Abstract

用于将薄膜与嵌件焊接成袋子以及用于实施一其它加工步骤(例如灌装所述袋子)的系统一般都需要在不同传送构件之间进行转送。本发明建议为焊接站和其它加工步骤使用连续式构件。本发明也为此揭示了实用的实施方案。整体而论,所述系统不仅成本低,结构也很紧凑。

Description

用于焊接薄膜与嵌件的系统、组合式支架、焊接方法和由此制成的产品
技术领域
本发明涉及一种用于将薄膜与嵌件焊接成袋子的系统、一种组合式支架、一种焊接方法和一种由此制成的产品。
背景技术
制造例如医用袋时,第一工序是焊入软管或其它组件。通常是将软管或其它组件焊入卷状或预裁件形式的平面薄膜、管状薄膜中。可与第一工序在同一个焊接站上实施的第二工序是进行周向焊接。由此形成所需要的袋子。
所使用的嵌件(又称“端口”)大多为小塑料管,这是为袋子提供连接可能性。焊入这样的小管子时一般会将其插装在专用线棒(Mandrene)上。这种专用线棒又称“中心电极”。
举例而言,WO 2007/140760A2描述的就是一种包含一或多个用于将小塑料管焊入薄膜的专用线棒的焊接工具。
这些专用线棒通常不是安装在链条上就是安装在转台上。该链条或转台在站与站之间传送组件,在此过程中通过该链条或转台来为各加工站确保定位精度。
以上述方式制成的袋子一般会在完成焊接后被灌装液体,予以封闭后再进行包装。为此需要将这样的袋子从第一传送系统转送到第二传送系统。在这个多数情况下同样为一链条或一其它转台的第二传送系统中完成灌装。为此需要将袋子从水平位置送入倾斜或垂直位置。完成新的定向后,针对灌装站或封闭站的要求对袋子进行定心处理。
发明内容
本发明的目的是改进系统式制袋。
根据本发明的第一方面,本发明用来达成该目的的解决方案为一种用于将薄膜与嵌件焊接成袋子以及用于实施一其它加工步骤的系统,所述其它加工步骤在所述系统所实施的循环中位于所述焊接之后,其中设有用于进行所述焊接的嵌件焊接支架以及用于实施所述其它加工步骤的袋子抓持器,其中,所述嵌件焊接支架与所述袋子抓持器实施为结构单元。
“系统”这个概念一般是指建立在传送连接基础上的包含多个工具和多个站的系统。通常将提供薄膜和嵌件的位置作为系统的起点。系统一般终止于输出站,也就是将完成灌装的医疗袋输出以作进一步之包装处理或者将完成灌装且已经包装处理的医疗袋输出的站。
“焊接”一般但并非必须在高频焊接站上进行。高频焊接站特别适合用来在塑料之间建立可靠连接。其它例子有热接触焊接、超声波焊接、脉冲焊接等等。
“薄膜”一般指单层薄膜、薄膜管或者双层或多层薄膜。
“其它加工步骤”不是在系统的另一个站上进行,就是在一具有双重功能的站上实施。通常情况下,这个其它加工步骤在整个循环中无论在空间还是时间上都位于焊接之后。但是,该其它加工步骤只是在时间上位于焊接之后就够了。举例而言,所述其它加工步骤可以是袋子灌装。
“嵌件焊接支架”用于对需要与薄膜焊接在一起的嵌件进行位置固定。它可以将嵌件优选固定在一销棒和/或夹具上,其中,该嵌件焊接支架主要可具有专用线棒支架以及/或者可与专用线棒支架连接。采用这种配置时,所述销棒可由专用线棒构成。
专用线棒支架对一线棒进行固定,以便该线棒能够伸入嵌件。由此完成嵌件的焊接准备工作。
“嵌件”主要采用由塑料构成的小管子或梭形件(Schiff)。
根据本发明的第一方面,所述嵌件焊接支架与所述袋子抓持器实施为结构单元,即构成一构件,这个构件可以直接具有多个分别具备特定功能的部件。关键在于,嵌件焊接支架和袋子抓持器不像现有技术那样彼此分离地布置在系统上,因而不需要用转送站在二者之间进行转送。现有技术选用分离方案的目的是为了让袋子在系统的焊接站和用于实施其它加工步骤的站上都能得到理想定位。而本发明所介绍的这个方面则认识到,这两个系统元件是可以直接组合起来的。如果需要进行转送,可以在该组合式构件内部的两个部件之间进行转送,或者简单地将同一个构件的功能从嵌件焊接支架转换成袋子抓持器。
所述嵌件焊接支架与所述袋子抓持器可为同一个部件。
根据本发明既可独立应用亦可与第一方面组合应用的第二方面,本发明用来达成前述目的的解决方案为一种用于将薄膜与嵌件焊接成袋子以及用于实施一其它加工步骤的系统,所述其它加工步骤在所述系统所实施的循环中位于所述焊接之后,其中设有用于进行所述焊接的嵌件焊接支架以及用于实施所述其它加工步骤的袋子抓持器,其中,所述嵌件焊接支架和/或所述袋子抓持器具有一可偏转部分,或者采用可整体偏转或可相对偏转的设计。
这个技术方案同样能实现上述发明构思,也就是将嵌件焊接支架特别是包含专用线棒支架的嵌件焊接支架与袋子抓持器相组合的构思,而偏转可以确保在焊接站和其它加工站上都能实现尽可能好的工作条件。
所述嵌件焊接支架和所述袋子抓持器不必为此而实施为结构单元。
根据本发明的第三方面,本发明用来达成前述目的的解决方案为一种用于将薄膜与嵌件焊接成袋子以及用于实施一其它加工步骤的系统,所述其它加工步骤在所述系统所实施的循环中位于所述焊接之后,其中设有用于进行所述焊接的嵌件焊接支架以及用于实施所述其它加工步骤的袋子抓持器,其中,所述系统采用纵向延伸结构且包括第一侧和第二侧,两侧分别提供一线性传送构件,所述传送构件分别在第一侧与第二侧之间的端面掉头转向,从而实现由单独一个传送构件完成所有传送任务,其中,焊接站布置在第一侧,灌装站布置在第二侧。
所述系统的整体结构非常紧凑,因为仅存在一个整体呈纵向延伸的系统。大多数处理系统的基面都是呈纵向延伸,因而在规划制造场地时不必为所述系统采取特殊处理措施。
由单独一个传送构件完成焊接站与其它加工步骤之间的所有传送任务。用于实施其它加工步骤的站(例如灌装站)与焊接站相对布置,即任何情况下都位于系统的另一侧,因此操作人员可以很方便地到达这两个站。
但可以在其中一侧为这两个站设置操作台。
“传送构件”主要采用链条导轨。可以为嵌件焊接支架和/或袋子抓持器主要设置传统的链条传送导轨。
本发明所介绍的第三方面可与本发明的第一及第二方面自由组合。累加应用能产生特别好的效果。但并非必须累加应用。
根据本发明同样为可替代应用或累加应用的第四方面,本发明用来达成前述目的的解决方案为一种用于将薄膜与嵌件焊接成袋子以及用于实施一其它加工步骤的系统,所述其它加工步骤在所述系统所实施的循环中位于所述焊接之后,其中设有用于进行所述焊接的嵌件焊接支架以及用于实施所述其它加工步骤的袋子抓持器,其中,所述袋子抓持器具有两个不同的固定机构,主要是用于焊接的第一固定机构和用于灌装的第二固定机构。
首先考虑为焊接设置第一固定机构,其中,袋子抓持器在焊接时使用垂直方向的夹紧件,以便将袋子的两层薄膜固定在一起和/或进行相对于嵌件的固定和/或固定在嵌件周围,优选同时用铰链和其它构件(主要为销棒)对该夹紧件的位置和/或定向进行固定。所述销棒可以是专用线棒。
袋子在被焊接时已经被嵌件焊接支架固定住。
作为用于袋子灌装的第二固定机构,主要考虑使用水平方向的夹紧件,尤其是不使用销棒来固定该夹紧件,而是优选仅使用铰链。两个固定机构可共用一个夹紧件。
前面已指出过,所述其它加工步骤特定而言可以是袋子灌装。袋子灌装主要是灌装无菌水或其它液体。
本发明提出如下方案:所述嵌件焊接支架具有专用线棒支架,所述专用线棒支架和所述袋子抓持器在焊接站上按第一定向进行定向,特别是以水平定向固定嵌件,以便能以此定向对袋子进行焊接,所述袋子抓持器在灌装站上则具有不同于其在焊接站上的其它定向,以便能以此其它定向对袋子进行灌装,特别是相对于水平面的倾斜定向或垂直定向。所述嵌件焊接支架还可具有夹紧件。
传统系统的专用线棒支架在焊接站上通常采用能让专用线棒水平的定向,也就是可以沿水平方向插装小塑料管或其它嵌件。这种定向不需要进一步的固定措施。此外,薄膜大多是以水平即平躺状态穿过系统,因此嵌件以水平定向接受焊接较为合适。
而灌装袋子时采用垂直定向或至少采用倾斜定向在大多数情况下是合理的,因为此时只需要用袋子支架在袋子开口处固定住袋子。袋子会自动下垂,以此定向可以立即灌满袋子,而后再作封闭处理。
所述专用线棒支架优选具有一个可被向前推而穿过袋子抓持器的专用线棒。该专用线棒应当还可被反向拉回。采用这种技术方案时,可将袋子支架布置在专用线棒支架前方。袋子支架可以单独或者与专用线棒支架一起固定住嵌件。其中,袋子支架所采用的定向使得可前推的专用线棒能够被向前推入袋子支架部分或袋子支架部件。之后就可以进行焊接。
专用线棒一被拉回,袋子支架部分就可以独立运动,特定而言是进行相对于水平面的偏转。
所述袋子支架优选具有一用于嵌件的装有弹簧的夹具。在此情况下,袋子支架可以借助嵌件来固定袋子。
为了补偿和校正传送系统如链条、传送带或转台的传送误差,本发明提出如下方案:在每一站上均可对所述嵌件焊接支架和所述袋子抓持器进行单独定心。为此,建议将嵌件焊接支架和袋子抓持器浮动安装在传送系统上。
所述系统可具有一用于嵌件焊接支架和/或袋子支架的导引座,该导引座浮动安装在传送装置上。所述导引座可用弹性体特别是弹性联轴器进行安装。在一种经原型机证明效果很好的实施方式中,使用了由橡胶构成的垫圈。
优选设第一翻折过程,该第一翻折过程在其它加工步骤之前借助施力器主动地使袋子支架发生偏转。
同样优选但独立于上述方案的是设一第二翻折过程,该第二翻折过程在焊接之前以及在其它加工步骤之后借助施力器使袋子抓持器发生偏转。
根据本发明的另一方面,本发明用来达成前述目的的解决方案为一种将薄膜与嵌件焊接成袋子并实施一后续其它加工步骤的方法,其中设有用于进行所述焊接的嵌件焊接支架以及用于实施所述其它加工步骤的袋子抓持器,其中,所述嵌件焊接支架和所述袋子抓持器一起向前运动,主要是与专用线棒支架一起向前运动。
如前所述,这样就不必再在嵌件焊接支架与袋子抓持器之间进行转送。
优选在焊接和灌装之间使袋子支架进行相对于水平面的偏转。
当然,上述系统或上述方法的优点会直接影响借此或据此所制成的产品,尤其会对袋子特别是已焊入一或多个塑料嵌件的袋子产生影响。
所述袋子支架优选可进一步具有关于一其它轴线的运动可能性,以便能将完成灌装和封闭处理的袋子放置到传送带上。
其它的可选有益特征及发明项目可从从属权利要求中获得。
需要指出的是,本申请尽可能放弃使用“至少……”这样的表述。只要可以,都只使用了不定冠词。冠词“一”在整个申请范围内均应理解成“至少一”,因特定上下文而产生歧义的除外。

具体实施方式
图1所示的专用线棒支架1与袋子抓持器2实施为结构单元。
专用线棒支架1主要由包含两个贯穿孔4(示范性标示)的塑料块3构成。在图示示例中,孔4在系统组装完毕后为水平延伸。金属定心部件6固定地布置在专用线棒支架1的顶面5,该定心部件的轮廓大体呈U形且在开放式的入口8(示范性标示)处具有斜面7(示范性标示)。
专用线棒支架1的背面9设有到一传送系统,例如到一链条导轨(图未示)的连接(图未示)。这个传送系统将组合式的专用线棒支架1和袋子抓持器2送往整个系统的各个站。
在任何一个站上均由系统侧导轨10和定心块11规定准确的加工位置。定心块11借助螺钉12(示范性图示)以可调节的方式固定在导轨10上。
两个专用线棒13、14贯穿专用线棒支架1的孔4。在图1所示的位置上,专用线棒13、14的端面15(示范性标示)与专用线棒支架1的正面16大体齐平。但是,这两个专用线棒13、14的长度明显大于贯穿专用线棒支架1的孔4,因此它们在专用线棒支架1的背面9明显突出于孔4之外。专用线棒13、14可移动地安装在孔4中。
需明确强调的是,虽然此处所示的实施例中描述了两个专用线棒。但这并不构成对本发明的限制。本发明设至少一个专用线棒就能产生有益效果。
两个专用线棒13、14的端面15倒圆,或者呈锥形或截锥形。
在两个专用线棒13、14与端面15相对的一端(图未示)设有导引装置和电连接件(二者均未图示)。两个专用线棒优选借助同一个送进装置和同一个电连接件而相连。
袋子抓持器2借助铰链17与专用线棒支架1连接成一结构单元。
袋子抓持器2主要由下夹紧盘18、上夹紧盘19和升程限制器20构成。
在图示示例中,两个夹紧盘18、19和升程限制器20由塑料构成。
两个夹紧盘18、19在两个夹紧点21(示范性标示)上分别具有成对相对布置的空隙22(示范性标示)。空隙22以形状配合的方式包围两个小塑料管23(示范性标示),下夹紧盘18与上夹紧盘19之间仅留下较小间隙24。
借助铰链17可以将两个小塑料管23精确地偏转到专用线棒支架1的孔4前方,进而精确地偏转到两个专用线棒13、14的端面15前方。
在此情况下,两个夹紧盘18、19的内侧25与塑料块3的正面16平面贴合。
升程限制器20借助两个固定件26(示范性标示)与下夹紧盘18连接且相隔一固定距离。为此,固定件26同时固定地嵌入下夹紧盘18和升程限制器20。但这些固定件具可调性。
在从下夹紧盘18到升程限制器20的途中,固定件26经由升降孔27(示范性标示)贯穿上夹紧盘19。两个偏置弹簧28(示范性标示)确保下夹紧盘18始终受到上夹紧盘19所施加的压紧力。
上夹紧盘19还具有两个拉拽卡合点29(示范性标示)。
单片的双层薄膜与两个小塑料管23一起被焊接成医用袋30。
本发明运行起来后能带来显著优点:
制造例如用作输液袋的袋子30时,系统所实施的第一步骤是将软管或其它组件(在此处所介绍的示例中就是两个小塑料管23)例如焊入卷状或预裁件形式的平面薄膜、管状薄膜中。为此需要将组合式的专用线棒支架1和袋子抓持器2送到焊接站。负责传送的是位于专用线棒支架1的背面9的传送系统(图未示)。
组合式的专用线棒支架和袋子抓持器一到站,专用线棒支架的定心部件6就会撞到定心块11上。两个先到达的斜面7使专用线棒支架1达到定心块11为该站所规定的相一致的定心效果。
焊接时,袋子抓持器2向上偏转,以便通过其内侧25与专用线棒支架1的正面16平面贴合。
在这个时间点上,两个小塑料管23已夹紧在两个夹紧盘18、19之间。
两个小塑料管23是在前一个步骤中被装配于上述位置。为了达到这个目的,袋子抓持器2优选也需要朝专用线棒支架1偏转。装配时将两个销钉卡入拉拽卡合点29,为此,所述拉拽卡合点优选完全贯穿上夹紧盘19并且克服偏置弹簧28的作用力将上夹紧盘19拉向升程限制器20。
与此同时,装配时优选朝所述塑料块的正面16方向向前推进两个专用线棒13、14,使其端面15伸出塑料块3。这样就可将两个小塑料管23直接插装到专用线棒13、14上,以实现装配。
完成插装后,或者也可以在按需要不向前推进专用线棒13、14的情况下,通过拉拽卡合点29为上夹紧盘19去负荷。此时,两个偏置弹簧28将上夹紧盘19压向下夹紧盘18。如此一来,不管专用线棒13、14有没被插入小塑料管,两个小塑料管23的位置都会得到固定。
当然,两个专用线棒13、14最迟在焊接时必须被插入小塑料管23。
优选在同一个步骤中就借助间隙24将薄膜夹紧在小塑料管23周围,从而完成所有的焊接准备工作。
接下来在焊接站上先借助位于小塑料管23内部的专用线棒13、14和对应电极(图未示)将小塑料管23与薄膜焊接在一起。下一个工序是周向焊接。在特定情况下,组件的焊入和周向焊接可在一个工序内完成。
完成焊接后,用链条、托盘系统、传送带或转台将组合式的专用线棒支架1和袋子抓持器2送往灌装站。此处也可以借助类似于定心块的系统进行针对该站的定心处理。
灌装袋子30时先向下偏转袋子抓持器2例如至水平定向。优选设置通过止挡进行工作的偏转度限制器。这些偏转度限制器例如可以安装或卡在下夹紧盘18的底面31。
袋子抓持器2通过偏转将已制成的袋子30送入便于为该袋子灌装液体的倾斜位置或垂直位置。偏转后,两个小塑料管23的灌装端32(示范性标示)变得畅通无阻。这样就能很方便地通过小塑料管23将液体从上方灌入袋子30。在此过程中,袋子30可靠地夹紧固定在上、下夹紧盘18、19之间。两个偏置弹簧28被设计成使得袋子在灌装过程中也能被可靠地固定住。
随后可以在灌装站或另一站上将袋子30封闭,而后再对其进行包装(可选)。
在此处所选的本发明实施方式中,袋子抓持器2相对于专用线棒支架1偏转后,就不必再在从焊接站到灌装站的途中将袋子30转送到另一传送系统上。
使用包含直线电动机的驱动装置。
此外,专用线棒支架1和/或袋子抓持器2采用可动设计并且能够使完成灌装和封闭处理的袋子被放置到传送带上。

所有的站均布置在一连续式线性传送系统如传送带、链条、转台或直线电动机上。
组合式支架50主要由导引座51和附接在该导引座上的可偏转部分52构成。
导引座51上设有用于将该导引座定位在传送系统的导轨(图未示)上的凹槽52。
可偏转部分52可绕枢轴销54偏转,从而可相对于导引座51转动,确切而言是从垂直位置(参见图3至图12)转动至水平位置(参见图13至图22)。
可偏转部分52主要由一基座55构成。基座55以可直接在枢轴销54作用下进行偏转的方式进行安装。两个螺栓56、57贯穿基座55并且装有弹簧58(示范性标示)。在与此相对的一端(以螺栓56、57贯穿基座55的方向为参照),两个螺栓56、57通入闭锁器59。闭锁器59与两个螺栓56、57固定连接。两个螺栓56、57可滑动地容置在供两个螺栓56、57贯穿基座55,确切而言是贯穿T形基座55的两个侧边61(示范性标示)的通孔60(示范性标示)中。
如此一来,由两个螺栓56、57和闭锁器59构成的U形刚性部件就可沿夹紧方向62和反向于夹紧方向62进行相对于基座55的线性移动,其中,弹簧58总是试图让闭锁器59朝夹紧方向62运动。弹簧58松弛时的长度超过两个定位面63、64之间的距离与螺栓56、56的当前突出长度(体现为弹簧58的当前长度)的加总,因此弹簧58始终受到预应力作用。
借助该预应力可以将载体适配器65夹紧在闭锁器59和基座55之间。载体适配器65由夹紧盘66和突出的销钉67构成。夹紧盘66可夹紧在闭锁器59与基座55之间,或者可以夹紧在闭锁器59和基座55后面。销钉67与夹紧盘66正交地突出于该夹紧盘之外,并且以插装方式载有梭形嵌件68。
借助同一个滑板60而相连的两个销棒69(示范性标示)从背面71开始水平贯穿导引座51。但其顶端72(参见图10中的示范性图示)尚未朝正面73方向突出于导引座51之外,因此导引座51的前表面74是平的。可偏转部分52贴靠在这个平的前表面74上。
可以在这个平的前表面74上为夹紧盘66设置一较小凹坑。
在如图3至图7所示的系统(图未示)循环阶段中,借助载体适配器65将梭形嵌件68插装在组合式支架50上。
图1所示的专用线棒支架1与袋子抓持器2的组合同样形成了一个组合式支架,而与之不同的是,组合式支架50未设专用线棒。确切而言是可以在不使用中心电极的情况下对梭形嵌件68进行周向焊接,确切而言是与两层薄膜(图未示)焊接在一起。在图1所示的组合式支架中,专用线棒13、14和上夹紧盘19(在与下夹紧盘18配合作用的情况下)都分别起到嵌件焊接支架的作用,而在图3至图22所示的组合式支架50中,仅固定在导引座51上的闭锁器59与基座55之间的垂直夹紧机构起到主要的嵌件焊接支架作用。
进行周向焊接时(参见图8至图12所示的变化后的组合式支架50),将滑板70推向导引座51,使得销棒69的顶端72突出于平的前表面74之外并且伸入同轴布置的固定孔75(示范性图示)内。在销棒69与固定孔75之间留下少许间隙,从而借助于较大的伸入距离使得可偏转部分52再也无法从导引座51向外偏转。
在上述的机械固定形式中,两个拉力孔76(示范性标示)也不再受到拉力作用,弹簧58在其预应力作用下将闭锁器59拉向基座55,直至两个定位面63、64相撞。如此一来,载体适配器65的夹紧盘66也得到了固定。
在此状态下进行周向焊接。
完成焊接后将组合式支架50送往灌装站(图未示)。由传送构件(图未示,例如链条导轨)借助导引座51将该组合式支架送往灌装站。
尚在焊接站时或者在前往灌装站的途中或者到达灌装站后,系统使得可偏转部分52绕枢轴销54向前偏转90°,从而使得可偏转部分52呈水平定向。随基座55一起偏转的其它部件,尤其是闭锁器59和载体适配器65,其任务是确保上面装有梭形嵌件68的销钉67仍与可偏转部分52正交,因而此时是垂直朝下定向。在此情况下,与梭形嵌件68焊接在一起的袋子(图未示)大体形成销钉67的延长部,即同样为朝下定向。
因此,在灌装站上可将偏转后的可偏转部分52作为袋子支架,通过贯穿载体适配器65和梭形嵌件68的灌装孔77为袋子灌装。袋子的重量在灌装过程中变大。但夹紧盘66的法兰式支撑边缘78突出于闭锁器59与基座55之间的开口79之上,因而其夹紧力还能维持对灌装过程中的袋子的固定。在任何情况下,贴靠在闭锁器59和基座55的平支撑面80上的法兰式支撑边缘78都足以承受袋子灌装后的重量。
至于袋子本身,则可以在其上部采取附加固定措施和/或在其下部采取附加支撑措施,以免刚完成的焊接部位形成过大应力。
在如图13至图17所示的状态下,以上述方式完成对袋子的灌装。
最后(参见图18至图22)再度将拉拽卡爪卡入拉力孔76,将基座55抓紧,而以反向于夹紧方向62的方向拉拽闭锁器59,从而使弹簧58张紧。这一操作一直持续到法兰式支撑边缘78下方的开口79完全显露出来为止,此时就可借助于完成灌装的袋子的重力,从可偏转部分52形式的袋子抓持器上向下取出袋子。最简单的情况是,可以通过这种方式让袋子下落。
组合式支架50完全停留在传送系统上。主动翻起可偏转部分52后,就可以通过插装新嵌件(参见图3及后续各图)来从头开始整个循环。
在本专利申请中,所有实施例中的“其它加工步骤”均是指对刚完成焊接的袋子的灌装。
在图1所示的实施例中,两个专用线棒13、14和夹紧点21上的夹紧装置都能起到“嵌件焊接支架”的作用,实际得看系统的具体构造,也就是将这两种可供使用的可能性中的哪一种用来在焊接之前固定嵌件。正常情况下,同时对这两种可能性加以实际运用是最为方便的,因为如果只将两个专用线棒用作支架,在薄膜已经被焊接到圆形嵌件上的情况下,就很难再使袋子抓持器2向上偏转。
而在图3至图22所示的实施例中,起“嵌件焊接支架”作用的是可偏转部分52,如果理解得更宽泛,则导引座51也起到了“嵌件焊接支架”的作用。这个实施方式未设专用线棒。
袋子抓持器2在第一实施例中就被称为袋子抓持器。
在图3至图22所示的实施例中,所述可偏转部分就是袋子抓持器。
所有部件均实施为结构单元:
所有部件均借助铰链17或枢轴销54彼此相连,使传送机构得以沿系统一并传送所有的部件。
可偏转部分中的夹紧装置在两个实施例中均可以既算作嵌件焊接支架,又算作袋子抓持器。
同一个可偏转部分52还进一步具有两个不同的固定机构:在焊接状态下或者确切而言是在焊接之后,仅夹紧装置用作待制产品的固定机构。在灌装过程中,至少还有法兰式支撑边缘78的支撑面用作第二个不同的固定机构。
当然,不同实施例的特征可直接组合应用。

Claims (19)

1.一种用于将薄膜与嵌件焊接成袋子以及用于实施一其它加工步骤的系统,所述其它加工步骤在所述系统所实施的循环中位于所述焊接之后,其中设有用于进行所述焊接的嵌件焊接支架以及用于实施所述其它加工步骤的袋子抓持器,其特征在于,所述嵌件焊接支架与所述袋子抓持器实施为结构单元。
2.一种用于将薄膜与嵌件焊接成袋子以及用于实施一其它加工步骤的系统,所述其它加工步骤在循环中位于所述焊接之后,其中设有用于进行所述焊接的嵌件焊接支架以及用于实施所述其它加工步骤的袋子抓持器,其特征在于,所述嵌件焊接支架和/或所述袋子抓持器具有一可偏转部分,或者采用可整体偏转的设计。
3.一种用于将薄膜与嵌件焊接成袋子以及用于实施一其它加工步骤的系统,所述其它加工步骤在循环中位于所述焊接之后,其中设有用于进行所述焊接的嵌件焊接支架以及用于实施所述其它加工步骤的袋子抓持器,其特征在于,一传送构件从焊接站延伸至一用于实施所述其它加工步骤的站,并且是连续延伸,也就是不必转送到其它传送构件上。
4.如权利要求3所述的系统,其特征在于,所述系统采用纵向延伸结构且包括第一侧和第二侧,所述两侧分别提供一线性传送路线,传送构件分别在所述第一侧与所述第二侧之间的端面掉头转向,从而实现由单独一个传送构件完成所有传送任务,其中,焊接站布置在所述第一侧,灌装站布置在所述第二侧。
5.一种用于将薄膜与嵌件焊接成袋子以及用于实施一其它加工步骤的系统,所述其它加工步骤在循环中位于所述焊接之后,其中设有用于进行所述焊接的嵌件焊接支架以及用于实施所述其它加工步骤的袋子抓持器,其特征在于,所述袋子抓持器具有两个不同的固定机构,主要是用于焊接的第一固定机构和用于灌装的第二固定机构。
6.一种用于将薄膜与嵌件焊接成袋子以及用于在所述袋子上实施一其它加工步骤的系统,所述其它加工步骤在循环中位于所述焊接之后,其中设有用于进行所述焊接的嵌件焊接支架以及用于实施所述其它加工步骤的袋子抓持器,其特征在于,所述袋子抓持器可翻折地布置在一导引座上。
7.如上述权利要求中多项特别是所有各项权利要求所述的系统。
8.如上述权利要求中任一项所述的系统,其特征在于,所述嵌件焊接支架具有专用线棒支架,即用于专用线棒的支架,所述专用线棒在焊接时固定所述嵌件。
9.如上述权利要求中任一项所述的系统,其特征在于,所述其它加工步骤是灌装所述袋子。
10.如上述权利要求中任一项所述的系统,其特征在于,所述嵌件焊接支架具有专用线棒支架,所述专用线棒支架和所述袋子抓持器在所述焊接站上按第一定向进行定向,特别是以水平定向固定所述嵌件,以便能以此定向对所述袋子进行焊接,所述袋子抓持器在灌装站上则具有不同于其在所述焊接站上的其它定向,以便能以此其它定向对所述袋子进行灌装,特别是相对于水平面的倾斜定向或垂直定向。
11.如上述权利要求中任一项所述的系统,其特征在于,一用于所述嵌件焊接支架和/或所述袋子支架的导引座浮动安装在传送装置上。
12.如权利要求11所述的系统,其特征在于,所述导引座用弹性体特别是弹性联轴器进行安装。
13.如上述权利要求中任一项所述的系统,其特征在于,所述袋子抓持器具有枢轴承。
14.如上述权利要求中任一项所述的系统,其特征在于,所述袋子抓持器具有一可线性移动且具有弹簧预应力的夹紧元件。
15.如上述权利要求中任一项所述的系统,其特征在于,设有一包含直线电动机的驱动装置。
16.一种组合式支架,用于在如上述权利要求中任一项所述的系统上实施焊接过程和灌装过程。
17.一种将薄膜与嵌件焊接成袋子并实施一其它加工步骤的方法,所述其它加工步骤在时间上位于所述焊接之后,其中设有用于进行所述焊接的嵌件焊接支架以及用于实施所述其它加工步骤的袋子抓持器,其特征在于,所述嵌件焊接支架和所述袋子抓持器一起向前运动,特别是与专用线棒支架一起向前运动。
18.如权利要求17所述的方法,其特征在于,所述袋子支架在所述焊接和所述灌装之间进行相对于水平面的偏转。
19.一种借助如权利要求1至15中任一项所述的系统和/或借助如权利要求16所述的组合式支架和/或按照如权利要求17或18所述的方法制成的袋子,主要是包含一或多个已焊入嵌件的袋子。
