投喂料中添加本发明实施例2~4的抗应激保健剂后，银鲳的存活率和平均增重率都得到了很大的提高，特别是本发明实施例4的抗应激保健剂，其存活率较对照组提高了15%，平均增重率也提高了7.3%，即通过投喂本发明的抗应激保健剂，一方面可以减少鱼苗的死亡，节约鱼苗成本；另一方面生长速度更快，提高了养殖的经济效益。本发明的原料均可从市场上购买。

1. 一种银鲳抗应激保健剂，其特征在于，其原料组成及质量百分比分别为：维生素C磷酸酯镁 5~10%，甜菜碱 5~10%，γ-氨基丁酸 2~5%，牛磺酸 5~10%，谷氨酸 3~5%，酵母粉10~20%，中草药粉末 10~20%，其余为稀释剂。
2. 根据权利要求1所述的银鲳抗应激保健剂，其特征在于，其中所述的中草药粉末是由5~10重量份的柏子仁、5~10重量份的丹参、2~8重量份的茯苓、2~5重量份的连翘、3~5重量份的甘草、2~4重量份的黄芪制成，其制备方法为：按重量份称取中草药原料，混合后经超微粉碎至120~150目即得。
3. 根据权利要求1所述的银鲳抗应激保健剂，其特征在于，其中所述的稀释剂为玉米蛋白粉、米糠、麦麸、大豆粉中的一种或多种，优选为玉米蛋白粉。
4. 根据权利要求3所述的银鲳抗应激保健剂，其特征在于，其原料组成及质量百分比优选为：维生素C磷酸酯镁 10%，甜菜碱 8%，γ-氨基丁酸 4%，牛磺酸 10%，谷氨酸 4%，酵母粉15%，中草药粉末 20%，玉米蛋白粉 29%。
5. 根据权利要求1所述的银鲳抗应激保健剂，其特征在于，在投喂的饲料中添加所述银鲳抗应激保健剂占投喂饲料总质量的百分比为1~5%。
